Abstract

Abstract —Knowledge Management System is a great method ofknowledge Capture can run processes which change the experienceofsolving a problem of multiple sources of knowledge.Researchinthis case describes a capture that is tacit knowledge intoexplicitby using the concept of Mind Map. Penelitian dalam hal inimenjelaskan sebuah knowledge capture yang bersifat tacit menjadiexplicit dengan menggunakan konsep Mind Map. Mind Mapdinilai mudah dalam menempatkan informasi kedalam otakdengan cara mencatat yang kreatif dan efektif, dengan kata lainsecara “Harfiah" informan akan “memetakan” pikiran-pikiranpenerima informasi agar lebih mudah diterima. Abstract

The use of CCTV today is very important as a support for emergencies around the area of the company / building, and serves to assist officers in the building security room. In this case the function of CCTV only helps the officer to minimize the frequent crimes, not to reduce from the crime itself. CCTV itself only displays the image and save it in HDD to see the incident occurring in the hook. The more powerful the quality of CCTV itself is still many shortcomings that developed the resulting image quality, the area captured by the camera, therefore the supervisory function is still less effective and efficient for all things crime. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to help make employment decisions in PT. Metraplasa uses the best candidates from a number of existing employees, in this case the intended candidate is the employee entitled to occupy an available position based on the criteria specified. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a method of decision making on the problem of determining the priority of choice from various alternatives. In the process of determining the hierarchical weighting factor as well as the evaluation factor, a consistency test should be performed (CR <.100). The application of AHP in this research is to determine the order of promotion factor. The result of this analysis is concluded that the factor of keniakan positions become discipline factor (36%), followed by responsibility factor (27%), cooperation factor (19%), and last is behavior factor (18%).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu mengambil keputusan kenaikan jabatan karyawan di PT. Metraplasa menggunakan kandidat terbaik dari sejumlah karyawan yang ada, dalam hal ini kandidat yang dimaksudkan yaitu karyawan yang berhak menduduki jabatan yang tersedia berdasarkan kriteriakriteria yang ditentukan. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) merupakan suatu metode pengambilan keputusan terhadap masalah penentuan prioritas pilihan dari berbagai alternatif. Pada proses menentukan faktor pembobotan hirarkimaupun faktor evaluasi, uji konsistensi harus dilakukan (CR &lt; 0,100). Penerapan AHP dalam penelitian ini adalah menetukan urutan faktor kenaikan jabatan.Hasil dari analisa ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa faktor keniakan jabatan menjadi faktor disiplin (36%), di ikuti faktor tanggung jawab (27%), faktor kerjasama (19%), dan yang terakhir adalah faktor perilaku (18%).
