Abstract

The purpose of the study is to improve teacher performance in SMA Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau, how is the principle of increasing teacher permormance. The research method used is descriptive study, observation and documentation, and this study also uses a type of procedure to develop materials. The results of research on principals have implemented leadership strategies well, by discussing the conditions and conditions of teachers, creativity in applying leadership styles, having tips and having motivations that improve to improve teacher performance. The conclusion of this study is that this study is used to improve the performance of high school students, and have high motivation to improve teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to know the planning, implementation, control and evaluation of educators in SDIT Mutiara Cendekia Lubuklinggau. This research uses qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive method. The subjects consisted of principals, teachers and staff boards, guardians of SDIT Mutiara Cendekia Lubuklinggau. Data collection consists of observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques include editing, categories, display of data and interpretation. The conclusion of this research is 1), the planning of SDIT educator Mutiara Cendekia Lubuklinggau run well that is recruiting educator by selecting administration of job application file and reading ability test of alQuran as well as micro teaching test, 2) implementing educator through guidance from foundations twice a month, 2013 curriculum training and teacher quality improvement seminars, 3) principals control educators by going to the study room during the learning process, checking the attendance of educators through finger print, and learning journals in the classroom, 4 ) the principal uses a questionnaire, then distributed to the students so that the inputs of the educators in carrying out their duties can be known and carried out by the school principal guidance. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran writing in the here and now dalam menulis bahan ajar mahasiswa semester VI Program Studi Pendidikan Indonesia STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau tahun akademik 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode eksperimen murni dengan desain bentuk pretest dan post test group desain. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik tes. Teknik analisis data dimulai dengan uji normalitas data, uji homogenitas, dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dibuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran writing in the here and now dalam menulis bahan ajar mahasiswa semester VI Program Studi Pendidikan Indonesia STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau tahun akademik 2017/2018. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai ttabel dengan dk yaitu 60. Dengan demikian, thitung (5,37) lebih besar dari ttabel (2,00) untuk taraf signifikan 5% dengan dk = 60. Hal ini berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kata kunci: pengaruh, model writing in the here and now, menulis bahan ajar   Abstract  The objective of this research was to know the effect of learning model of writing in the here and now in writing the material of student semester VI Indonesia Language Education Study Program STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau academic year 2017/2018. The type of research used is pure experimental method with pretest shape design and post test group design. Technique of collecting data with test technique. Data analysis technique begins with data normality test, homogeneity test, and t test. Based on the results of research can be proved that there is a significant influence of learning model writing in the here and now in writing teaching materials students semester VI Indonesia Language Education Study Program STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau academic year 2017/2018. This is shown by ttable value with dk that is 60. Thus, tcount (5,37) is bigger than ttable (2.00) for 5% significant level with dk = 60. This means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the recruitment of lecturers and education staff at STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. This study used a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects consisted of Chairpersons, Assistant Chairpersons 1 and 2, Head of General Affairs, Head of Staffing Section, Chair of Study Program, Head of LP3MP STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. Qualitative research data analysis techniques in data collection using techniques; editing, categories, displaying data and interpretation. The results of the study, the recruitment of lecturers and education staff at STKIP PGRI Lubklinggau include; standard setting, implementation of recruitment, evaluation, control and quality improvement. Determination of lecturer recruitment standards involves all related units such as quality assurance institutions, departments, study programs, staff head of staffing and general administration bodies, chairpersons and deputy chairpersons. Implementation of recruitment depends on the needs of lecturers and education staff in each study program, to meet the lecturer ratio requirements. and students. Evaluation of recruitment of lecturers and education based on internal quality audits conducted by quality assurance institutions. After the internal quality audit has been obtained, it is conducted to control or revise the lecturers' standard and lecturer standards so that the recruitment of lecturers and education can improve better than before. Conclusion, the recruitment of lecturers and education staff at STKIP PGRI Lubklinggau includes; standard setting, implementation of recruitment, evaluation, control and quality improvement. Abstract

The research purposes to get determinant of style principle leadership in senior high school state 5 Lubuklinggau description., how determinant of style princpel leadership. The method of this research used questionnaire descriptive study, observation and documentation, and this research also use kind of procedur for develop the material. The conclusion this research that empirically, education and training, intellegence, skill and environmental as capital worth for headmaster to can to apply the style of leadership situasional, style of leadership situasional very relevant in face of subordinate in this case teacher owning character and personality which different each other.
