Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Pekanbaru dengan tujuan penelitian untuk membuktikan pengaruh motivasi terhadap disiplin dan kinerja pegawai. Jumlah yang sampel yang digunakan adalah 60 orang, dengan metode random sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji F dan uji T. Hasil analisis menggunakan SPSS dan PLS dapat diketahui bahwa variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan koefisien determinasi maka didapatkan hasilnya 82.1% dan sisanya 17.9% tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Production of nanomagnetic particles via microbial processes offers the advantage of better biocompatibility for medical applications. However, this process is not widely applied due to the difficulties in cultivating magnetotactic bacteria in the lab. This research explored the possibilities of cultivating magnetotactic bacteria in order to produce nanomagnetic particles in the lab and in particular to find the carbon and iron sources to get the optimum yield of nanomagnetic particles. Experiments were performed as semiaerobic-batch-magnetotactic-bacteria cultivations. The carbon source in the media was varied as: sodium lactate, sodium acetate, and sodium pyruvate. As for the iron source, either Fe-citrate or Fe-quinate was used. Bacterial cell growth was monitored using the turbidometry-gravimetry method, substrate concentration was measured using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), while the cellular iron content was measured using electron dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and transmission electronic microscopy (TEM). It was observed that cell growth did not correlate with the production of nanomagnetic particles. The bacteria grew best on sodium pyruvate and Fe-quinate, however, the best yield of nanomagnetic particles was obtained from the cultivation with sodium acetate and Fe-quinate. The obtained TEM images confirmed the presence of nanomagnetic particles.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh direct financial, indirect payment, dan imbalan non finasial terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kepulauan Meranti. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan bahwa direct financial, indirect payment, dan imbalan non financial berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja. Dengan hasil penelitian sebesar 83.9%.

Abstract

The study was conducted at the collection division of PT. Summit Oto Finance Pekanbaru with the aim of research to determine the effect of sanctions from disciplinary actions on employee performance. The number of samples used was 42 people, using the census method. The analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, F test and T test. The results of the analysis using SPSS can be seen that the position reduction variable has a negative effect on performance, transfer of position and termination has a positive effect on employee performance while complaints to parties authority does not affect employee performance. The results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination, the results are 82.2% and the remaining 17.8% are not examined

Abstract

Tujuan penilitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen pegawai dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan dan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Pelalawan. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 102 orang sedangkan sampel sebanyak 54 orang pegawai dengan menggunakan purposesive random sampling. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui besarnya Adjusted R.Square adalah 0.775 hal ini berarti 77.5% variabel kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel komitmen pegawai dan kepuasan kerja, Sedangkan sisanya 22.5% dijelaskan oleh sebab lain diluar model.
