Abstract

Polisi Militer TNI AL (POMAL) Surabaya adalah salah satu fungsi teknis militer umum TNI AL dan merupakan bagian dari Puspom TNI. Berdasarkan pada Surat Perintah Penugasan oleh Pusat Polisi Militer TNI AL (PUSPOMAL), sebagai salah satu korps TNI yang akan mengikuti standarisasi kemiliteran secara nasional dan internasional. PUSPOMAL menugaskan kepada setiap korps POMAL di seluruh Indonesia untuk dilakukan Audit setiap periode, khususnya Audit Teknologi Informasi. POMAL Surabaya memiliki bagian Cyber crime dan TI (UTI). Bagian UTI memiliki peran tugas untuk mendukung dan mengatasi segala kegiatan operasional di POMAL dengan fasilitas pendukung teknologi informasi. Adapun layanan TI di POMAL seperti memberikan informasi proses hukum anggota TNI AL dan penyelenggaraan Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) TNI AL. Namun terdapat permasalahan TI terkait layanan TI tersebut yaitu data di POMAL Surabaya belum terintegrasi, sering terjadi error dari jaringan cyber crime dari pusat sehingga proses penyelidikan dan penyidikan terganggu, belum optimalnya penggunaan sistem pembuatan SIM anggota TNI AL karena masih sering mengalami gangguan sistem dan hardware.Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada, maka perlu dilakukan audit teknologi informasi. Audit teknologi informasi mengacu pada standar Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) 4.1. Standar COBIT digunakan karena mempunyai kompromi yang cukup baik dalam keluasan cakupan pengelolaan dan kedetailan proses-prosesnya serta COBIT merupakan panduan yang paling lengkap dari praktik-praktik terbaik untuk manajemen TI.Penelitian pada POMAL Surabaya menghasilkan temuan, yaitu: (i)POMAL Surabaya memiliki tingkat kematangan 0.744 di bawah standar internasional (standar nilai-nilai proses IT di ISACA) yaitu berada di bawah 2 padahal standar internasional mempunyai nilai maturity level antara 2-3. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa POMAL belum menerapkan manajemen TI secara benar. (ii) Analisa control objective domain PO1, PO4, PO6, PO10, AI4, AI7, DS7, DS8, ME1, dan ME4 menunjukkan bahwa mempunyai assessment yang rendah yaitu tidak lebih dari 1 (satu), Namun, memiliki nilai kepentingan yang tinggi pada proses bisnis yang ada dalam organisasi, sehingga proses-proses yang berkaitan dengan domain tersebut perlu untuk terus diperhatikan.

Abstract

KetKers is a platform website with crowdsourcing models that engaged in kind of veterinary especially for cats with an attractive design and most complete of facilities. KetKers includes 2 segments, the advertising providers (seller) and the advertising seekers (buyer). Customers can find easily what they need about their supplies, save more time and money for adoption and cat’s care, being a place that be trusted with the certified feature. Nowadays, many people are difficult to find the trust and complete website that provide all of the needs about cats, such as adopting cats, grooming, pet day care, veterinary service, mates, producing cat kennels, and the retail seller of cat supplies. Therefore, a startup platform that based on website is appear to help the sellers met the buyers and give the best offer to customer with the most facilities inside. It called KetKers. Joining KetKers, the sellers can increase the chance of their selling of good and services from KetKers’s customer. The result of the trials have shown that this startup platform can provide the facilities (grooming, pet’s care, veterinarian, mates, retailer of cat’s need and supplies with crowdsourcing models.

Abstract

Ayopanen is an application that moves as a market place for the sale of agricultural products. Ayopanen bridges between farmers as product providers and buyers as product enthusiasts. Farmers who usually make sales through long distribution channels now only need to make sales through the application. This makes farmers more profitable because of shorter distribution channels and customers benefit from cheaper prices. The solution is to build an application that can be used to manage product data, manage price data and create reports Ayopanen System. With this feature farmers can start transaction activities smoothly on Ayopanen so as to provide benefits for both parties both farmers and buyers. Management of pricing data in Ayopanen is the management of lower and upper price data for each product. The upper price is obtained from the current market price and the bottom price is obtained using 2 methods of mark up pricing obtained after entering the cost of production of each product and peak load pricing obtained from existing sales and stock transactions in Ayopanen. The results of trials and evaluations that have been done indicate that the application can help farmers in managing the product, providing price advice as a reference in determining the price, then can provide reports in the form of sales reports and product rating reports

Abstract

Currently many music studios are still using manual ordering in every process of their business, may be practically almost all the studios that exist in Indonesia are still using the manual way, therefore many people are still had difficult way in ordering because the schedule always crashes with the other studio users, Moreover they have to consider the mileage and then they survey the place, studio situations, rooms, tools and prices. Another problem is certainly felt by the studio owner who sometimes confused how to promote their music studio to be known by many people and is not less competitive with other music studios. You can see from the problems above, then we need an application that can bridge between studio owners and users of music studios. So the solution offered is to design an online booking application based Firstudio music crowdsourcing. With the application of Firstudio certainly can help the users of music studios in terms of booking music studio online quickly and accurately. Not only studio users, but studio owners will also benefit, they can promote their music studio on this website, moreover the absence of fees for their studio advertisements.

Abstract

Dalam peperangan modern yang menggunakan elektronik, banyak dikembangkan sistem deteksi sinyal radar. Radar adalah deteksi objek sistem yang dapat menggunakan gelombang radio untuk mendeteksi, menentukan jarak dan mengukur kecepatan dari suatu objek. Untuk dapat mengembangkan radar detector yaitu sistem yang dapat mendeteksi radar sesuai dengan parameter yang dipancarkan sinyal radar berupa Pulse Descriptor Word (PDW), diperlukan suatu simulator yang dapat menghasilkan berbagai macam karakteristik sinyal radar sesuai dengan karakteristik yang sebenarnya dilapangan.Termasuk karakteristik sinyal radar yang berfungsi untuk mengecoh radar detector, dengan cara mensimulasikan berbagai macam tipe PRI dan frekuensi (hopping dan agility). Sinyal yang dipancarkan oleh beberapa radar akan diterima disisi penerima dalam keadaan tumpang tindih (interleaving) sesuai dengn nilai Time Of Arrival (TOA) dan PRI dari masing-masing sinyal radar. Pada sisi penerima yaitu radar detector, sinyal yang mengalami interleaving akan diuraikan kembali dengan menganalisa parameter PRI dari sinyal radar menggunakan metode sequence search. Hal ini bertujuan agar penerima dapat mengenali apakah sinyal tersebut berasal dari radar musuh atau tidak.Dengan menggunakan metode sequnce search, sinyal yang diterima pada radar detector dapat dipisahkan sesuai dengan nilai PRI yang diinputkan yaitu PRI dengan nilai 1 µs, 1.4 µs dan 2.23µs.

Abstract

Pamekasan District Health Office is a government agency Pamekasan district in accordance with the principle of autonomy and responsible to carry out the duty of assistance in the field of Health in the district Pamekasan. Implementation of health service facilities is issued by the Health Service Division of Health Services Division and addressed to healthcare registries. The licensing certificate for health personnel is a proof that health workers have Practice and Work permits. Design of Management of Health Manpower License At Pamekasan District Health Office consists of registration of Nurse practice permit, Midwife's work permit, Doctor's license, Dental practitioner's license, pharmacist, and Pharmacist assistant. This application can also provide Hospital Information, Clinic and Puskesmas that exist in Pamekasan District. With the letter of licensing practice of web-based health workers at the District Health Office Pamekasan, expected to be a solution to the problems encountered and can generate useful information for retrieval long-term decisions as well as improving the quality of Health Services in Pamekasan District Health Office.

Abstract

Ayopanen is an application-based marketplaces websites engaged in marketing. Application of Ayopanen used to bridge farmers who sell its products and customers that want to buy products from farmers in particular chili. Current customer complain because the price of the retail traders in Chili varies rapidly in a fairly short period of time. The purpose of this research is to make the application Ayopanen for the management of sales transaction-based website in order to make the price of products sold by farmers is not much different when it gets to the customer, because the products are sold in take and Ayopanen managed by the farmers directly and bypass the sales from the farmer to the distributor to the merchants of hunter-gatherers. Trial results show that Ayopanen applications can perform transaction product sales from farmers at a price that is cheaper than the price of a given retail merchants or distributors at this time to the customer

Abstract

AYOPANEN is an application engaged in agriculture. This application was formed because it was motivated by the Minister of Trade's appeal to the community which was expected as an off taker to replace the role of middlemen and cooperate with the farmers. In addition, labor in agriculture, livestock and fishery sectors still have difficulty in increasing their business productivity due to constrained capital factor. Difficult access to capital causes the product since planted has been taken by the middleman. So when the harvest is done that determines the selling price is the middleman. The solution to be given is a web-based application that can help farmers get capital from investors to manage agriculture using As-Salam investment method, where the traded product is not available when the transaction is made, and the buyer makes the initial payment with the quality characteristics clear product while delivery of products will be done in the future. Existing processes in the application are product management for farmers, investment purchases by investors, As-Salam agreement documents, progress tracking, admin validation, and transaction reports. The results show that this application can help investors find agricultural products that want to be invested with the characteristics of clear product quality. Applications can help farmers get a capital loan without paying interest on the loan

Abstract

The institution of SMAS Al-Multazam Mojokerto is an educational institution located in Islamic Education Foundation naunagan Al-Multazam housed in Kepuhanyar Highway No. 24 subdistrict of Mojokerto Mojoanyar. SMAS Al-Multazam in improving service quality of academic, SMAS Al-Multazam issued policies do the migration from manual process becomes a process of tersistem with good match from one of Al-Multazam SMAS mission. The issues facing the SMAS Al-Multazam currently include first, the determination of class time takes a long time because it takes seven days to correct the problem with the entry value. Second, in doing scheduling subjects, often happens to crash on a schedule created. Third, the hardcopy form presence form the crash prone, missing data, error and need a recap of additional fees for doubling documents presensi form. Fourthly, the assessment process be longer when the eleventh semester activities will be performed. Based on some of the problems above, Al-Multazam SMAS requires the presence of the analysis and the design of the academic information system that can do the process of determining the class presensi, data storage, scheduling subjects and calculation value as well as making the report. Academic information system design is done using the stages of the SDLC waterfall method. Analysis and design of information systems academic at Al-Multazam SMAS will produce the document specification of Software Requirements (SKPL) and document design and software architecture (DAPL). The document can be used as the basis for the development of academic information systems.

Abstract

Bangkalan Middle School 4 is an educational institution that was established in 1979 and is one of the public schools. During this time, Bangkalan 4 Public Middle School recorded and carried out the assessment process using paper, where the recording of values and presence carried out on paper sometimes suffered loss or damage to the paper and in the process of calculating the value is still done manually which results in miscalculation or typing in the delivery of information about the school's academic activities is not good enough, delivered at the end of the semester. To overcome this problem, 4 Bangkalan Middle School requires the School Academic Information System to be related to student attendance, student assessment and attendance information, grades and student ranking. So that the school can provide academic information to students and parents of students. Based on the results of the analysis, system design, and making that has been done, it can be concluded that the design of academic information systems can record the presence of students by homeroom and can be seen directly by students without having to wait at the end of the semester. a matter of minutes without having to count the grades of students one by one. The system will calculate the value automatically and can be directly seen by homerooms and students without having to wait 1 week to 1 month. Students can also find out student grade ranking information.
