Abstract

The dynamics of the environment that always turned demanding company to obtain the quality of human resources .training and development is common frequently done by the company ,because placement employees directly in a job is not guarantee they’ll succeed . New employees often feel not sure about the role of and their responsibility . So it can be assumed that training and development is very important for the workforce to work more mastered and better for the work being served Restaurant A & W has its own management function in each of its branches led by a Manager in charge of Supervisors and other divisions such as Kitchen, Cashier, Preparation and Waiter and waitress. In this industry, A & W not only sells food and beverage products, but also in terms of service / service that can satisfy consumers. To get quality service required Human Resources quality as well. Formula How the training process in A & W Restaurant store Mall of Serang, How the training method applied in A & W Restaurant store Mall of Serang, How many participants, objectives and how the evaluation process Training at A & W Restaurant store Mall of Serang. Training methods On-the-job training, Design of Training Programs. conclusion in this research is employee training method at A & W restaurant store MOS Serang is on the job training that is practice work while practicing with technique Coaching in this case supervisor who become trainer to guide new employees to work in accordance with the task and its function which has been set based on standardization company.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the importance of training and training system at Sofyan Inn Altama Hotel Syariah. Data analysis method used in this research is qualitative method. The results showed that the Company generally conducts training or training activities in order to obtain qualified employees in skill, knowledge, and good attitude in organizing.Sofyan Inn Altama syariah hotel implemented training to tie softskill, hartskill and knowledge management of its employees. To assess the success of training, it is necessary to have an appropriate systematic evaluation. This is to be taken into consideration whether the contract of work will be continued or terminated within a specified time. The success of training can be seen from the success indicator of the training set at Sofyan Inn Altama shariah hotel.

Abstract

Implementation of human resource audit requires maximum accuracy, because it concerned with the interests of the people. Human Resource Management is as the utilization, development, assessment, rewarding services and management of individual members of the organization or group work. The formulation of the problem as follows: What is the role of HR audits in Bank Syariah Bukopin in improving effectiveness What are the HR audit programs, What are the problems or constraints faced by personnel managers in HR audits, how the process of recruitment in Bank Syariah Bukopin, whether running efisein . Audit discussion conducted: Human Resource Planning, Human Resource Recruitment and Selection, Human Resources Performance Appraisal, Human Resources Career Training and Development, Human Resource Performance Assessment. The conclusion that management audit as a means of effectiveness of Human Resources in Bank Syariah Bukopin run effectively.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of the distribution of mudarabah/musyarakah financing to the performance of mudarabah/musyarakah financing in Sharia Rural Bank Banten Province as well as to build a model of mudarabah/musyarakah financing that is effective in improving the performance of Sharia Rural Bank in Banten Province. The research method used is survey method with quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using SPSS v.17 software. Data collection techniques used are documentation, survey, and interviews. The population of this research is all the leaders and staff of financing in Banten Province, with 40 samples. The results showed that the variables of Third Party Fund Mobilization, Minimizing Dependence on Subsidies, Incentive System for On-Time Payments, and Building Good Relationships with Customers have a significant positive effect on the Mudarabah/Musyarakah Financing Performance, while the Selection Process and Control Process on Business variables have no effect on Mudarabah/Musyarakah Financing Performance. Abstract

The purpose this research is to research influenc of internal audit performance measures, professional expertise and auditor work experience  towards state universities in Banten. The population in this study were auditors of the Internal Audit Unit (SPI) at State Universities in Indonesia. The research sample is the SPI auditor and the former State University SPI auditor in Banten. Data collection is done by coming directly to the SPI auditor and former auditor of State University SPI in Banten. This research was conducted by survey method through a questionnaire to SPI auditors and former SPI auditor of State University in Banten. Total of State Universities in Serang is 4 universities. From the survey result, the number of SPI auditors at State University in Banten is 117, consisting of 73 former SPI auditors and 44 SPI auditors. So, the number of distributed questionnaires same as proportion of total samples or respondents is 117 questionnaires. Data processing until hypothesis testing in this study uses SPSS. The results of this study are (1) size of internal audit performance has a significant positive effect on university performance, (2) professional expertise has no significant positive effect on university performance and (3) work experience of internal auditors has a significant effect on university performance.
