Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to look at the environmental protection efforts undertaken by the government from the perspective of the constitution and education of Citizenship. The method used in the writing of this article is Library Research, which collects data from scientific articles, research reports or other things relevant to the topic. From the results of this study can be seen that the actual environmental protection already exists in the Indonesian Constitution that is in article 28H paragraph 1 and article 33 paragraph 4 of the 1945 Constitution. While the education of citizenship protection can be seen from efforts to awaken the responsibility of citizens related to environmental sustainability and apply the 18 character values in KDP learning. There are also adiwiyata programs integrated in PPKn subjects.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana transformasi nilai-nilai lokal Jawa dalam pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi literatur. Sumber yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada Berg (2009) yaitu 1) artikel ilmiah, disertasi, dan buku, 2) artikel dan essay ilmiah, 3) Ensiklopedi, kamus. 4) artikel jurnal, 5) majalah nasional dan internasional. Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh pentingnya kearifan lokal sebagai salah muatan dalam proses pendidikan. Hasil dari penelitian adalah, terdapat transformasi kearifan lokal Jawa dalam peneguhan pendidikan karakter yaitu tepa dlira (toleransi), rukun (cinta damai), rumangsa melu handarbeni, rumangsa wajib hangrungkebi (peduli sosial), memayu hayuning bawana (peduli lingkungan), Aja dumeh (menghargai prestasi, jujur, rendah hati) .Abstract The purpose of this study was to describe how the transformation of local Javanese values in character education in elementary schools. This research was a literature study. The sources used in this study refered to Berg (2009), namely 1) scientific articles, dissertations, and books, 2) scientific articles and essays, 3) encyclopedias, dictionaries. 4) Journal article, 5) national and international magazines. This research was in the background of the importance of local wisdom as one of the contents in the Education process. The results of the study were, there was a transformation of Javanese local wisdom in affirming character education namely Tepa Slira (tolerance), Rukun (cinta damai), rumangsa melu handarbeni, rumangsa obligatory hangrungkebi (social care), memayu hayuning bawana (environmental care), Aja dumeh (appreciating achievement, honest, humble)

Abstract

This article aims to conduct studies to build character history for life in the younger generation through conservation education of cultural heritage perspective combined with the syntax of contex-learn inquiry. The method used in this article is the lybrary reserach method in which the object studied in this study comes from books, notes, journals, transcripts, research reports and other documents that can be found and related to conservative learning, character, history, etc. the techniques used to collect data with documentation, the researchers identify the discourse of books, papers or articles, magazines, journals, newspapers, web (internet), or other information related to conservative learning, character, history or directly related to the title of writing. after the data collected then the data is analyzed to obtain conclusions, forms in descriptive analysis techniques. The conclusion of this research indicates the importance to immediately apply conservation education in changing mindset and behavior in order to form character history for life especially for the young generation. Given the life of the era of globalization requires a young generation of the future that has three characteristics of knowledge or knowledge society, cultured or cultured society, and civilized or civilized society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya untuk menganalisis penguasaan civic competence  (civic knowledge, civic disposition, civic skill) pada mahasiswa PPKn. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kombinasi menggunakan model campuran tidak berimbang (Concurrent embedded). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa jurusan PPKn di Universitas PGRI Madiun. Untuk mengumpulkan data dari subjek yang ada maka metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data digunakan teknik interaktif Miles and Huberman, serta analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan mahasiswa PPKn semester VII lebih baik dalam penguasaan Civic Competence di banding mahasiswa PPKn di semester lain. Hal itu karena dalam kelas mereka telah dikembangkan kultur demokratis seperti aktif dalam pengambilan keputusan publik, ikut dalam diskusi antara mahasiswa dan kampus, aktif dalam kegiatan kemahasiswaan (BEM, HMPS), serta aktif dalam berbagai organisasi sosial di luar kampus. Sehingga secara tidak langsung berbagai aktivitas yang telah mereka lakukan tersebut dapat membantu untuk mengembangkan civic competence.
