Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa Kelas IV SD

Abstract

The problem in this research was the low result of science learning of fourth grade elementary school. The purpose of this research was to find out whether there was an influence of inquiry learning model to science learning outcomes of fourth graders of elementary school. The research method used was pre-experiment using One Group Pretest Posttest design. The population in this study were as many as 46 students with research samples were the IVB class of 26 students. The average result of pretest learning achievement is 54,9 and the average posttest learning result is 77,5. The result of research which used dependent sample t-test obtained ttable = 2.064, because t count> t table (10,588> 2.064 and 5% significance level so that hypothesis is accepted.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SD. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimen dengan menggunakan Design One Group Pretest Posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 46 siswa dengan sampel penelitian pada kelas IVB yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Hasil analisis rata-rata hasil belajar pretest 54,9 dan rata-rata hasil belajar posttest 77,5. Hasil penelitian menggunakan rumus dependent sample t-test diperoleh ttabel sebesar =2,064, karena nilai t hitung > t tabel (10,588 > 2,064 dan taraf signifikansi 5% sehingga hipotesis diterima.Kata kunci : hasil belajar, IPA, model inkuiri
