Abstract

Currently MomenKita is still in the development stage. MomenKita is an application or service that connects between tourists (clients) who need photographer services with photographers who are ready to capture the best moments of the client. The problem that occurs at this time is the client cannot take the photo by themselves maximally due to the absence of a professional photographer at an affordable price. And for the freelance or professional photographers, they cannot maximize their income due to marketing problem. Currently there are similar applications, but the client cannot choose a photographer who is in accordance with the client budget because the price has been determined by the application provider. The solution to solves these problems is the photography service ordering application that can assist clients in searching for information and ordering services for online photographer. By using the concept of crowdsourcing, giving photographers the freedom to manage the services they offer and clients can choose a photographer that fits their budget. As well as the development using the Scrum framework. The results showed that the application can help clients order photographer services by considering the budget, rating & review, and portfolio. Abstract

Startup Qtaaruf is online taaruf from surabaya. The user active processed on 17-23 october 2017 rise and fall and no access through social media. Based on 5 stages of an integrated digital life cycle marketing startup qtaaruf should be at point “gain position” on search engine , but they at point “gain followers” and “initiate relationships” that focuses increase user .This study attempts to documents produced digital design marketing by using methods SOSTAC consisting of the situation analysis, objectives, strategy, tactics, and action. Model SOSTAC to the training analysis, mapping training strategy strategy to 5s objective, mapping 5s objective strategy to the program, mapping tack to 4p and preparing for further step.The digital design marketing that produces 7 strategy as long as 12 months. Cost divided into 2 model. The first model and that is the ability organic for free, their profits audience will increase only berelasi on followers and following qtaaruf. The second model that is using campaign features cost Rp.7.400.000, their profits the wider audience. Potential reach 2.900.000 people with an estimated daily range 1100-100 audience every week and could lead to the website qtaaruf directly.

Abstract

Sentra UKM MERR is a showroom dedicated for UKM on Surabaya. It main purpose is to help promote the products of UKM on Surabaya. DISPERDAGIN Surabaya as the one who supervise the business on Sentra UKM MERR use two methods to promote Sentra UKM MERR. These two methods resulting in inability to monitor the result of promotional act. and Sentra UKM MERR did not have promotional target, and did not have a further means to use the data registered at the guestbook provided on Sentra UKM MERR. Based on these problems, a website that is able to do the promotional function and able to provide data of the users is developed. This website will provide users with information regarding product and UKM that produce it. Website also provide an article to support in influencing search engine for popularity. This kind of system will produce three items for Sentra UKM MERR which is sales report, private data of registered users, and activity data of users.

Abstract

KetKers is a platform website with crowdsourcing models that engaged in kind of veterinary especially for cats with an attractive design and most complete of facilities. KetKers includes 2 segments, the advertising providers (seller) and the advertising seekers (buyer). Customers can find easily what they need about their supplies, save more time and money for adoption and cat’s care, being a place that be trusted with the certified feature. Nowadays, many people are difficult to find the trust and complete website that provide all of the needs about cats, such as adopting cats, grooming, pet day care, veterinary service, mates, producing cat kennels, and the retail seller of cat supplies. Therefore, a startup platform that based on website is appear to help the sellers met the buyers and give the best offer to customer with the most facilities inside. It called KetKers. Joining KetKers, the sellers can increase the chance of their selling of good and services from KetKers’s customer. The result of the trials have shown that this startup platform can provide the facilities (grooming, pet’s care, veterinarian, mates, retailer of cat’s need and supplies with crowdsourcing models.

Abstract

Bharata Sport & Fashion is a company act in the sales of sports equipment and sports clothing which was built in 1986 on Jl. Ngurah Rai no.36, Jembrana Bali This company currently has some problems namely: 1) bonus counting process, work performance and making report of Salesmen performance that are still done manually that leads to a delay in reporting process and there is a risk to lost the data because it was saved in Ms Excel. 2) reservation process is still using telephone as a communication media and the reservation record is written in the notebook. This proses needs a lot of budget. 3)  this company has difficulty in monitoring their Salesmen in some branches of the company because one and another are located in long distance. The solution offered for covering those problems are making an application of Salesmen performance that included to make the visiting schedule, to report the visiting result, to record the customer’s reservation and to calculate bonus and salesman performance. The result of this essay show that application can help do generate sales report, the monitoring of Salesmen performance, counting the bonus, and this application can show the graphic of sales, bonus, salesman performance in each branch office.

Abstract

The high consumers interest of caruban city to make purchase in the café make the café always crowded by customers. In the caruban region itself there is no online sales system for café or can be called café online. All sales and promotional  processes are done traditionally. Customers come to café and order food, for promotional café businessman spread brochures and word of mouth.Business process on caruban online café is a sales system that capable to order online in caruban city via web browser. System that can meet customer needs to order food anytime and anywhere which  is still within the city of caruban that have online order feature. Of course with many interest of the customers who make transactions through the café online will also increase revenue startup owner. With advertising and premium access to café owners, and Rp.200 fee to the café owner for each transaction.Based on the above problems the solution is the design of caruban café online application system. This system can provide information the capacity of the café is full, can reach customers who are away from the café location, can provide variant menu and promoting their menu due to limited capital. Abstract

The development of information and communication technologies so rapidly and widely used in various fields of life, one of which industry and manufacturing, such as the accounting department is one of the activities is to manage the assets of the company. The use of information and communication technology in the industry is essential and needs to be prioritized, because it can improve the speed and accuracy in data processing and to support the accounting department in managing its assets. The activities in accounting department of PT. Bina Megah Indowood are managing asset data, maintenance of assets, changes in the status of assets, depreciation of assets, and acquisitions are still done manually and not centralized. It makes the accounting department have difficulty managing the data quickly and accurately. In addition, the asset data is not centralized accounting difficult to find valid data. To resolve the problems, it will be created an asset management application at PT. Bina Megah Indowood. With this new application, it is expected that the performance of the accounting department in asset management be the better and make it easier to manage and accelerate the assets reporting process.

Abstract

PT POS Indonesia is a service company in serving post which has mail processing center (MPC) who is active in processing, distributing and sending the post to working area. In one month, the letters and goods which are processed to be distributed are about 30.000 ton. To fulfill the customers’ needs, MPC is operating 35 vehicles. Up till now, there are many vehicles got troubles. It creates a bad operational and sending deferment. It happens because the company is not able to plan the supply and needs of spare-parts.From those problems, MPC PT POS Surabaya needs supplying application which is able to give information about the needs of spare-parts changing in every vehicle. From the needs result, it can be the reference to supply the spare-parts based on reorder point method. The application is able to produce information about warning system of spare-parts changing, repair activity log reports, report of reorder point and report of spare-parts procurement planning which are able to be used as the reference in determining spare-parts supplying.

Abstract

Serikat Karyawan (SEKAR) Telkom is a democratic, independent, accountable, open and non-political organization to any organization. SEKAR Telkom consists of almost all Telkom employees. The purpose of SEKAR Telkom is to provide protection, defense of both rights and interests and improve the welfare of Telkom's employees and their families. In achieving these objectives, SEKAR Telkom has several business activities such as Human Resource Activity monitoring, Employee Complaint Handling, Dewan Pimpinan Daerah (DPD) Activities and Financial Management. But in the implementation of each business activity, there are problems of information exchange to support business activities of SEKAR Telkom still using conventional ways that impact data transparency to members are not met. The solution of these problems is to create a structured Information System that can meet the information needs of any existing business activities within SEKAR Telkom organization. Based on the results of the implementation of Serikat Karyawan Management Information Units generated that can help organizations SEKAR Telkom to achieve its goals by providing media information exchange in accordance with business activities SEKAR Telkom organization.

Abstract

Yayasan Bina’Muwahiddin merupakan lembaga Islam nirlaba yang mendarma baktikan kinerjanya untuk kepentingan masyarakat muslim, khususnya masyarakat muslim yang tinggal di pinggiran dan yayasan saat ini memiliki 350 donatur dari luar negri. Selama ini pengelolaan dan pelaporan penyaluran sumbangan masih manual sehingga menyebabkan beberapa masalah seperti tidak terkontrolnya penyaluran sumbangan sehingga menyebabkan laporan sumbangan yang akan dilaporkan kedonatur mengalami kesalahan dalam pelaporan dan keterlambatan pelaporan. Permasalahan tersebut menyebabkan rasa kepercayaan donatur menjadi berkurang dan membuat donatur tidak mau menyumbang lagi sehingga yayasan juga menjadi rugi. Solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut penulis merancang sebuah aplikasi yang mampu untuk melakukan pengelolaan dan monitoring dana sumbangan yang berbasis web. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini yayasan dapat dipermudah dalam melakukan pengelolaan dana sumbangan sehingga kesalahan data dalam proses pelaporan menjadi sedikit. Pada aplikasi yang sudah dirancang terdapat berbagai fungsi yang dapat membantu mengatasi masalah yang sedang dialami oleh yayasan seperti fungsi untuk melakukan transaksi proyek, fungsi untuk monitoring perkembangan proyek yang bisa dipantau oleh direktur dengan menggunakan grafik kurva-s, fungsi pembayaran sumbangan secara online dan fungsi pelaporan sumbangan yang nantinya donatur dapat melihat pelaporan sumbangan tersebut secara real time pada aplikasi.
