Abstract

Hospital at this time in the form of systems utilizing information technology support, with the a im to facilitate the activities, one of which is Pengayoman Cipinang Hospital. Hospital system in Pengayoman Cipinang still a stand-alone system, separate, and the scopeis limited to the organization al unit that is less supportive use of hospital services. To over come this, the design is made of information technology architecture as a referral hospital for the construction of integrated information systems. This study is the proposal for information technology governance Pengayoman Cipinang Hospital as a referral for Pengayoman Hospital Cipinang to eliminate the difference of both the existing situation and reaching a state of the target architecture. As one of the agencies engaged in health, have not been fullyable to provide complete informations o as to develop an information system that refers to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in the field of health care is necessary to design a good information system architecture. Abstract

Information and communications technology is now being liberated part of the archiving process. In a saving and sales, information technology is needed to keep the document from damaged or lost. The purpose of this cooperative information system development is to accelerate the employeein the process of data processing and the saving and loan, and facilitate members to get information about transactions within the cooperative.Cooperative Sejahtera PT. International Induro need a solution to overcome the shortcomings. The right solution is to implement a computerized system of savings and loans that have been programmed so as to simplify the process of data processing savings and loan cooperative members. With the right data processing system will generate accuracy in preparing reports that are used as information for the cooperative Sejahera PT. International Induro. With the establishment of savings and loan information system to facilitate the processing of transaction data members, so as to produce a report that is fast, precise, and accurate in accordance with what is needed. Abstract

Abstract

Latar Belakang : perjalanan dinas merupakan salah satu biaya yang harus dikeluarkan oleh suatu perusahaan bagi karyawannya yang ingin bekerja di luar kantor. Untuk saat ini perjalanan dinas merupakan biaya yang cukup besar nilainya dan sering terjadi, oleh karena itu perlu adanya sistem informasi  yang memudahkan bagi karyawan dalam melaporkan kegiatan yang dilakukan dan biaya yang dikeluarkan begitu juga dengan administrasi dalam mencetak surat dinas perjalanan dinas dan bagian keuangan dalam menghitung besarnya biaya yang dikeluarkan sehingga memudahkan dalam pelaporan keuangan selain itu dengan menggunakan sistem informasi keamanan data lebih terjamin karena tersimpan dalam database dan menghilangkan penginputan ganda karena saat ini untuk pembuatan surat tugas perjalanan dinas, penghitungan biaya sampai dengan memberikan informasi kepada kaaryawan yang akan melakukan perjalanan dinas masih dilakukan secara manual (excel) sehingga menyulitkan dalam pembuatan surat tugas perjalanan dinas sampai dengan penghitungannya dan masih  sering terjadinya penghitungan maupun pencatatan ganda serta laporan tidak dapat dilakukan secara real time. Metode: Metode peneltian yang penulis lakukan dengan analisis deskriptif menggunakan metode studi kasus dan analisa pekerjaan dan aktivitas sedangkan untuk pengembangan system menggunakan unified approach (UA)  Hasil : Dalam sistem informasi ini memiliki alur mulai dari penerimaan SPPS (administrasi), pengajuan SPPD, persetujuan, manajemen keuangan, manajemen kepegawaian sampai dengan pembuatan laporan sehingga  telah memenuhi kebutuhan dari user dan diharapkan dengan penggunaan sistem informasi ini dapat meminimalkan biaya yang dikeluarkan karena menghindari kerangkapan data bdan manipulasi data.  Kesimpulan: Dapat memudahkan dalam pembuatan surat perintah perjalanan dinas, pengeluaran biaya dapat ditampilkan secara terinci sehingga memudahkan dalam pelaporan perjalanan dinas sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengeluaran perusahaan

Abstract

Agribusiness can be divided into three sectors are interdependent economically , the sector inputs (input ) , production ( farm) and sector output ( output ) . Support for information technology can be a measure of progress and processing the data into information becomes faster and is performed automatically . Many agribusiness during this period utilizing technology support in the form of information systems , with the aim to facilitate the activities , one of which is the CV . Kurnia Mitra Mandiri . As one of the agribusiness engaged in farming, has not fully able to provide complete information so as to implement the information technology necessary to design a good information system architecture . Prior to the implementation of IT , do the analysis first using SWOT analysis .
