Abstract

The study was conducted in STMIK Mardira Indonesia. The results of preliminary studies indicate that student satisfaction in STMIK Mardira Indonesia not optimal. Not optimal for student satisfactions were allegedly caused by factors of service quality include: Physical Evidence, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness and Assurance given. According to phenomenon, the problem is formulated in this study as follows: What factors of service quality and student satisfaction STMIK Mardira Indonesia. How the Influence factors of service quality on student satisfaction STMIK Mardira Indonesian either partially or simultaneously. Research method used is descriptive analysis, with a total population of 462 people, and is based on probability sampling with stratified random sampling technique by 5% of precision, then taken into a sample of 215 people. The data analysis technique done by the analysis of the path (Path Analisys) to determine the degree of the relationship between research variables, as well as to determine the effect, either directly or indirectly on the variables. In its operation using SPSS 17 and Ms. Excel. The results showed that the influence of the quality of service simultaneously at 59.4% and residual of 40.06 have been affected by other factors that are not revealed in this study. The direct effect of Physical Evidence 1.66%, Empathy 0.37%, 2.34% Reliability, Responsiveness 10.18%  and Assurance 5.24%. while the total effect of Physical Evidence 7.5%, Empathy 3.5%, 10.2% Reliability, Responsiveness 22.7% and Assurance 15.5%  Keywords: service quality; student satisfaction

Abstract

Services are all actions or activities that can be offered by one party to the other is intangible and does not cause any ownership. Characteristics of services, namely intangible or invisible. Inseparable, among the services provided by the service provider. Then varied, in this case is the standard value of a service to the customers is different. And the last is easily lost, because the service only when the transaction process between the service provider and the customer takes place. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Mines and Energy of West Java Province. The results of preliminary studies to obtain findings that employee performance Department of Mines and Energy of the Province of West Java is not optimal. Of the many variables determinants observed, presumably due to lower employee job satisfaction. While job satisfaction of employees suspected to be caused by the visionary leadership and career development. Therefore formulated the problem is: how to influence the visionary leadership and career development to employee satisfaction. And how the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at the Department of Mines and Energy of West Java Province. The method used is descriptive method of analysis, the number of respondents as many as 107 employees who constitute the population. The data analysis technique used is the correlation analysis techniques to determine the degree of closeness of the relationship between the study variables and path analysis techniques to determine the influence of both direct and indirect variable visionary leadership and career development to job satisfaction, as well as a simple regression analysis techniques to determine the effect of job satisfaction on performance. In the operationalization used the help of MSI and SPSS 10 software and Excel.               The results showed that the direct effect of visionary leadership on job satisfaction of employees of 0.352, the indirect effect through the visionary leadership of the career development of employees on job satisfaction of 0.107 so that the effect totaled 0,459; Direct influence on the development of kareier employee job satisfaction of 0.089, the indirect effect of career development through visionary leadership on job satisfaction of 0.107, so that the total effect of 0.196; Effect of visionary leadership and career development to job satisfaction simultaneously is equal to 0,645 remaining amount of 0.355 is the influence of other variables. Effect of job satisfaction on the performance is equal to 0, 746. remaining amount of 0.254 determined by other variables. Keywords: visionary leadership; career development; job satisfaction; performance

Abstract

The aim of this study were: 1) to determine the state of motivation, discipline, work environment and employee performance Cimahi City Health Department, 2) to seek the influence of motivation, discipline and work environment partially on employee performance, 3) to seek the influence of motivation, discipline and work environment simultaneously on employee performance.               This research was conducted at the Department of Health Cimahi by taking the employee population of 90 people. The method used is descriptive method analytical census using path analysis (path analysis), and the operation of calculations using SPSS 17.The results of this study are as follows: 1) the state of motivation in Health Office Cimahi included in either category (3.5792), 2) the state of labor discipline exist in either category (3.6296), 3) the state of the work environment is in category either (3.5096), 4) state employee performance there in the good category (3.6333), 5) there is a significant effect of motivation (x_1) on employee performance (Y), ie the total effect of 0.2797, 6) significant influence labor discipline (X_2) on employee performance (Y), ie the total effect of 0.2024, 7), there is a significant effect of work environment (X_3) on employee performance (Y), ie the total effect of 0 , 1810, 8), there is the influence of motivation (x_1), work discipline (X_2) and work environment (X3) simultaneously on employee performance (Y), namely the determination (R ^ 2) = 0.6631 or 66.31% ,               The conclusion of this study is proven there is significant relationship between motivation, discipline and work environment on the performance of employees in the Department of Health Cimahi.

Abstract

The aim of this study were: 1) to determine the state of leadership, communication, motivation and performance of employees Secretariat Development Administration Bureau of West Java Province, 2) to seek the influence of leadership, communication and motivation partially on employee performance, 3) to seek the influence leadership, communication and motivation simultaneously on employee performance.               This research was conducted at the Bureau of Development Administration Provincial Secretariat of West Java by taking the employee population of 60 people. The method used is descriptive method analytical census using path analysis (path analysis), and the operation of calculations using SPSS 17.               The results of this study are as follows: 1) The state of leadership in Development Administration Bureau of West Java Provincial Secretariat included into either category (3.70666), 2) The state of communication exists within either category (3.68922), 3) The state of motivation No work in either category (3.77000), 4) The state of employee performance is in both categories (3.80333), 5) There is a significant effect of leadership (X1) on employee performance (Y), ie the total effect of 0.249, 6 ) There is a significant effect of work communication (X3) on employee performance (Y), ie the total effect of 0.358, 7) There is a significant effect of work motivation (X3) on employee performance (Y), ie the total effect of 0.432, 8) There are significant effect of leadership influence (X1), communication (X2) and work motivation (X3) simultaneously on employee performance (Y), namely the determination (R2) = 0.710 or 71%.               The conclusion of this study is proven there is significant relationship between leadership, communication and motivation on employee performance in the Secretariat of Development Administration Bureau of West Java Province.
