Abstract

The purpose of research is to find the relation of stimulus variation toward students mathematics achievement. The type of research is ex-post facto correlation. The population of research is all students of 5th grade, while the sample of research is 69 students of 5th grade elementary school. The data are collected by using questionnaire and study of documentation. The data are analyzed by using quantitative analysis technique that is formula Product Moment Correlation and t-test. The result shows that there is a significant relation of stimulus variation toward students mathematics achievement.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan keterampilan mengadakan variasi terhadap prestasi belajar matematika peserta didik. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian ex-post facto korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua peserta didik kelas V, sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah 69 peserta didik kelas V SD. Alat pengumpul data berupa angket dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif yaitu rumus Korelasi Product Moment dan Uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan pada keterampilan mengadakan variasi terhadap prestasi belajar matematika peserta didik.Kata kunci : keterampilan mengadakan variasi, prestasi, matematika.
