Abstract

Renal tubular acidosis and commonly referred to as kidney disease, especially in the renal tubules, according to some scientific medical fields of renal tubular acidosis are quite rare, with clinical manifestations that are not specific so that the diagnosis is often delayed. In normal circumstances, the kidneys absorb the acid of the metabolic waste from the blood and throw it into the urine. The cause of renal tubular acidosis disease is due to hereditary factors or may result from medications. Forward Chaining is a search method or tracking technique that begins with existing information merging rules to produce a conclusion or goal. This advanced tracking is great if it works with problems that start with the initial information recording and the final completion, as the whole process will be done in sequential order.

Abstract

The development of computer-based medical systems has increased considerably today. One of the health problems that often interfere with pregnant women is that the risk of a baby born with a disability is often overlooked because most people do not understand that a baby can be born with a disability and assume that all babies have a disability after being born not before birth, but actually born babies are quite dangerous and can result in death. This study aims to build an expert-based application that can be used to make early predictions of birth defects. This expert-based application, which mimics the workings of an expert or physician in analyzing the symptoms. Type Inference engine (machine reasoning) used in the research Bayes Theorem is a theory to generate parameter estimation by combining information from samples and other information that has been available previously.

Abstract

The development of computer-based medicine has increased in every generation. Health problems handled by doctors can now be accessed by anyone through the computer, one of them with the development of Expert System, the work of doctors facilitated. One of the health problems such as changes in physical men who resemble the physical woman is often a scary specter for some ordinary people. Not a few men change their true self to become a woman with the operation in neighboring countries such as Malaysia, Vietnam and even the Netherlands. Without realizing it these changes are actually closely related to the excess chromosomes found in genes in the blood. For that various symptoms or signs such as small testes, enlarged breasts like women and other complaints are a symptom of Klinefelters Syndrome.

Abstract

Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media (OMSK) is an infection of middle ear mucosal inflammation with perforated tympanic membrane and secret from the ear continuously, formerly called otitis media perforate (OMP) in everyday congek. Chronic suppurative otitis media (OMSK) is commonly found in lower middle-class people, and leads to increased costs for treatment. Therefore required a tool or system that has the ability of a doctor in diagnosing the disease. The expert system is used not to replace the physicians function but will be used only as a complement to a system and aids. An expert system is a system capable of mimicking the reasoning of a computer expert to solve problems as is usually done by experts. The method used in this expert system uses case-based reasoning (CBR) method, since this method yields the value of kmiripan a case with the former by recalling similar events that have occurred in the past then use the knowledge or information to solve a new problem, or in other words solve the problem by adopting solutions that have been used in the past.

Abstract

Elephant foot disease or filariasis is a contagious disease caused by filarial worms that are transmitted through the type of mosquito. This disease is chronic and if not get treatment will result in permanent disability in the form of leg enlargement, genitals both women and men. Elephant foot disease is generally detected through blood microcopy examination. Until now it is still felt because microfilaria only appear in the blood at night for several hours (nocturnal perioicity). In addition, various methods of examination are also performed to diagnose elephantiasis diseases such as those known as membrane crawl, knott concentration method and deposition technique. This study identifies elephantiasis and its causes, and applies certainty factor methods and designs expert systems to diagnose elephantiasis. To diagnose elephantiasis by using certainty factor method. Patients will be given questions to obtain probable values and then the values obtained will be solved by certainty factor formulation, so that the diagnosis and percentage is likely to develop elephantiasis.

Abstract

Philosophy is the search for truth through a systematic flow of thinking, meaning that conversations about everything are carried out regularly following the prevailing system so that the stages are easy to follow. Etymologically philosophy comes from English and Greek, namely "philosophy" and "philein". This often causes difficulties to understand the meaning of the term philosophy. The term philosophy in general has a very large number so that to do the search for the meaning of the term philosophy in a philosophical book in the form of a printed book takes a long time because it must open one by one the book manually. To solve the problems described above the author builds an Android-based Philosophy application using eclipse juno. In order to simplify the search process for philosophical terms, the Raita search algorithm is implemented in the search feature contained in the Philosophy application. The raita search algorithm is a string matching algorithm with the arrangement of characters in a matched string that has the number and sequence of characters in the same string. Raita designed an algorithm by comparing the last character of the pattern starting from the far right character of the window. Android-based philosophy application that was built by the author in this study is expected to be an effective and efficient solution to get the search results of the meaning of the term philosophy in understanding the meaning of the term philosophy.Keywords: Implementation, Raita Search Algorithm, Philosophy Application, Android.

Abstract

Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP Sensor) pada mobil bermesin injeksi adalah alat atau komponen untuk mendekteksi tingkat kevacuuman pada intake Manipol karena hisapan dari Mesin EFI yang dirubah menjadi nilai tegangan yang dikirim ke ECU mesin. Selanjutnya dari ECU mesin EFI Informasi yang berasal dari tegangan output MAP sensor akan diteruskan ke Injektor untuk memberikan Suplai sejumlah bahan bakar sesuai kebutuhan mesin, gambaran mudahnya seperti itu. MAP sensor bisa ditemukan pada Mobil EFI dengan Mesin EFI Tipe D seperti contohnya Honda Cr-v,Honda Jazz Matic 2006 dan Lain lain. Mesin EFI tipe D ini juga bisa tetap dihidupkan tanpa MAP Sensor tetapi efeknya adalah konsumsi bbm yang terlalu boros sampai 1 liter untuk  4 kilometer akan tercium juga bau bensin yang tajam dari knalpot. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kerusakan  sensor-sensor yang terdapat pada mobil honda, serta juga menerapkan certainty factor dan merancang sistem pakar untuk mendeteksi kerusakan sensor. Metode ini merupakan proses untuk membuktikan apakah suatu fakta itu pasti ataukah tidak pasti yang berbentuk metric yang biasanya digunakan dalam sistem pakar. Berdasarkan hasil analisa, sistem ini dapat membantu proses konsultasi pengguna dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100% untuk menentukan jenis kerusakan sesuai letaknya dan 90,56% untuk menentukan jenis kerusakan  pada mobil sesuai tingkat kerusakan sensor tersebut.

Abstract

The diagnosis process is the first step to knowing a type of disease. This type of disease caused by mosquitoes is one of the major viruses (MAVY), dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) and malaria. Sometimes not everyone can find the virus that is carried by this mosquito, usually children who are susceptible to this virus because the immune system that has not been built perfectly is perfect. To know for sure which virus is infected by mosquitoes, it can diagnose by seeing symptoms perceived symptoms. Expert systems are one of the most used artificial intelligence techniques today because expert systems can act as consultations. In this case the authors make a system to start a diagnosis process with variable centered intelligent rule system (VCIRS) methods through perceived symptoms. With the facilities provided for users and administrators, allowing both users and administrators to use this system according to their individual needs. Abstract

Nowadays many people pursue photography, some make it a job and not many people pursue photography as a hobby and for fun. The object sought also varies, for example public places and even underwater objects. Underwater photography activities are usually called underwater photography which is done during scuba diving. There are several factors that influence image quality in underwater photography activities, one of which is caused by absorption and scattering of sunlight when it reaches the sea floor. This is an obstacle if you want to get high quality images. This is because some pixels are brighter than other shimmering pixels [1]. Image quality improvement is the right solution to fix the problem in the underwater imagery described above. The method used to improve image quality is Fourier Transformation and Similiarity Measurement. First improvements using Fourier transformation and after repairing, the distance between the two objects is similar, the image after repair and before repair.Keywords: Underwater Imagery, Fourier Transform, Similarity Measurement

Abstract

Pencegahan kerusakan mesin mobil merupakan tindakan yang di berikan perhatian khusus untuk penangannya, karena kerusakan - kerusakan yang di timbulkan suatu mesin mobil, akan memberikan pengaruh besar dalam proses laju gerak saat pemakaian mobil tersebut, perlu juga di ketahui bila suatu kerusakan mesin mobil cepat diketahui, tindakan yang efisien dalam menanganan dapat di lakukan dengan tujuan memberikan jaminan keselamatan dalam berkendaraan dan kenyamanan pengendara dalam melakukan aktivitas – aktivitasnya.  Suatu Metode yang di usulkan salah satunya adalah Metode Certainty Factor di mana salah satu metode yang di anjurkan di harapkan dapat menemukan solusi pemecahan gejala – gejala kerusakan yang timbul pada mesin mobil, pada metode ini akan di gabungkan hasil pemikiran ahli pakar Mesin dan mengubahnya dalam bentuk perintah komputer dengan yang di alami oleh pemakai kendaraan dengan mengetahui gejala – gejala kerusakan yang di alami oleh si pengendara sendiri.
