Abstract

ABSTRACTWithin an organitation, often found a communication berrier One of that communication barriers is from culture aspect, such as prespective and behavior. That communication barriers is take effect to organitation participant participation. In this research, the organitation is Forum Leader from Bandung Cleanaction Programm. Every participant in Forum Leader are compound from leaders or liaison unit from affiliated communities in Bandung Cleanaction Programm. Forum Leader participant had many defferent culture and norms. Research methods used in this research is qualitative. Theory used is Organitation Culture Theory. With participant observation and deep interview, researcher have try to find a communication patterning in activities evaluation on Forum Leader. Result from this research showing us that informal communication and kinship atmosphere setting take huge effects to behavior and performance of participant.Keywords : communications activities, communications component, pattern communications. ABSTRAKDalam sebuah organisasi sering adanya hambatan komunikasi. Salah satu hambatan yang sering terjadi adalah dari segi budaya, baik cara pandang maupun perilaku. Hambatan tersebut dapat berpengaruh pada partisipasi anggota organisasi. Pada penelitian ini organisasi yang dimaksud adalah Forum Leaderprogram Bandung Cleanaction. Partisipan yang membentuk Forum Leader ini merupakan gabungan dari para pemimpin atau perwakilan dari komunitas-komunitas yang berafiliasi dalam program Bandung Cleanaction. Partisipan Forum Leader memiliki latar belakang budaya atau nilai-nilai yang berbeda.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode etnografi komunikasi. Teori yang digunakan adalah Teori Budaya Organisasi. Dengan menggunakan teknik observasi partisipan serta wawancara mendalam, peneliti berusaha menemukan sebuah pola komunikasi dalam proses evaluasi kegiatan  pada Forum Leader ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa aktivitas komunikasi yang bersifat informal serta suasana kekeluargaan yang diciptakan dalam proses evaluasi berpengaruh besar pada perubahan perilaku dan kinerja partisipan Forum Leader.Kata Kunci: aktivitas komunikasi, komponen komunikasi, pola komunikasi

Abstract

In this paper, dielectric resonator antenna (DRA) with enhanced gain operating on the higher order mode (????????????15???? ) is presented. The dielectric resonator antenna with dielectric constant ???????? of 10 and loss tangent of 0.002 is used. The DRA is fed by microstrip line through an aperture slot. The proposed antenna is designed at 26 GHz and achieved a gain of 7.9 dBi with corresponding simulated radiation efficiency of 93%. The impedance bandwidth of 1.5 GHz from 25.1 GHz to 26.6 GHz has been achieved. The reflection coefficient, antenna gain, radiation patterns, and efficiency of the antenna are studied. Simulations are performed using CST microwave studio, and their results are presented.

Abstract

This paper represents design of a wideband Rectangular Dielectric Resonator antenna fed by an aperture coupled technique. A bandwidth of 2.2 GHz has been achieved using a cross slot aperture in a ground plane for Dielectric Resonator Antenna (DRA). The simulated gain value achieved is 6.5dBi. The Rectangular Dielectric Resonator which has been designed in this paper can be used in 5G application frequency band of 24.25-27.5 GHz. The calculated percentage bandwidth is 15.38 %. An optimization of slot dimensions has also mentioned which can help to select a desired impedance match. The measured gain and bandwidth are efficient to use this design for various 5G applications. This unit cell wideband DRA can be used for millimeter wave frequencies of 5G.
