Abstract

Literasi Media bagi calon Tenaga Kerja Wanita yang akan berangkat ke luar negeri, khususnya Asia pasifik merupakan sebuah langkah kecil untuk perubahan besar. Bentuk pemberdayaan ini tentu saja membutuhkan perangkat pelatihan dan metode literasi media yang cocok dengan tingkat pendidikan, sosial dan budaya calon TKW.Literasi media ini menggunakan komik yang dirancang sebagai buku saku untuk calon TKW. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan literasi media melalui komik untuk Calon Tenaga Kerja Wanita Indonesia. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data: wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi dan observasi partisipatif. Penelitian berlangsung di PT. SBY sebuah perusahaan Pengerah Tenaga Kerja Swasta (PPTKIS) di Kota Cirebon.Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan Teori Konstruksi Realitas Sosial. Abstract

Democratization of broadcasting that is characterized by the diversity of ownership and diversity of content is the aspiration that stated in Law 32/2002 on Broadcasting. However, the enormous of political and business battles that follow the enactment of the broadcasting regulations have hampered its implementation in Indonesia. Now, after nearly 15 years of implementation of the Broadcasting Law in Indonesia, the time to evaluating the implementation of regulation of legislative products in the regions have arrived. Evaluations are directed more to an objective opportunities of local people to access the ownership of local television, and the impact on the content of television local to the communities. The research applied qualitative method and the data is collected by utilizing a survey to the broadcasting stakeholders in 10 areas that is determined purposively. The object of the research is local government, regional broadcasting commissions, community leaders, journalists, lecturers, and the owners of local television licensed. The results show that broadcasting regulations are relatively unworkable in the regions due to various central government policies that do not widely open the opportunities for regional people to access broadcasting licenses. This limitation also led to complaints from the region regarding the content of national television broadcasts that many harm local communities and cultures. Research respondents suggested to have more pro-regional broadcasting regulation and involving local people in the making of policies and regulations of regional broadcasting.

Abstract

Hadirnya media jurnalis warga, membantu warga menyampaikan informasi dan pendapatnya. Hanya saja ini akan menjadikan media sebagai corong bagi warga untuk memperburuk citra suatu lembaga. Untuk itu peneliti ingin meneliti sikap khalayak Radio PR FM dalam memandang kinerja Kepolisian Lalu Lintas Kota Bandung setelah mendengarkan program Citizen Report di Radio PR FM. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 183 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas program program Citizen Report dengan sikap khalayak radio PR FM dalam memandang kinerja Kepolisian Lalu Lintas Kota Bandung. Baik itu tidak atau dengan di kontrol organisasi psikologikal individu. Hasil penelitian ini lebih merujuk pada teori disonansi kognitif yang menjelaskan bahwa individu konsisten dengan sikapnya. Ini terbukti cukup kuatnya hubungan antara organisasi psikologikal individu dengan sikap khalayak radio PR FM dalam memandang kinerja Kepolisian Lalu Lintas Kota Bandung.

Abstract

Islamic civilization has become an economic power that can influence the development of the world economy, including tourism activities. The halal tourism market trend in Indonesia is growing in line with the growing strength of the world sharia economy and the great opportunities of the world Muslim community who want comfort when traveling in a place, based on Islamic values. The purpose of this study is to find out the pull, push, and pass strategies of marketing public relations in places that have the potential of halal tourism destinations in the Priangan area. The method used in this study is qualitative with a type of descriptive study, and the collecting data technique based on observation, interviews, and focus group discussions with stakeholders related to the development of Garut and Pangandaran tourism. The results of the study show that the push strategy carried out by the government is in the form of socialization, education, and dissemination form of halal tourism policies to tourism stakeholders. The pull strategy is carried out in the formation of news on social media regarding the potential destination of halal tourism development by the tourism activist community. The last one is the pass, a strategy carried out by organizing promotional events for regional tourist destinations in collaboration with travel agents and tourism activists.

Abstract

This paper is an  attempt to academically define Hizb ut Tahrir Indonesia's characteristics before its revocation. Although the Indonesian regime has officially disbanded this transnational organization in July 2017, its existence remains stimulating to discuss.  Hizb ut-Tahrir Indonesia's primary objective is to implement Islamic laws in total, which can only be accomplished within a superstate called al-Khilafah al-Islamiyah (Islamic Caliphate) led by a Khalifah (Caliph). Its followers believe that Islam will revive under the caliphate.  In Indonesia, Hizb ut-Tahrir actively criticized the government's policies through its articles,  preachings, and street rallies. The ideas were conveyed not only through direct campaigning but also via its internal media.  We argue, based on this study,  that HTI is part of  Islamic revival that wants to change the social-political structures through the re-creation of the caliphate by conducting intensive da'wa with nonviolent activities, as well as war of ideas as the strategy.

Abstract

The trend of Muslim tourism continues to increase along with the awareness of Muslims to apply the Muslim lifestyle. The Muslim lifestyle affected the demands of halal tourism packages — one of the attractions that are trying to hold a halal tour package, namely Stone Garden. Several obstacles are found related to the realization of Stone Garden into halal tourist destinations, namely the limited human resources, infrastructure, facilities, and coaching patterns from the manager. To foster human resources in the activities of tourism services and tourism promotion needs to be improved through the implementation of Marketing Public Relations training for tourism destination managers in facing the challenges of the increasingly globalized tourism market. The training held at the Stone Garden Tourism Awareness Group secretariat with participants from tourism agents, tourist managers, and tour guides. The training methods used are discussion, lecture, and case simulation. The results of the training showed that the knowledge and communication skills of Marketing Public Relations communication among the actors, managers, and tour guides in the Stone Garden area experienced a considerable increase which was shown by participants understanding the importance of communication in community-based tourism management.  Keywords: Marketing Public Relations, Training, Tourism, Stakeholders, Halal Tourism
