Abstract

In the monitoring and maintenance of the Base Transceiver Station which runs today still manual, which all report results of monitoring and maintenance are reported through a single group chat application. If the owner of Base Transceiver Station has a little Base Transceiver Station, then report the results still could be known by the owner of Base Transceiver Station with fast and precise, but if the owner of Base Transceiver Station has many Base Transceiver Station, Base Transceiver Station owners will have difficulty knowing the results of the report quick and precise. With the problems, it is made program-based mobile device applications that can be implemented to monitor and maintain the Base Transceiver Station. The device used in the manufacture of these applications require minimal android 4.2.2 OS system, the screen has a minimum of 4", have a minimum of 2 MP camera, requires the application Maps, applications GPS and require an Internet connection. By using this application, can restrict users who use this application, ease in getting the data location, also accelerated in reporting the results of the monitoring and maintenance of a Base Transceiver Station.

Abstract

Image recording digital cameras often there are some problems that may occur, such as the lens out of focus, appear spots caused by the capture process is imperfect, uneven lighting resulting intensity is not uniform, image contrast is too low so that objects are difficult to separate background, or disruption caused by dirt attached to the image and so forth. Arithmetic Mean Filter Algorithm Method to Reduce Noise Salt and Pepper in image filtering is one that serves to soften and remove noise in an image that works by replacing the pixel intensity values with the average of the pixel value with the value of neighbor pixels. With this application, the algorithm used to produce a program to reduce salt and pepper noise contained in the image so that the resulting image quality is better and finer than before.

Abstract

Warehouse merupakan salah satu bagian penting sebuah industri penerbangan pengiriman jasa cargo, yang berfungsi sebagai tempat penyimpanan sementara baik outgoing and incoming. Dengan tingkat mobilitas pengiriman tinggi setiap harinya, meyebabkan banyak cargo keluar dan masuk gudang yang didata secara manual, untuk itu dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi management data untuk membantu mengelola data masuk dan keluar yang dilakukan secara sistem. Sehingga data tersebut terkelola dengan baik,secara mobile.Aplikasi ini dibangun secara mobile agar para pengguna aplikasi ini dapat menggunakannya kapanpun dan dimanapun (moveable). Aplikasi ini memanfaatkan android sebagai sistem operasinya. Karena saat ini android merupakan salah satu sistem operasi yang banyak digunakan di dalam smartphone dan android juga merupakan open source yang memungkinkan untuk di modifikasi dan di distribusikan secara bebas oleh pengembang sehingga hal tersebut yang menjadi alasan penulis dalam memilih android sebagai sistem operasi dalam pembuatan aplikasi Warehouse Controling. Aplikasi ini dapat dijalankan yaitu minimal pada sistem operasi android versi 4.2 (Jelly Been).

Abstract

ABSTRACT - Media development applications today is a medium that can be one of the other options in giving a lesson, that were once only wear ordinary book. As in the process of searching for terms in the periodic table that did the students or the general public who only use the book to make students feel more difficult to find the desired information. therefore media-based learning applications andorid periodic table can be one of the options in the search for the term chemical elements. With so students and the general public will feel more motivated to learn by using this instructional media. The purpose of making this learning media is to help learning the subject of the introduction of the periodic table of chemical elements developed by the Eclipse bundle and Android smartphones. This application is offline and so can be used anytime and anywhere. The metode of this research is Rapid Application Technology (RAD). Keywords: Periodic Table of Chemical Elements Based Android, RAD Abstakrsi - Pengembangan media aplikasi saat ini merupakan suatu media yang dapat menjadi salah satu pilihan lain dalam memberikan suatu pembelajaran, yang dulunya hanya memakai buku biasa. Seperti dalam proses mencari istilah-istilah Tabel periodik yang di lakukan siswa atau pun masyarakat umum yang hanya menggunakan buku membuat siswa merasa lebih sulit mencari informasi yang di inginkan. oleh karena itu media pembelajaran aplikasi tabel periodik berbasis andorid dapat menjadi salah satu pilihan  dalam mencari istilah unsur kimia. Dengan begitu siswa dan masyarakat umum akan merasa  lebih terpacu dalam belajar dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran ini. Tujuan dari pembuatan media pembelajaran ini adalah untuk membantu pembelajaran dengan pokok bahasan pengenalan tabel periodik unsur kimia yang dikembangkan dengan Eclipse bundle dan Smartphone Android. Aplikasi ini bersifat offline sehingga bisa digunakan kapan pun dan dimanapun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode Rapid Application Development (RAD).Kata Kunci: Aplikasi Tabel Periodik Unsur Kimia Berbasis Android, RAD

Abstract

Poverty is a condition in which people lack ability in traditionally devoted their primary. (Boa,2008) defines "Structural poverty is poverty, suspected uncaused structure from the condition of structures, or unfavorable life order". The expected amount of poverty can be reduced. In order to reduce the number of poverty to be known beforehand what factors are the cause of the poverty level is high or low. With the Backpropagation Neural Network structures for forecasting the calculation of the poverty level in Indonesia. Based on the analysis carried out apparently backpropagation neural network method yields more accurate in forecasting the calculation of the poverty level in Indonesia because these methods do training repeatedly to get the best models and can also be analyzed mathematically.

Abstract

The high rate of motorcycle accidents, especially in adolescents is increasing, which at that age adolescents tend to neglect the factor of safety of himself and others. Disciplinary problems in the use of safe driving (safety riding) bad traffic is a phenomenon that occurs in large cities in developing countries. To the knowledge of safe driving, known as Safety riding a provision which must be held before the start of driving on the road. The difficulty of finding material about proper riding safety for teens make teenagers difficult to understand the contents of the content material on safety driving. Based on these problems, the authors create an interactive animated educational program to facilitate teenagers riding safety in understanding how to drive safe and comfortable which is expected to develop discipline in driving especially among teenagers.

Abstract

Network problems are often experienced at the National Sar Agency is often Downtime (Slow Time Access) on a computer network, the National Sar Agency itself has not been any applications used to monitor traffic and bandwidth management of computer networks, therefore monitoring the computer network in the transfer Downtime Data on the Board of the National Sar is in need is by way of Monitoring Traffic and Bandwidth Management Agency Network on National Sar. Therefore the application PRTG is in need of the Agency for National Sar as a function of monitoring the host server or router, so that each host can be monitored at any time in order to facilitate the performance of administrators in monitoring every existing host central office and branch offices.

Abstract

Pengetahuan akan ilmu elektronika dasar sangat penting dan berguna, baik untuk masyarakat umum ,pelajar SMK jurusan elektronika, pelajar SMA fisika dan SMP, Mahasiswa jurusan elektronika, jurusan teknik komputer, bahkan sampai teknisi reparasi TV serta teknisi yang berhubungan dengan perangkat elektronika. Dengan berkembangnya ilmu teknologi di bidang software terutama sistem operasi maka masyarakat umum beralih dari mengakses informasi data secara manual menjadi mengakses informasi data secara digital. Bahkan kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah saat in icenderung lebih banyak belajar melalui media berupakomputer, laptop, dan gadget dari pada buku. Salah satu gadget yang menjamur saat ini digunakan masyarakat adalah handphone berbasis android, maka dengan ini penulis ingin mengedukasikan pengetahuan tentang elektronika dasar kepada masyarakat umum serta mempermudah cara belajar bagi pelajar SMK elektronika, SMA fisika, SMP, serta mahasiswa jurusan elektronika dan teknik komputer bahkan dengan aplikasi yang penulis buat memudahkan teknisi di bidang elektronika dalam hal pengecekan komponen elektronika. Tentunya aplikasi yang dibuat penulis berbasis android.Aplikasi pengetahuan dan perhitungan komponen elektronika dasar ini berbasis android dengan menggunakan program bahasa java dan software eclipse indigo. Adapun perancangan desain sistem software yang digunakan adalah UML (Unified Modelling Language) yang terdiridari activity diagram, usecase diagram, sequence diagram, dan Deployment diagram.
