Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the engine maintenance performed Sariwangi Earth Pearl Factory Shop and to find out whether the policies implemented have been streamlined. To achieve these objectives, using quantitative methods and mathematical statistics as a tool to help decide the maintenance policies to be taken at a certain time.The results showed that the annual preventive maintenance Rp. 4.200.000, -, while corrective annual fee of Rp. 4.500.000, -. Coffee Factory Sariwangi then implement preventive maintenance can save maintenance cost Rp. 300.000, -.

Abstract

This study aims to analiyzethe system  of optimal service queue at the teller that existed in PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Bungku Branch.  The analytical method used is M/M/1 or single channel single phase, but to compare the optimal or not the queue of customer service at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri branch when adding one teller in solid time so the used M/M/S analysis method or multi channel single phase. The result of analysis by using one teller in cash deposit of solid time is probability in system is equal to 0,0572. The teller utility level is 0,94 or 94 % the average number of customers in the system is 17 people, while using two tellers can be seen the probability in the system is 0,350 or no one in the system. Teller utility rate is reduced to 0,48 or 48% of the average number of customers in the system is 1 person, it indicates that the customer queuing in the system is optimal. Based on the data is can be concluded that the addition of one teller at a solid time can optimize the existing services in PT Bnk Syariah Mandiri Bungku branc.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the quality control of chicken eggs in an effort to control the level of chicken egg disability and whether the level of disability is within the limits of control at UD Amina Palu. Quality control process applied. UD Amina Palu in chicken egg production is using vasninator service provider of medicines. A common defect criteria for chicken egg production in UD Amina is egg crack criteria as much as 209 eggs, of the four criteria, ie cracking, hollow, thin, pale and broken. The method used is descriptive method with census sampling technique where the samples taken as much as the population produced during 25 working days. This research uses product quality control analysis tool based on Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method for attribute data by using Check Sheet and P-chart disability proportion control chart with standard deviation 3. The result of this research shows that the quality control of defect product done by UD Amina The hammer is in a controlled state or is within the limits of control.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the logistics cost structure, logistics costs incurred, and the total cost of logistics onion farmer Sigi Biromaru District Sigi Regency. Population in this study is onion farmers in Sigi Biromaru District Sigi Regency with a land area of ½ ha with sampling technique is culster random sampling, with the number of samples of 12 groups of farmers. The results showed that the logistics cost structure of onion farmers in Sigi Biromaru sub-district of Sigi Regency consists of 4 activities, namely packing of Rp.23.382.000, warehousing or warehousing of Rp.31.370.000, order processing and information system of Rp.1.804.000 and transportation amounting to Rp 13,380,000 with total total cost of losing Rp.69.936.000 for all existing farmer groups with all activities occurring on shallot farming.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of quality control using statistical aids is useful in an effort to control the level of product damage in the company. Quality control analysis is carried out using statistical tools in the form of check sheets and p control maps. Check sheets are used to present data to make it easier to understand data for the purposes of subsequent analysis. P control maps are used to monitor damaged products whether they are still in control or not.  The results of the P control chart analysis show that the process has been carried out well. This can be seen in the final product quality control chart with the final number of CL values showing 0.0049, UCL 0.0091, LCL 0.0007 with a proportion of 0.0050 defects which means that the quality control process is within controlled limits because the value of the defect proportion is smaller than the UCL value.

Abstract

Research this purpose find out optimal amount raw material puchases each time making and order, knowing the safety stok raw materials that must be provided and knowing when to re-order raw materials. This type of research is quantitative descriptif research, using the EOQ method of  economical raw material purchase in 2017 is 63,67 m3. With the order frequency of  9,14 time and the optimum cycle time of each order is 31,1  days. The number of safety suppies that must be povided is 7.113,6  m3. The right time to re-order is when the raw material supply is 7.121,08 m3

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the queuing system at the cashier that was implemented in the Bumi Nyiur Swalayan Center expenditure center had been effective or not. This study uses the M / M / S model queue formula. The conclusion of this study shows that the queuing system at Bumi Nyiur Swalayan Center Palu City using 4 cashiers, has an average percentage of ρ value of 57.18% which is in the ineffective category. The most effective number of cashiers is 3 cashiers that have an average value of ρ of 76.23%, which can be used in quite effective categories, but with consideration there is an increase in the number of employees serving in the cashier
