Abstract

Abstrak: Keberadaan kendaraan dinas diperuntukan sebagai fasilitas, alat bantu, untuk kelancaran pelaksanaan tugas para penyelenggara negara agar meningkatkan kualitas penyelenggaraan pelayanan kepemerintahan kepada masyarakat. Alasan utama yang melandasi mengapa diperlukan suatu metode untuk pemilihan kendaraan dinas, agar dalam pembelian kendaraan dinas tersebut dapat dibekali dengan suatu sistem penunjang keputusan sehingga tidak menimbulkan praduga penyelewengan anggaran dalam pembelian kendaraan dinas tersebut. Salah satu sistem penunjang keputusan yang mudah untuk diimplementasikan adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process Metode (AHP). AHP dapat membantu memecahkan persoalan yang kompleks dengan menstruktur suatu hirarki kriteria, pihak yang berkepentingan, hasil dan dengan menarik berbagai pertimbangan guna mengembangkan bobot atau prioritas. Metode ini juga menggabungkan kekuatan dari perasaan dan logika yang bersangkutan pada berbagai persoalan, lalu mensintesis berbagai pertimbangan yang beragam menjadi hasil yang cocok dengan perkiraan kita secara intuitif. Selain itu AHP juga memiliki perhatian khusus tentang penyimpangan dari konsistensi, pengukuran dan ketergantungan di dalam dan di luar kelompok elemen strukturnya. Kata Kunci : sistem pendukung keputusan, kendaraan dinas, analitical hierarchy process. Abstract: The existence of official vehicles designated officials as the facilities, tools, for the smooth implementation of the tasks of the state apparatus in order to improve the quality of service delivery to the public governance. The main underlying reason why we need a method for the selection of official vehicles, so in the purchase of official vehicles can be equipped with a decision support system that does not give rise to the presumption of budget fraud in the purchase of official vehicles. One decision support systems that are easy to implement method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP can help solve complex problems by structuring a hierarchy of criteria, the competent authorities, with interesting results and a variety of considerations in order to develop a weight or priority. This method also combines the strength of feeling and logic are concerned on various issues, and then synthesize a variety of diverse considerations into results matched our estimate intuitively. In addition AHP also has a special concern about the irregularities of consistency, measurement and dependencies within and outside the group structure elements. Abstract

Urban road congestion and rising fuel prices make transportation mode users think hard to deal with this situation. This problem makes motor vehicle manufacturers, especially motorbikes, make superior products called scooter matic. This vehicle has the shape and capacity of the engine that is not too large and automatic coupling so that it is fuel efficient and very agile to maneuver in dense urban areas. At present each manufacturer of two-wheeled motorized vehicles has superior scooter matic products to attract consumers. This certainly can confuse ordinary consumers who want to have an automatic scooter. This study aims to give consideration to consumers so that they can help take the right decisions using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The results of the research are described in the form of percentage values adjusted to general objectives, criteria, sub-criteria, and strategic alternatives.

Abstract

Abstrak: Karyawan merupakan salah satu komponen paling penting yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan dalam mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup, berkembang, kemampuan untuk bersaing serta mendapatkan laba. Tidak ada satu perusahaan yang mampu bertahan bilamana perusahaan tersebut tidak memiliki karyawan yang dapat bekerja dengan baik dan maksimal. Untuk mengetahui kualitas sumber daya manusia adalah dengan melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan. Hasil dari proses penilaian kinerja karyawan ini akan memberikan solusi berupa perpanjangan kontrak kerja. Proses penentuan perpanjangan kontrak kerja menggunakan sistem inferensi fuzzy model Mamdani dapat menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih cepat dan efisien. Metode Mamdani paling sesuai dengan naluri manusia, bekerja berdasarkan kaidah linguistic dan memiliki algoritma fuzzy yang menyediakan aproksimasi untuk dimasukkan analisa matematik. Kata kunci: fuzzy, kontrak kerja, Mamdani Abstract: Employee is one of the most important components owned by the company in maintaining survival, developing, ability to compete and earn profit. No one company can survive when the company does not have employees who can work properly and maximally. To know the quality of human resources is to conduct employee performance appraisal. The results of this employee performance appraisal process will provide solutions in the form of contract extension. The process of determining contract extension using Mamdani's fuzzy inference system can result in faster and more efficient decisions. The Mamdani method best fits the human instinct, works on linguistic rules and has a fuzzy algorithm that provides approximations for mathematical analysis. Keywords: fuzzy, Mamdani, work contract

Abstract

Abstrak: Jaminan sosial dapat menjadi piranti keadilan dan kesejahteraan sosial yang menjamin kehidupan stabil dalam situasi sosial ekonomi dewasa ini. Jaminan sosial dapat mendukung masyarakat menghadapi kesulitan dan ketidakpastian yang tidak dapat dipecahkan secara sendiri-sendiri secara efisien. Dalam hal ini menjadi sangat penting jika sistem negara kesejahteraan yang memayungi usaha-usaha kesejahteraan sosial juga menjadi landasan ideologis konsep jaminan sosial. Saat ini terdapat beberapa jenis jaminan sosial yang telah disalurkan ke masyarakat. Namun di beberapa daerah, jaminan sosial tersebut dirasa kurang tepat sasaran dan kurang sesuai manfaatnya untuk situasi saat itu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang tepat agar jaminan sosial yang akan dibagikan diperkirakan akan tepat guna dan tepat sasaran. Analitical Hierarchy Process adalah suatu metode pendukung pengambilan keputusan yang sangat sesuai untuk membantu menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Metode Analitical Hierarchy Process menggunakan beberapa kriteria dan alternatif yang disesuaikan dengan keadaan dan kondisi saat itu. Kriteria dan alternatif ini dapat di modifikasi untuk keadaan di masa yang akan datang yang berbeda dengan saat ini, sehingga keputusan yang diambil dari metode Analitical Hierarchy Process tersebut dirasa akan sangat sesuai dalam mewakili situasi dan kondisi di berbagai waktu, yang pada akhirnya pendistribusian jaminan sosial ini pun diharapkan akan dapat tepat guna dan tepat sasaran. Kata Kunci : analitical hierarchy process, jaminan sosial,sistem pendukung keputusan Abstract: Social security can be a tool of justice and social welfare which ensures a stable life in today's socio-economic situation. Social security can support people facing difficulties and uncertainties that can not be solved individually efficiently. In this case becomes very important if the overarching system of welfare state social welfare efforts also became the ideological cornerstone of the concept of social security. Currently there are several types of social security which has been distributed to the public. However, in some areas, the social security is less targeted and less appropriate for the benefit of the situation. Therefore, we need a proper decision support system that social security is expected to be distributed to appropriate and well targeted. Analytical Hierarchy Process is a method of decision support that is well suited to help resolve the problem. Analytical Hierarchy Process method using multiple criteria and alternatives that are tailored to the circumstances and conditions at that time. Criteria and alternatives can be modified to state in the future that is different from the current, so the decision was taken from analitical hierarchy process method is considered to be very appropriate in the circumstances representing at various times, and ultimately the distribution of social security also expected to be appropriate and well targeted. With the advancement of technology, it can be made a vehicle safety system uses a combination of numbers based microcontroller ATmega 8 and ATtiny 2313. The system is mounted on a vehicle and a series of combinations of numbers inputted through the remote, so it can provide a solution to the problem of theft of the vehicle

Abstract

Fixed internet services available at home or at the company did not support its users to be online at any place.  To subscribe to the internet the prospective users must go through lengthy requirements. Besides, with monthly costs that are relatively large, can sometimes be a burden the customers themselves. This thesis aims to overcome the above problems, so in the hope, things have been done on the internet can not be fixed, can be overcome.  This thesis discusses the use of a cellular card as a medium for surfing. A number of cellular cards circulating in the market require a good selection method and structured so that later users can appropriate candidates choose mobile cards that match their needs. To be able to give appropriate guidance in the selection of cellular card,  so in need of a method of choosing a good decision,  one of which is  Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) developed by Drs. Thomas L. Saaty of the Wharton School of Business.  The end result of the AHP method is a proposed effective decision based on the processing of data obtained from respondents who had experienced or had to use mobile cards before. Processing the data in the auxiliary with Expert Choice, a decision support software, resulting in decisions that can get close to perfection. The conclusion that can be in the results of this study was to obtain a comparative result of the selection criteria to determine whether cellular card.  In this study, which was used as reference criteria for comparison are Cellular Provider Card, Signal Strength, Rate of Saving.  These three criteria for the moment it is enough to be able to represent the respondent's interest in choosing a cellular card for Internet operators make.

Abstract

The image or images are inseparable in everyday life. For certain purposes, the image can be processed into the form of data or digital image. Many image processing programs that are market, but most of these programs are still very difficult to use, where ordinary people do not get to use it. From this background, the sharpening of images has created an application that aims to allow users to perform image processing or manipulation, so that the picture is unclear or sharp can be clarified or refined into high-resolution images. This image sharpening application making use of the method or technique to sharpen the edges of objects that create the picture will look different than before. The program used in the making of this application is Delphi 7 with the Windows operating system. This image sharpening application has been tested on several images to a low resolution and can produce images with the sharpness effect that can be set by the user and can be stored using a different file name with the name of the original file.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus Diagnosis Expert System with Web-Based Forward Chaining Method. An expert system is one branch of artificial intelligence technology that combines the knowledge of an expert with tracing data to solve problems that are normally carried out by an expert. The development of information technology now makes it possible to access information from anywhere and anytime. So the role of information technology is increasingly useful to be able to develop in various fields including in the health sector. One of them is the system used to diagnose diabetes mellitus. Diabetes Mellitus is one of the most common diseases in the world. The inability of the pancreas to produce insulin normally becomes one of the reasons a person has this disease. In this research, the method used is Forward Chaining which sorts all data obtained before getting the final conclusion. The final results obtained from this study is an expert system application for diagnosing diabetes with a forward chaining method, where the user answers questions based on perceived symptoms, then the results obtained in the form of disease and explanation of the disease.

Abstract

Abstract   Inaccurate stock management will lead to high and uneconomical storage costs, as there may be a void or surplus of certain products. This will certainly be very dangerous for all business people. The K-Means method is one of the techniques that can be used to assist in designing an effective inventory strategy by utilizing the sales transaction data that is already available in the company. The K-Means algorithm will group the products sold into several large transactional data clusters, so it is expected to help entrepreneurs in designing stock inventory strategies.   Keywords: inventory, k-means, product transaction data, rapidminer, data mining   Abstrak   Manajemen stok yang tidak akurat akan menyebabkan biaya penyimpanan yang tinggi dan tidak ekonomis, karena kemungkinan terjadinya kekosongan atau kelebihan produk tertentu. Hal ini sangat berbahaya bagi para pelaku bisnis. Metode K-Means adalah salah satu teknik yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu dalam merancang strategi persediaan yang efektif dengan memanfaatkan data transaksi penjualan yang telah tersedia di perusahaan.
