Abstract

Pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan asli Indonesia, sejak sebelum masa penjajahan pesantren sudah menjadi lembaga pendidikan yang ada di Indonesia. Pesantren memiliki peran penting dalam sejarah Indonesia, pesantren ikut andil dalam kemerdekaan, mengusir penjajah. Pesantren juga berperan dalam pembangunan Negara Indonesia, terutama dalam bidang non fisik yaitu pendidikan. Pesantren membangun mental bangsa Indonesia untuk selalu berpegang teguh menjaga warisan bangsa, budaya dan karakter bangsa Indonesia. Tidak sedikit kearifan budaya lokal, dan kearifan sosial yang ada di Indonesia sudah selaras dengan ajaran-ajaran Islam. Sikap saling menghormati, menghargai, dan memahami antar sesama, rendah, diri, dan hidup sederhana, sudah menjadi tradisi bangsa Indonesia, yang semua itu selalu ditekankan dan diajarkan di pesantren. Semua tradisi sosial pesantren adalah bentuk gambaran masyarakat Indonesia, sehingga struktur sosial antara masyarakat pesantren, dan masyarakat umum diluar pesantren tidak jauh berbeda.

Abstract

Behaviorism learning theory has a doctrine that human or animal psychology can be accurately studied only through the examination and analysis of objectively observable and quantifiable behavioral events, in contrast with subjective mental states. In this theory have characteristic at reinforcement on individual behavior, the actualization of reinforcement in behaviorism often use the model of reward and punishment method to give reinforcer on student behavior. The issues were I write in this article, many teachers mistook in use the practice of reward and punishment at reinforcement. Many teachers interpret on the reinforcement practice often by punishment (negative reinforce). The truth reinforcement isnt rewarding and punishment, but it’s the shape to make behavior on a student without the violence. Such, many educators regard as the punishment in learning is still the effective method. The enforcement of the shape the student behavior not must by punishment and reward, but use the continuous stimulus.

Abstract

The success of a teacher is closely related to the ability in comprehending the students’ growth and their development. Whilst, student development that was defined as a gradual progressive measured and coherent changes becomes one important thing psychologically stresses on comprehension of the basic process and dynamic behavior of the student. If not, trouble with education can’t be avoided as misdirection and disorientation. Hence, Islamic education seeks to integrate the student development that covers the whole biopsikososiospriritual. The effort is to guide and develop their potency as of they will be able to present the ilahiah values. This article regards the student dimension development as a holistic process in hope that learning can be carried out effectively.
