Abstract

The lack of audio-visual teaching materials to improve students’ understanding of the heat material is the background of this research. The purpose of this research is to produce audio-visual teaching materials that are valid, practical and can improve students understanding about the matter of heat. This type of research is research and development with 4D stages (Define, Design, Development and Dessiminate). The existance of time and cost constraints dessiminate stage is not done. The sampling technique in this research is Cluster Random Sampling. The sample of this research is the students of class SMP N 1 Pariaman. There are two instruments used to collect data in this research: validation sheet related expert assessment of Physics to linguistic, material substance, display of teaching materials, design of learning, as well as making software, and sheets of practicality of teachers and students related to assessment of product usage in learning activities in exploration, elaboration and confirmation. Based on the result of product validity test the lecture of Physics got the average appraisal of 85,9 with very valid category. The product is also practically used in the learning activities according to the teacher with the average assessment 85,6 and practical according to the students with the average appraisal 85. Based on the result of statical tests for the initial test and the final test of students obtained t-test higher than t-table, so it can be concluded that the use of video and animation teaching materials can improve students understanding of the heat matter.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya bahan ajar audio-visual untuk dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada materi kalor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan bahan ajar audio-visual yang valid, praktis serta dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai materi kalor. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan tahapan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Dessiminate). Tahap Dessiminate tidak dilakukan karena adanya keterbatasan waktu dan biaya. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Cluster Random Sampling. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas SMP N 1 Pariaman. Terdapat dua instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu: lembar validasi terkait dengan penilaian ahli dalam bidang fisika terhadap kebahasaan, substansi materi, tampilan bahan ajar, desain pembelajaran serta software dan lembar praktikalitas guru serta siswa terkait dengan penilaian keterpakaian produk dalam kegiatan pembelajaran pada tahap pendahuluan, inti dan penutup. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas produk kepada dosen ahli fisika didapatkan rata-rata penilaian sebesar 85,9 dengan kategori sangat valid. Produk yang dikembangkan juga praktis digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran menurut guru dengan rata-rata penilaian 85,6 dan praktis menurut siswa dengan rata-rata penilaian 85. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik untuk tes awal dan tes akhir siswa didapatkan nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan bahan ajar video dan animasi dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi kalor.

Abstract

The process of interpreting the Quran continues to evolve from Arabic to all corners of the world. Among other things, Malaysia. The Qur'anic interpretation in Malaysia dates back to the 17th century through oral para da'i. While the tradition of writing the Qur'anic interpretations only appeared in the 20th century. And as one way of transmitting Islamic values, the interpretation of the Quran in Malaysia took place in the da'i's preaching and under the influence of the previous interpreters. Recorded Abdurrauf as-Sinkily, Muhammad Abduh and Rasyid Ridha, and al-Maraghi were the most influential figures in interpreting the Quran and Islamic studies in Malaysia. This article will look at how the Qur'anic interpretations travel according to the way of transmission by the da'i, and how the influence of each character changes the order of interpretation in Malaysia. As a result, the process of interpreting the Quran in Malaysia was identified as growing through the hands of the da'is who were exposed to the ideology of their teachers, as well as the previous interpreters
