Abstract

This study aims to complete the design of accounting and to determine the application of accounting design in accordance with the applicable SAK ETAP. This research uses descriptive analysis that is with data collection technique using interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that the company only has two types of documentation of the recording of cash receipts and cash disbursements, so the company does not know about the business condition in a profit or loss. Therefore, this research is also designed new accounting that will be applied to the company by using computer system that is by using Microsoft Excel where the company can directly see the company's financial statements so that the company can know the condition of the business. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan rancangan akuntansi dan untuk mengetahui penerapan rancangan akuntansi sesuai dengan SAK ETAP yang berlaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif yaitu dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan hanya memiliki dua jenis dokumentasi pencatatan yaitu penerimaan kas dan pengeluaran kas, sehingga perusahaan tidak mengetahui apakah usahanya mengalami keuntungan atau kerugian. Oleh karena itu, maka penelitian ini juga dirancang akuntansi baru yang akan diterapkan pada perusahaan dengan menggunakan bantuan komputer yaitu dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel dimana perusahaan bisa langsung melihat laporan keuangan perusahaan sehingga perusahaan bisa mengetahui kondisi usaha tersebut.

Abstract

This study discusses the infrastructure facilities management system in universities. The system is designed using Near Field Communication technology that uses an Android smartphone to support the use of this system and also the web using PHP and MYSQLi programming languages for online data storage. The method used in designing this system is the Waterfall model. This system modeling uses the UML language (Unified Modeling Language). This research was conducted at Pelita Indonesia College. The results showed that the use of Infrastructure Facilities System using Android-based NFC technology is easy to use for Staff and Infrastructure Heads in managing their inventory. Keywords : Infrastructure Facilities, Universities, Near Field Communication, Android. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas tentang sistem manajemen sarana prasarana pada perguruan tinggi. Sistem yang dirancang menggunakan teknologi Near Field Communication yang menggunakan smartphone android untuk mendukung penggunaan sistem ini dan juga web menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MYSQLi untuk penyimpanan data secara online. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem ini adalah Waterfall model. Pemodelan sistem ini menggunakan bahasa UML (Unified Modelling Language). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Perguruan Tinggi Pelita Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Sistem Sarana Prasarana menggunakan teknologi NFC berbasis android mudah digunakan bagi Staff dan Kepala Sarana Prasarana dalam memanajemen inventarisnya. Kata Kunci : Sarana Prasarana, Perguruan Tinggi, Near Field Communication, Android.

Abstract

Increasing number of universities in Indonesia today demanding all universities both public and private to be able to improve the quality of competition. One of them is through the right marketing strategy. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, satisfaction and incentives towardn word of mouth behavior on STIE Pelita Indonesia Pekanbaru students. The sample of this research are 100 respondents who are active students of STIE Pelita Indonesia Pekanbaru and the research method used is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results show that the variable of service quality, satisfaction, incentive partially have significant effect on word of mouth behavior on students. Through this research, the management of STIE Pelita Indonesia need to improve the academic service to the students and to maintain the incentive as one way to promote STIE Pelita Indonesia. Abstract

With the increasing speed of information flow due to globalization, the role of information technology is vital and very decisive for an educational institution in increasing its ability to face competition and be able to provide satisfactory services for students. The object of this research is the users of the university's academic information system, namely all active students of TA Geap 2017-2018 with a sample of 450 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Amos. The results of the study show that improving the quality of academic information systems will be able to increase student satisfaction but not necessarily be able to increase student loyalty directly. However, indirectly through satisfaction, the quality of the system can increase user / student loyalty. Improvement and improvement of academic information also through this research directly and indirectly can have an impact on increasing student satisfaction and loyalty. Good service quality in a college is a very important assessment in increasing student satisfaction and loyalty. Keywords: Information Technology, Satisfaction, Loyalty

Abstract

Higher education is an institution that is heavily influenced by technological advances,especially in the field of computer technology. The purpose of this study is to create a computer inventory management system in higher education which is previously using manuals system become technology based system in order to work more effective and efficient. The research method used is design of inventory tracking system application using NFC android based. Abstract

This study was conducted in order to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance of National Education and Culture Department of Riau Province. Total population is defined by 30 respondents, as independent variables, namely motivation and work environment while the dependent variable is the performance of employees. This study was taken withtechnique purposive random sampling and collected through a questionnaire.The results showed that motivation and signiikan influence on employee performance, and the work environment has no effect and does not signiffish on the performance of employees Department of Education and Culture of the Province of Riau. Atkoe testfisienof determination (R2)indicates that the value of Adjusted R squere on work motivation and work environment to employees performance of 23.8% and the rest influenced other variables. The study recommends and advises the Department of Education and Culture of the Province of Riau in order to maintain and improve the motivation and work environment so that the employee's performance can be improved. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas Pendididikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Riau. Jumlah populasi yang ditetapkan sebanyak 30 responden, sebagai variabel independen, yaitu motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini diambil dengan  teknik purposive random sampling dan dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner.Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh dan signiikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Riau. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Factors - Factors that led to employee satisfaction and turnover intention on PT.Mitra Kencana Nusantara. This analysis uses the independent variables of Work Stress, Workload, Work Environment, Salary, Organizational Commitment while the dependent variable is Employee Satisfaction and Turnover Intention. Samples of this research are employees who work at PT.Mitra Kencana Nusantara. And performed in nonprobability sampling method in the form of simple random sampling and collected through questionnaires with the number of 50 respondents. Statistical Methods using Path Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis and Direct and Indirect Effect, by testing the statistical test hypothesis t. The result of this research indicate that job stress significantly influence to turnover intention through employee satisfaction, work load significantly influence to turnover intention, work environment significantly influence to turnover intention through employee satisfaction, organizational commitment significantly influence to employee satisfaction and turnover intention and the last Employee Satisfaction has an effect on Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Faktor – Faktor yang menyebabkan tejadinya kepuasan karyawan dan turnover intention pada PT.Mitra Kencana Nusantara. Analisis ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu Stres Kerja , Beban Kerja , Lingkungan Kerja , Gaji , Komitmen Organisasi sedangkan Variabel dependen yaitu Kepuasan Karyawan dan Turnover Intention .Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT.Mitra Kencana Nusantara. Dan dilakukan dalam metode nonprobability sampling dalam bentuk simple random sampling dan dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan jumlah 50 responden . Metode Statistik menggunakan Analisis Jalur ,  Analisis Regresi Berganda dan Pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung , dengan pengujian hipotesis uji statistik t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan karyawan , beban kerja secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention , lingkungan kerja secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan karyawan, komitmen organisasi secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan karyawan dan turnover intention dan yang terakhir Kepuasan Karyawan berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention.

Abstract

This studyaims to analyze the dimensions of product quality most dominant in the perception of the consumer as well as the dimensions that most distinguishes between perception of quality spare parts and Federal Aspira brand in the province of Riau. The samples used in this study was 110 respondents, determined by simple random sampling of 152 population. The analytical method used is a comparative analysis using independent sample t-test.Based on the results of hypothesis testing dimensions of product quality and Federal Aspira according to consumer perceptions conducted by different test, in each dimension indicate a probability value greater than 0.05. This shows that there is no difference in consumers' perceptions of product quality in terms of eight dimensions of perceived quality is there, namely: performance, features, reliability, conformance, durability, serviceability, aesthetic, fit and finish. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dimensi kualitas produk yang paling dominan dalam persepsi konsumen serta dimensi yang paling membedakan antara persepsi kualitas suku cadang merek Aspira dan Federal di provinsi Riau. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 110 responden, ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling dari 152 populasi yang ada. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis komparatif menggunakan independent sample t-test.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dimensi kualitas produk Aspira dan Federal menurut persepsi konsumen yang dilakukan melalui uji beda, pada setiap dimensi menunjukkan nilai probabilitas yang lebih besar dari 0,05. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa tidak terjadi perbedaan persepsi konsumen terhadap kualitas produk ditinjau dari delapan dimensi persepsi kualitas yang ada, yaitu : performance, features, reliability, conformance, durability, serviceability,  aesthetic, fit and finish.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the policy of lending products makarizo on the PT. Natura Mega Murni Cab. Pekanbaru. The analysis was done using descriptive and analycital methods sign test. Data collection techniques used were interview, documentation,and questionnaires. Based on the research result, it can be put forwad that the analysis of policy lending products makarizo at the PT. Natura Mega Murni Cab. Pekanbaru as a whole has not been going well. It is seen from capacity, capital, collateral and condition while that has been running effectively is character. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan pemberian kredit produk makarizo pada PT. Natura Mega Murni Cab. Pekanbaru. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif dan dengan menggunakan metode analisis sign test. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dikemukakan bahwa analisis kebijakan pemberian kredit produk makarizo pada PT. Natura Mega Murni  cab. Pekanbaru secara keseluruhan belum berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kemampuan, modal, agunan dan kondisi ekonomi, sedangkan yang sudah berjalan dengan baik adalah watak.
