Abstract

Dalam mengembangkan perusahaan dunia bisnis suatu perusahaan dikatakan berhasil apabila perusahaan tersebut mampu mencapai target dan tujuan yang diinginkan, untuk meraih apa yang diinginkan perusahaan, maka perusahaan perlu memiliki alat penggerak utama yaitu karyawan yang memiliki kinerja yang tinggi, disiplin waktu serta maksimal dalam menjalankan job desk-nya. Dalam setiap aktivitasnya, karyawan membutuhkan motivasi untuk dapat mencapai tujuan dari organisasi agar bekerja secara giat dan optimal sesuai dengan kemampuan yang dimilikinya. Selain dari motivasi, lingkungan kerja juga memiliki peran yang tak kalah penting untuk mendukung keseharian dari karyawan tersebut bekerja. Penelitian ini akan menganalisa pengaruhnya motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan berbasis sistem komputasi cerdas menggunakan Fuzzy Inference System. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan,  Kinerja Karyawan, Fuzzy Inference System

Abstract

Abstract - ssessment of employee performance is critical to future evaluation and planning of the company. Employee performance appraisal is absolutely done to know the achievement that will be achieved by every employee. Whether the achievement is good, enough or less. The purpose of this study is to assist companies in determining the assessment of employees who are objective. In the discussion, there are differences in the ranking done manually and the FSAW method with three variables are work quality, work skills and attendance. Conclusion with Fuzzy simple Additive Weighting (FSAW) method can produce accurate and fast information to satisfy employees to improve their performance.Keywords: Employee, FSAW, Employee Performance

Abstract

SMPN 20 Bekasi is the school of choice in the area of ​​Bekasi but the data processing is still manual so that the information obtained for a long time therefore required web-based academic information system to produce information quickly and precisely. The purpose of this study is to produce information to school stakeholders, namely the school and students about the learning activities undertaken, assessment and report. Research method used is waterfall technique that is planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. Discussion of this research from the use case diagrams and activity diagrams, entity relationship diagrams and table specifications. In conclusion web-based academic information system is useful for the school, especially teachers in presenting data such as student scores more effectively.
