Abstract

The use of information technology using the internet is very easy to find information, so its users do not have to go to the place to find information, website and mobile applications internet users can directly get the information you want. Every Manager world tourism now provides the details about the tourism products offered. Very useful information at this time because people tend to look for quick information in the booking through the review of others in social media, blogs and websites. The importance of the review of the hotel as a source of information for travelers will plan trips. Currently known methods of classification of the highest accuracy in classifying hotels Indonesia-language review. So I need to know how Naïve Bayes algorithms of accuracy, Support Vector Machine, Decission Tree (C4.5) and Naïve Bayes Method with Particle Swarm Optimization Feature Selection. The results obtained from the comparison of four methods of such algorithms, a better level of accuracy in the classification review of hotel indonesian using an algorithm Decission Tree (C4.5) 96.94% While achieving the fit method of optimization of the Nave bayes by using Particle Swarm Optimization feature Selection of 95.91%, accuracy using Naive Bayes Algorithm of 89.98 and the accuracy of the model of Support Vector Machine of 89.86. Keywords: Reviews Hotel, Naive Bayes, PSO, SVM, Decission Tree, C4.5

Abstract

Abstract  – In developing and promoting art houses Getar Pakuan Bogor still use manual way as order staging should be coming directly to studio, so that experienced difficulty in it  reservations for customers. Information expected customers more visual and interactive so it is more efficient and appealing to customers looking for information  reservations staging on studio. The author uses the method waterfall mode which includes the  step of the analysis, design, coding, testing,support (support) and maintenance phase(maintenance).  The purpose of this research is develop information systems reservations staging web  based that can be used in doing the service to the customers in providing information on reservations staging so information about obtained customers shaped information systems that can be directly conducted reservations staging onlineKeyword: Information System, Reservations Staging Online. Abstrak- Dalam memajukan dan mempromosikan Sanggar Seni Getar Pakuan Bogor masih menggunakan cara manual seperti memesan pementasan harus datang langsung ke Sanggar, sehingga mengalami kesulitan dalam hal pemesanan bagi pelanggan. Informasi yang diharapkan pelanggan lebih visual dan interaktif sehingga lebih efisien dan menarik bagi pelanggan yang mencari informasi pemesanan pementasan pada sanggar. Penulis menggunakan metode model waterfall yang meliputi tahap analisa, design, pengkodean, pengujian, pendukung (support) dan tahap pemeliharaan(maintenance).  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem informasi pemesanan pementasan berbasis web yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam melakukan pelayanan kepada pelanggan dalam memberikan informasi pemesanan pementasan sehingga informasi yang diperoleh pelanggan berbentuk sistem informasi yang dapat langsung melakukan pemesanan pementasan secara online.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, pemesanan pentas seni Online.

Abstract

Saat ini pengunjung  yang menulis review untuk berbagi pengalaman secara online terus meningkat. Setiap pengunjung perlu untuk membuat keputusan saat berlibur sebelum memesan hotel untuk menginap, biasanya menbaca hasil review dari pengunjung sebelumnya, tentunya membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama apabila membaca review tersebut secara keseluruhan namun, jika hanya sedikit review yang dibaca,  informasi yang didapatkan akan bias. Analisa sentimen bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah ini dengan secara otomatis mengelompokkan review pengguna menjadi opini positif atau negatif . Pengklasifikasi Naïve Bayes adalah teknik machine learning yang populer untuk klasifikasi teks, karena sangat sederhana, efisien dan memiliki performa yang baik pada banyak domain. Namun, Naïve Bayes memiliki kekurangan yaitu sangat sensitif pada fitur yang terlalu banyak, yang mengakibatkan akurasi klasifikasi menjadi rendah. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode pemilihan fitur, yaitu Particle Swarm Optimization agar bisa meningkatkan akurasi pengklasifikasi Naïve Bayes. Penelitian ini menghasilkan klasifikasi teks dalam bentuk review positif atau review negatif dari review hotel yang diambil dari situs www. Tripadvisor.com.Pengukuran berdasarkan akurasi Naive Bayes sebelum dan sesudah penambahan metode pemilihan fitur. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan 10 fold cross validation. Sedangkan pengukuran akurasi diukur dengan confusion matrix dan kurva ROC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan akurasi Naïve Bayes dari 90.50% menjadi 96.92%Kata Kunci: Analisa Sentimen, Review Hotel, Naïve Bayes, Particle Swarm Optimization, Klasifikasi teks, pemilihan fitur.

Abstract

In terms of Nework, Network Quality determine by some factor and one of the factor is come from a Backbone Network, when traffic data exchange is occuring there are two type of path that pass by data package which we call as Downstream and Upstream Path. Every interface that build in network computer hardware usually are supported by full duplex sistem therefore in one interface it could be pass by Upstream and Downstream Data Package at the same time. When configuring both of the path, the parameter should be adjusted or else there would be an invalid routing configuration, this state would impact in network quality. iBGP Routing would help Network Administrator to set the path based on parameter adjustment in iBGP routing protocol. There are some parameter that can be use to set the network path and one of them is call local preferences, with adjust the value on the atribute of local preference the downstream and upstream path could be manage to fit the network utilities.Keywords: routing, iBGP, local preference, backbone

Abstract

The development of information technology is very rapid. Computers are tools that are created to facilitate human work for all fields. It cannot be separated from the business field, if it cannot compete by using technological advances, the company will be left behind. At present there are still companies selling medical devices where the sales system still uses manual systems. The manual system has problems such as errors in recording, inaccuracy of reports made and delays in finding the data needed. The design of a computerized information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this company. The system is made using the waterfall method to be easy in the process, and with a computerized system can be achieved an activity that is effective and efficient and accurate. Because it's easier in data processing and faster in presenting the information.
