Abstract

High school alumni of the same level often experience difficulties in determining universities to continue their studies. The selection of tertiary institutions for equivalent high school alumni is constrained only by listening to talk, even often because of following friends. This is because there are so many types of criteria from universities that eventually make prospective students confused and choose without consideration. The selection of higher education institutions should be adjusted between the criteria of higher education and the needs and abilities of prospective students. This study uses an experimental model regarding the selection system of higher education selection decisions using the TOPSIS method. The purpose of this study is to help prospective students in the selection of universities to continue their studies. 7 criteria were obtained including Cost (BY) obtained from tuition fees, Accreditation Value (NA) obtained from the value of college accreditation, Achievement (PS) obtained from academic and non academic achievements, Lecturer Education (PD) obtained from education lecturers, facilities (FS) obtained from available facilities, scholarships (BS) obtained from scholarships at tertiary institutions and UKM (UK) obtained from student activity units available at the college. The results of this study can meet the objectives because the results of calculations can be faster in producing information that can help prospective students in choosing a college.

Abstract

Applying Fingerprint attendance system can help companies to control employee work time more efficiently. Results The response from the respondents on the output performance of employees responded well because the average value of the entire statement is at 4.04 which is in the interval from 3.40 to 4.19. Meanwhile, the output performance of employees at PT. Deltacomsel Indonesia can be said to be good for the average value of the entire statement is at 4.04 which is in the interval from 3.40 to 4.19. Respondents to the utilization of Fingerprint Time Attendance System at PT. Deltacomsel Indonesia is good, with an overall average score of 3.97 which is in the interval from 3.40 to 4.19. Fingerprint Time Attendance System influence on the performance of employees at PT. Deltacomsel Indonesia is still very low. It can be seen Calculation of the coefficient of determination is done by squaring the correlation coefficient (rs) so that the correlation coefficient of 0.89%. This figure means 0.89% of employee performance is affected by Fingerprint Time Attendance System and the remaining 99.11% influenced by factors other than the fingerprint attendance system.. Keywords:  attendance system, fingerprint, performance

Abstract

To determine the best employee is not an easy thing for the company because the assessment must be based on the criteria set by the company. Often the determination of the best employees is constrained by the assessment of attendance alone without regard to the ability of the employee's performance whether the employee is able to complete each job well or not. Or assess performance without seeing employee absences and other factors. This SPK uses the Technique for Others Preference method by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The type of data used in this study is primary data. Primary data is obtained by the author from one property company through direct observation and direct interviews with employees and other relevant parts. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (SPK) application for determining the best employees in a company. Based on the results of observations and interviews obtained 3 criteria including the Work Period (A1) obtained from the length of time the employee worked, Performance (A2) obtained from employee performance appraisal and Attendance (A3) was obtained from employee attendance conditions. While secondary data is obtained through scientific writing and literature studies. The results of this study produce outputs that meet the objectives and the process of determining the best employees can be more accurate, effective and efficient in producing information that can be used as decision support by the company.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian model eksperimen. Penelitian eksperimen ini mengenai sistem penunjang keputusan untuk penentuan jurusan SMA. Kartika VIII-1 dengan pendekatan Fuzzy Inference System metode Mamdani secara konvensional dan membandingkan dengan hasil Fuzzy Inference System metode Mamdani dengan menggunakan Toolbox Matlab R2011b dengan hasil metode Centroid dan Bisektor. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer.  Data primer  diperoleh penulis dari SMA. Kartika VIII-1 melalui observasi langsung pada Sekolah dan wawancara secara langsung dengan murid SMA kelas X, Kepala Sekolah dan bagian terkait lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi SPK (Sistem Pendukung Keputusan) penjurusan pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas(SMA). Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara tersebut diperoleh 3 variabel input diantaranya Peminatan(PM) yang diambil dari nilai tes peminatan siswa, Psikotest(PS) dari nilai tes psikologi siswa dan nilai Rata-rata Rapor yang diambil dari nilai Rata-rata Rapor mata pelajaran  jurusan MIA(Matematika, Biologi, Kimia, Fisika) dan jurusan IIS(Ekonomi, Sejarah, Geografi, Sosiologi). Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui tulisan ilmiah dan studi literatur. Hasil perbandingan menunjukkan bahwa Fuzzy Inference System(FIS) Mamdani secara konvensional dan yang diaplikasikan menggunakan Toolbox Matlab R2011b dengan metode Centroid dan Bisektor pada SPK yang dikembangkan dinyatakan memenuhi tujuan yang diharapkan dan hasil penjurusan siswa bisa lebih cepat dan akurat sehingga informasi yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan sebagai pendukung keputusan.

Abstract

Dalam memperoleh karyawan yang kompeten dibutuhkan proses yang cukup panjang karena tidak mudah bagi perusahaan menyeleksi calon karyawan yang didasarkan pada kriteria yang diinginkan perusahaan. Sering kali dalam proses seleksi penerimaan karyawan baru terkendala hanya melihat penilaian Nilai Akademik saja tanpa memperhatikan kemampuan calon karyawan tersebut, apakah calon karyawan tersebut mampu menyelesaikan setiap pekerjaan dengan baik atau tidak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Technique for Others Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Penulis memperoleh data primer  dari salah satu perusahaan propertymelalui observasi langsung dan wawancara secara langsung dengan bagian Human Resources Departement (HRD), calon karyawan dan bagian terkait lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu dan mengembangkan seleksi penerimaan karyawan baru pada sebuah perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara didapatkan 5 kriteria diantaranya Berkas Administrasi Lamaran(K1) diperoleh dari kelengkapan berkas lamaran yang dikirimkan, Nilai Akademik(K2) diperoleh dari penilaian IPK atau UAN, Nilai Tes(K3) diperoleh dari penilaian tes(psikotest dan kemampuan bidang), Tes Kesehatan(K4) diperoleh dari hasil tes kesehatan dan Wawancara(K5) diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan calon karyawan. Sedangkan, data sekunder diperoleh melalui jurnal dan tulisan-tulisan ilmiah. Output hasil dari penelitian ini memenuhi tujuan karena hasil perhitungannya bisa lebih akurat dan cepat dalam menghasilkan informasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai pendukung keputusan oleh perusahaan.
