Abstract

The purpose of this research is to implement a model of Communication SMCR Berlo an effort to improve the mastery of German vocabulary (wortschatz) high school students in the city of Makassar. The design used in this study is one group pretest-posttest design. The technique of collecting data through vocabulary tests and questionnaires. The data obtained in this study were analyzed by descriptive quantitative t-test using SPSS 15.0 software program. The data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed by descriptive narrative. The results show an increase in category seeing, hearing, touching, and smelling. Thus, the model inferred Berlo SCMR effective communication to enhance the students' mastery of the German language vocabulary

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain perangkat pembelajaran kosa kata bahasa Jerman berdasarkan model komunikasi SMCR-Berlo sebagai alternatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan khususnya pengajarab bahasa Jerman di SMA kota Makassar. Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini ialah 1) bagaimana mendesain perangkat pembelajaran kosa kata bahasa Jerman yang valid, praktis dan atraktif untuk diterapkan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kosa kata bahasa Jerman siswa. 2) bagaimana keefektifan  perangkat pembelajaran kosa kata berdasarkan model komunikasi SCMR-Berlo ini. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kajian ini ialah penelitian pengembangan. Luaran dari penelitian ini terdiri atas materi pengajaran yang didesain berdasarkan model komunikasi SCMR-Berlo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi tentang keefektifan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dalam keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jerman Siswa Kelas X MIA SMA Negeri 2 Sungguminasa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu yang menggunakan tes keterampilan berbicara dan perlakuannya menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X MIA SMA Negeri 2 Sungguminasa. Sampelnya adalah siswa kelas X MIA 2 berjumlah 30 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas X MIA 4 berjumlah 30 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik sampel yang digunakan ialah sampel acak. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus uji-t. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa th (10,128) > tt (2,002) dengan taraf alpha (α) 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis proyek efektif dalam keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jerman siswa kelas X MIA SMA Negeri 2 Sungguminasa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat keterampilan menulis kalimat sederhana bahasa Jerman dengan menggunakan media gambar siswa kelas XI IPA1 MAN 1 Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Makassar yang berjumlah 74 siswa dari 4 kelas. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA1 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Makassar yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan menulis kalimat sederhana bahasa Jerman dengan menggunakan media gambar siswa kelas XI IPA Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Makassar termasuk kategori cukup ( 60,93%).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a learning model of Teams-Games-Tournaments (TGT) in learning German vocabulary (Wortschatz). Specifically the study aims: (a) to find out the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of German vocabulary learning to improve students vocabulary mastery; (b) to find out the effectiveness Teams-Games-Tournaments (TGT) learning model for German vocabulary learning. The subjects of this study were teachers and students of class XI at SMA 11 Makassar. The data were collected via implementation of learning model sheet, questionnaire, and test. Learning model development of this study was examined in terms of validity and effectiveness. Learning model development was designed using 4-d procedures; defining stage, design stage, development stage, and disseminate stage. The result showed that learning model of Teams-Games-Tournaments (TGT) in learning German vocabulary (Wortschatz) was valid, practical and effective. The validity of this model was; learning implementation plans (3.86), textbooks (3.58), student’s worksheets (3.78), and teachers handbook (3.84). By using t- test formula where th (10,128) > tt (2,002) with alpha level (α) 0,05, showed the learning model of Teams-Games-Tournaments (TGT) was effective in learning German vocabulary.

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain data about the influence on the ability listen to audio media students of German Language Study Program, Foreign Language Education Department  Faculty of Languages and Literature, Makassar State University. The type of this research is a quantitative research using quasi-experimental. The research design used in this study is a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study is a student of German language Study Program, Foreign Language Education Department  Faculty of Languages and Literature, Makassar State University 2016/2017, with the number of 46 people. The sample in this study is the total sample. Analysis of the data is an inferential statistical analysis using t-test. The calculation result is t test (8.61) > t table (2.015)  with   alpha level (0.05). That means, there is an effect using audio media on listening skills  of students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the effectiveness of Field-Trip-Learning-method in writing a German description essay. This study used quasi-experiment approach. The sample in this study is random sampling. Data is analyzed using t-Test analysis. The result of data analysis shows that t-count 8,44> t-table 2,000 at significant level of 0.05. The results showed that The Field-Trip-Learning method is effectively used in increasing student’s writing skill.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to know the relationship between vocabulary mastery with a descriptive essay writing skills of language Germany. Data was collected using writing skill test. Data were analyzed through the Product Moment correlation. The population of this research is the grade XI IPA which consisting of 1 class, numbered 20 people. The sample was selected using the technique of  Total Sampling namely whole grade XI IPA that add up to 20 students. The results of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between vocabulary mastery with a descriptive essay writing skills of language Germany grade XI IPA SMA Karya Sahari Bulukumba (rh = 0,609 > rt = 0,444).
