Abstract

This research is the development of research that aims to develop instructional materials based on local wisdom social studies valid and practical and has a potential effect on students understanding on the values contained in the local culture. This study uses a model of development Borg and Gall consisted of three phases: a preliminary study, product development, and product trials. Gathering data using questionnaires, tests, documentation and data analysis using quantitative descriptive. Expert review of assessment results show the value of 83.3% (valid) for expert material and 82.5% (valid) for the media expert. In the test phase one to one and small group of learners obtained responses were very good (82.5%) showed the practicality of the use of teaching materials. In the field evaluation trials in Palembang obtained the pretest and posttest at 3.62 at 6.07 which shows an increase of 2.35 with N-Gain value of 0.4 with the medium category. While at Palangkaraya also an increase of 1.28 with N-Gain value of 0.3 with the medium category. The research results obtained by the product of teaching materials based on local wisdom valid, practical, effective learners with a positive response by 82.5% (excellent) on the use of teaching materials based on local wisdom in social studies.

Abstract

El Nino dan La Nina adalah merupakan dinamika atmosfer dan laut yang mempengaruhi cuaca di sekitar laut Pasifik. selain fenomena menghangatnya suhu permukaan laut, terjadi pula fenomena sebaliknya yaitu mendinginnya suhu permukaan laut akibat menguatnya upwelling. El Nino dan La Nina adalah merupakan dinamika atmosfer dan laut yang mempengaruhi cuaca di sekitar laut Pasifik. Ketika El nino berlangsung, musim kemarau menjadi sangat kering serta permulaan musim hujan yang terlambat. Sedangkan ketika La nina, musim penghujan akan tiba lebih awal dari biasanya. Abstract

This research entitled "Development of Education in Palembang In Year 1942-1950" The problems in this research is How Education in Palembang in 1942-1950 and How Development of Education in Palembang in 1942-1950. In accordance with the problem the purpose of this study is intended to know more clearly how the education in Palembang in 1942-1950, and how the development of education at the time. The methodology used in this study is the historical method. From the results of this study it is found that the education that opened in Palembang in the Japanese period is not much, where the schools in the Netherlands that the number is not sufficient by the Japanese increasingly reduced, because the military government of Japan gave little attention to education in this area when compared with Java. The schools that existed during the occupation of the Japanese army were organized by the Japanese government and organized by private bodies such as Taman Siswa, Muhammadiyah, Methodist (Zending), Catholic (Mission) and local religious scholars. In the Japanese era Zending and Mission schools were forced to close, as Methodist schools used the English language of instruction, while the Catholic schools of teachers were mostly Dutch. In general, education in early independence is strived to match and approach the education system in developed countries. During the transition between 1945-1950, South Sumatra experienced difficulties in both socioeconomic, political and cultural fields, including education. Of the number of school-age children only a few percent who can enjoy the school, so the remaining 90% of the population of South Sumatra, especially Palembang are still many who are illiterate.Keywords: Education, Palembang, 1942-1950

Abstract

Tanaman gambir telah dibudidayakan oleh masyarakat Nusantara sejak masa perkembangan kebudayaan Hindu-Buddha di Nusantara. Pembudidayaan tanaman gambir tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kebudayaan menginang atau menyirih yang telah sejak lama berkembang luas di tengah-tengah kehidupan masyarakat Nusantara. Di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan tanaman gambir hanya terdapat di Desa Toman Kecamatan Babat Toman Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Masyarakat Desa Toman telah membudidayakan tanaman gambir sejak beberapa abad yang lalu sejak beberapa abad yang lalu.Sehubungan dengan itu, penelitian ini difokuskan untuk meneliti perkembangan kehidupan sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya petani gambir di Desa Toman Kecamatan Babat Toman Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin dari tahun 1990-2015.Kata Kunci: Petani, Gambir, Desa Toman

Abstract

To examine the Majapahit kingdom requires kompleks. This approach is due at least discovered relics of the Majapahit kingdom so as to prove that historians need to examine the exact location of the aspects of historical geography research paper is to approach the position, climate and the morphology of the earth. Majapahit kingdom was an empire centered in East Java, Indonesia, which once stood from about 1293 to 1500 AD This kingdom reached its peak became imperial highway that controls a wide area in the archipelago during the reign of Hayam Wuruk, who ruled from 1350 to 1389.The result of research to make sure that the Majapahit capital surrounded by a network of flow paths wide and deep and have a way out to the west toward the Brantas. Abstract

This study aims to create, apply, and revise the integration of lifestyle model VCT Exparloritori type in the course of IPS Education in Prodi History Education. The research method used is model development). The development of the model used is a modified ASSIST model with formative evaluation of Tessmer through stages: (1) analysis of student characteristics, (2) determination of learning objectives, (3) material selection, methods and media, (4) SAP product products and teaching materials Based on VCT model Examploritori type learning and evaluation tools of cultural values ​​and character of the nation through self-evaluation, exspert riview, one-on-one, small group and field test. Data collection using interview technique, observation, documentation and questionnaire. Results developed for the development of VCT models examploritori type Products resulting from this development are SAP and teaching materials and measuring tools of cultural values ​​and character of the nation. The results show that the learning model developed is valid by the expert as a validator, practically after being followed up by one to one evaluation and small group activities and also having potential impact on the cultural values ​​and character of the nation. Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh penerapan media cetak berbasis leaflet terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sejarah di kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya. Adapun rumusan masalah penelitian yaitu apakah ada tidaknya pengaruh penerapan media cetak berbasis leaflet terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sejarah di kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh penerapan media cetak berbasis leaflet terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sejarah di kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian eksperimen yang berjenis true exsperimental design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya yang terdiri dari 8 kelas. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random samplingsehingga terpilihlah kelas X  IPS 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X IPS 1 sebagai kelas kontrol. Dari hasil belajar siswa didapat nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen sebesar 77,13dan kelas kontrol sebesar 68,46. Uji statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni uji t, dari perhitungan diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel atau 10,32>2,01 sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh penerapan media cetak berbasis leaflet terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sejarah di kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya. Kata – kata Kunci : Media cetak berbasis leaflet, hasil belajar siswa

Abstract

This Study entitled “The Influence Of Vct (Value Clarification Technique) Learning Model Application For Students Affection Of History Lesson In X Class Senior High School 16 Palembang”. Problem in this research is there anything influence of VCT (Value Clarification Technique) Learning Model Application For Students Affection of History Lesson In X Class Senior High School 16 Palembang. This research has been carried out on Maret 03 until April 30, 2017. The sample in this research is class X IPA 1 and X IPA 3. Determination of classes taken by simple random sampling. Data collection technics using by data normality test, homogeneity test and Anava One Way. This questionnaire has more results for agreement alternative. By doing analysis data we got. 1) Fhitung = 3,95 > Ftabel = 2,49 so Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. 2) Fhitung = 2,70 > Ftabel = 4,10 so Ha was rejected and Ho was accepted. 3) Fhitung = 2,34 > Ftabel 2,31 so Ha accepted and Ho rejected. Because the level relation between those variable is strong, so the concluion is there are influence from VCT (Value Clarification Technique) learning model application for students affection of history lesson in X class Senior High School 16 Palembang.Key Words : Learning model, Value Clarification Technique, Student Affection

Abstract

Dengan diberlakukanya undang-undang otonomi tersebut memberikan kewenangan penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah yang lebih luas, nyata,dan bertanggung jawab. Adanya perimbangan tugas fungsi dan peran antar pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerahtersebut menyebabkan masing-masing daerah harus memiliki penghasilan yang cukup, daerah harus memiliki sumber pembiayaan yang memadai untuk memikul tanggung jaawab penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah. Otonomi daerah memberi kebebasan dalam menyusun program dan mengajukannya kepada pemerintahan pusat. Hal ini sangat akan berdampak positif dan bisa memajukan daerah tersebut apabila Orang/badan yang menyusun memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam merencanan suatu program serta memiliki analisis mengenai hal-hal apa saja yang akan terjadi dikemudia hari.

Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul pengaruh metode Problem Solving terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sejarah di kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Mendo Barat Bangka. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana pengaruh metode Problem Solving terhadap Hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Sejarah di SMA Negeri 1 Mendo Barat Bangka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen yaitu dengan perlakuan dan tanpa perlakuan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh kelas X yang berjumlah 171 siswa, sedangkan sampel penelitiannya diambil dengan teknik Random Sampling sehingga didapat sebagai sampelnya berjumlah 74 siswa yaitu kelas eksperimen (kelas X IPA 1) berjumlah 37 siswa dan kelas kontrol (kelas X IPA 2) berjumlah 37 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pelaksanaan tes baik pree tes maupun post tes yang berjumlah 25 soal berbentuk pilihan ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, dikelas eksperimen diperoleh rata- rata hasil belajar siswa tes akhir sebesar 79,43, sedangkan kelas kontrol rata- rata hasil belajar siswa yang diperolehnya pada tes akhir sebesar 68,86. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji t dengan taraf signifikan ? = 0,05 dan dk = n1 + n2 – 2 = 72 yaitu 1,66, diperoleh uji hipotesis t hitung sebesar 4,76 karena t hitung > t tabel (4,76 > 1,66) maka terima Ha dan tolak Ho, artinya pembelajaran sejarah dengan menerapkan metode Problem Solving memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa dikelas X SMA Negeri 1 Mendo Barat Bangka.Kata kunci : metode Problem Solving dan hasil belajar siswa
