Abstract

Pertimbangan optimal sangat memerlukan suatu alat bantu  untuk menghasilkan keputusan yang baik, sebagai metode yang dapat diterapkan untuk proses peneyeleksian. Produk berbasis teknologi terkadang memberikan banyak kriteria yang unik dan memberikan benefit yang besar bagi para penggunanya. Dengan demikian sangat dibutuhkan metode yang tepat untuk penyeleksian produk berbasis teknologi. Metode Weight Product Model (WPM) salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu dalam proses penyeleksian, metode ini merupakan kristalisasi dari keilmuan metode Analytic Hierarchi Process (AHP). WPM merupakan sebuah model yang melakukan proses penyelesaian secara hirarki dengan cara melakukan breakdown mulai dari goal, criteria, dan alternative.Produk yang menjadi objek penelitian yaitu Notebook dengan kategori yang sama yaitu Core i5 dengan brand-type yang berbeda-beda seperti SAMSUNG 470RE-K01ID, LENOVO G470-0137, ASUS A450CC-WX250D, dan TOSHIBA L840-1045.WPM merupakan salah satu bentuk solusi pemodelan yang dapat digunakan untuk penyeleksian Notebook sebagai produk berbasis teknologi dengan pertimbangan multicriteria. Dari proses analisis yang diterapkan secara matematis dapat memberikan keputusan secara empiris dengan menentukan besaran priority terhadap produk berbasis teknologi seperti Notebook. Perolehan hasil yang diperoleh dengan WPM adalah SAMSUNG menduduki prioritas tertinggi dengan bobot nilai 0.323, LENOVO dengan bobot nilai 0.264, lalu ASUS dengan bobot nilai 0.228, dan perioritas rangking terkecil THOSIBA dengan bobot nilai prioritas 0.185.

Abstrak: Proses pengambilan keputusan akan selalu dihadapi oleh siapapun termasuk manajer,. Penggunakan produk berbasis teknologi berupa notebook menjadi fokus bagi seluruh user. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan suatu metode yang yang dapat digunakan untuk pemilihan notebook yaitu Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), salah satu pendekatan dari metode AHP adalah metode Multycriteria Decision Making (MCDM), pendekatan metode MCDM adalah untuk memberikan solusi kepada user memilih produk berbasis teknologi seperti notebook. Penerapan metode MCDM menyederhanakan permasalahan menjadi tiga level yaitu Goal, Criteria, dan Alternative yang mampu memberikan solusi atas criteria dan alternative yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa/i agar tidak mengecewakan mereka terhadap proses pemilihan notebook dikemudian hari. Produk notebook yang dibandingkan tentunya memiliki kelas yang sama yaitu Core i5 yang terdiri dari empat type dengan merk yang berbeda, yaitu SAMSUNG 470RE-K01ID, LENOVO G470-0137, ASUS A450CC-WX250D, dan TOSHIBA L840-1045. Dari penelitian ini model hirarki Metode MCDM dapat memberikan solusi yang terbaik bagi para pengambil keputusan, adapun hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini memberikan bobot prioritas keputusan terhadap pemilihan notebook yang dimulai dari bobot terkecil yaitu TOSHIBA dengan priority 0.155; ASUS dengan priority 0.210; LENOVO dengan priority 0.268; dan SAMSUNG dengan priority 0.340. Adapun hasil pengujian priority dengan menggunakan Software pakage Expert Choice memberikan kesamaan output terhadap priority keputusan. Kata kunci: MCDM, PHP, pengambilan keputusan, software pakage expert choice. Abstract: Decision making process will be kept up-faced by anyone, including managers who have decision-making role in the organization that will be developed. To use of technology-based products such as notebooks become a focus for all users. Therefore, we need a method that can be used for the selection of notebooks. the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), one of the approaches of AHP is a method Multycriteria Decision Making (MCDM), MCDM method approach is to provide a solution to the user choose form technology-based products notebook. The application of MCDM method is a hierarchical model that simplifies the problem into three levels, namely Goal, Criteria, and Alternatives that can provide alternative solutions to the criteria and in accordance with the needs of the student , so as not to disappoint them against the electoral process in the future notebooks. Notebook products being compared must have the same class, namely Core i5 which consists of four types with different brands, namely SAMSUNG 470RE-K01ID, G470-0137 LENOVO, ASUS A450CC-WX250D, and TOSHIBA L840-1045. Abstract

Abstrak: Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP) merupakan suatu metode yang cukup banyak digunakan untuk menentukan prioritas keputusan yang bersifat majemuk, karena mampu mengolah data dengan banyak kriteria baik data yang bersifat kualitatif, kuantitatif, maupun kombinasi keduanya. Perubahan terhadap nilai keputusan ada yang bersifat kuat atau lemah terhadap hasil keputusan yang telah diproses secara empiris. Dengan demikian keputusan global yang telah di sintesis dapat mengalami perubahan, jika keputusan parsial mengalami nilai sensitivitas yang lemah. Oleh karena itu untuk membuktikan bahwa keputusan local setiap nilai pairwise matrix yang diuji dari nilai eigenvector hasil normalisasi belum tentu memberikan kekuatan keputusan yang sempurna, hal ini dapat terlihat jika dilakukan proses uji sensitivitas dari masing-masing nilai eigenvector keputusan parsial. Hasil pengujian sensitivitas ini akan memberikan besaran nilai keputusan yang memiliki nilai jangkauan tertentu terhadap batas nilai sensitivitas minimum dan sensitivias nilai maksimum yang dapat mempengaruhi prioritas nilai keptusan global hasil sintesis.   Kata kunci: analytic hierarchical process, eigenvector,  prioritas, sensitivitas.     Abstract: Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP) is a widely used method for determining the priority decision is plural, because it is able to process data with a lot of good data criteria are qualitative, quantitative, or a combination of both. Changes to the value of the decision that is strong or weak against the decisions that have been treated empirically. Thus the global decisions that have been in the synthesis can be amended, if the partial decision experiencing weak sensitivity. Therefore, to prove that local decisions each value tested pairwise matrix of values normalized eigenvector results do not necessarily provide perfect power, it can be seen if the process is carried out sensitivity tests of each eigenvector value of the partial decision. The sensitivity of the test results will give the amount of value judgment which has the value of a certain range of the limit value of the minimum sensitivity and sensitivity maximum value that can affect the priority value of the global decisions synthesis results.   Keywords: analytic hierarchical process, eigenvector.priority, sensitivity.

Abstract

ABSTRAK- Dari sekian banyak penelitian tentang Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP), dalam penetapan elemen matriks yang terisi pada matriks berpasangan seluruhnya mengacu pada skala perbandingan yang ditetapkan oleh Saaty dengan skala satu sampai Sembilan (1-9) sebagai skala fundamental untuk menentukan skala perbandingan matriks dalam matriks berpasangannya. Dari penelitian ini penulis mencoba dengan salah satu pendekatan metode nilai skala banding (NSB). NSB pada proses penggunaannya mampu menyamakan hasil keputusan dan jarang digunakan oleh peneliti-peneliti AHP. NSB merupakan metode yang jauh berbeda seperti yang dilakukan oleh Saaty dalam menetapkan besaran perbandingan untuk matriks berpasangan. Memang yang terpenting dalam penggunaan AHP adalah bagaimana menetapkan besaran untuk elemen yang ada pada pairwise matrices, hal ini menjadi kunci utama dalam proses perhitungan matematis penggunaan metode AHP. Jika sampai terjadi kesalahan, maka seluruh keputusan baik lokal maupun general mengakibatkan kefatalan dalam dukungan pengambilan keputusan pada tahap sintesis. Kata kunci: AHP, NSB, matriks berpasangan, sintesis ABSTRACT- From research on Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP), in setting the matrices element that filled the whole matric of pairwise comparisons refer to the scale set by Saaty scale of one to nine (1-9) as the fundamental scale to determine the scale of pairwise comparison matric in pairwise matrices. From this study, the authors tried by one of the methods of appeal scale value (NSB). NSB in use is able to equalize the results of decisions and rarely used by researchers AHP. NSB is a method that is much different as it is done by Saaty in determining the amount for pairwise comparison matric. Indeed, the most important in the use of AHP is how to determine the amount of existing elements in the pairwise matric, it is becoming a key element in the process of mathematical calculations using AHP method. Abstract

Abstrak: Banyak pendekatan yang sering digunakan dalam proses pemilihan (selection) menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).  AHP ini memiliki sejumlah pendekatan dalam menentukan suatu keputusan yang memberikan hasil akhir melalui proses synthesize. Proses synthezise merupakan tahapan proses perhitungan secara global terhadap sejumlah partial decision pada tahapan-tahapan proses sebelumnya yang digambarkan melalui banyak criteria yang digunakan dalam penyusunan hierarchy modeling. Weigh Average Model (WAM) merupakan kristalisasi dari AHP, yang dapat memberikan solusi yang berbeda dengan hasil keputusan yang sama. endekatan model yang digunakan WAM mampu memberikan solusi keputusan score terhadap produk notebook secara optimal yaitu: Prioritas pertama untuk SAMSUNG dengan bobot 0.347, kemudian prioritas kedua dengan bobot 0.272 untuk Lenovo, dan prioritas ketiga untuk ASUS dengan bobot 0.218, dan prioritas terakhir dari empat product comparison yaitu THOSIBA dengan bobot 0.164. Ini hasil yang didapat dengan menggunakan metode Weight Average Model.   Kata Kunci: Analytic Hierarchy Process, Synthesize, Prioritas, Weight Everage Model,   Abstract: Many approaches are often used in the selection process using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP has a number of approaches in determining whether a decision which gives the final result through the process synthesize. Synthezise process is a calculation process steps globally towards a partial decision in the earlier stages of the process which is illustrated by many criteria used in the preparation of hierarchy modeling. Weigh Average Model (WAM) is the crystallization of the AHP, which can provide different solutions with the same decision result. This research is a development from earlier on the same product in the form of Notebook Core i5, which made the process of multi-criteria test based technology. Modelling approach used WAM is able to provide a solution-making the score against notebook products optimally, namely: The first priority for SAMSUNG with the weight of 0,347, then the second priority with the weight of 0,272 to Lenovo, and third priority to ASUS with weights 0,218, and the last priority of the four product comparison namely Thosiba with 0,164 weights. Abstract

Used of the Internet technology superbly proven to not give huge benefits to users, both in terms of deployment and exchange of information, entertainment, freeware software, even to the readings in various forms especially a lot of readings that can be obtained through online channels by the internet without having to purchase in the form of free as well be articles, newspapers, books, and magazines are all in electronic form and can be obtained by the internet. Until recently published magazine in print already behind, because so many turned to the magazine in electronic or digital form is called the e-magazine. With the existence of an intermediate stage in the form of an e-magazine needs assessment of the readership to choose the best performance of any e-magazine published, even many technologies that can support progress towards processing features such as e-magazine like 3D Thumbnails, Podcasts, and RSS. Assessment of the e-magazine readership seen from the goal, multicriteria, and alternative, while the method used is the Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP). The process of analysis set forth in the acquisition phase synthesize the results of alternative priority e-magazine is e-the largest environmental gain with the value of 0.488 points, followed by RSC studio with acquisition value 0.284, and the smallest synthesize the results obtained e-magazine aksarayana the value 0.229. While the results of the ranking criteria biggest readership want and needs are the ease with criteria further value 0.270 0.235 interfaces with value, quality value 0.179, satisfaction with the value of 0.175, and the smallest are the benefit criteria with a value of 0.142.

Abstract

Today's communication is very important to do, this can be done by using communication tools that are currently being used by everyone, none other than SmartPhone, so people are competing to get it. Many found difficulties in choosing a SmartPhone Brand Product that suits the wishes of each user from a number of alternatives such as Advance, Xiaomi, OPPO, SAMSUNG, and VIVO, because many criteria must be considered such as memory capacity, battery durability, sharpness of capture camera, the form of design producy, the number of features produced from the product, which is equally important is the overall performance of the product. This difficulty is a general matter discussed by each user, because it requires the best solution that can be used to solve the problem. One method that can be used to select the right SmartPhone is the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method combined with the TOPSIS method. In this case AHP is used to determine the preference quantity in weighting and TOPSIS is used for mathematical detailed calculations of a number of criteria specified in ranking from a number of alternatives. The results obtained based on the mathematical calculation process are the first rank brand products with the highest weight of 0.597 from SAMSUNG, followed by a weight of 0.586 from OPPO, then weighing 0.555 from Advance, then weighing 0.511 from VIVO, and the smallest weight 0.491 from Xiaomi.

Abstract

Currently the Indonesian community was rife with long-distance communication must be use the internet facility. By using fasilitan via the Internet, hence more easy communication between each user, one of the connecting bridge that has been using social networking allows the user to communicate a lot like Facebook, Friendster, and Twiter. With many social networking facilities, then this study will provide an assessment in choosing among the three forms of social networking above and be an alternative choice. In assessing the third among alernatif social networking can be measured by several criteria such as level Popularities, Features, and Security, so that the results obtained from the analysis of the normalization of eigen value vector that can be obtained from each of the criteria can be described as follows: For the criterion level of popularity gained eigen value vector (0.4742), whereas the criteria associated with the eigenvalues obtained Features vector (0.1494), and for the safety criterion obtained eigenvalues vector (0.3764). With the basic use of the Random Index (RI) using a number n, then it can be searched value consistency Index (CI) and consistency ratio (CR) of the three social networks are as follows: In terms of criteria Popularity CI value (-1.1915) and CR (-2.0544), while the views of the criterion Features CI value (-1.1915) and CR (-2.0544) and visits from security criteria CI value (-1.1915) and CR (-2.0544).From the analysis of each value of consistency ratio (CR), it is concluded that this decision was acceptable, because the value of CR in the rules Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP) must be worth less than 0.1 or a negative value. Keywords: analytic hierarchy process, eigen vector, consistency index, consistency ratio, decision making.

Abstract

Learning system uses multimedia technology today's is growing rapidly, one of the areas that get a significant impact on the development of technology today's is the field of education. In the process of teaching and learning for students still using the one-way data transfer system by putting the student as an object and as a subject teacher. This makes the students tend to be passive and less showed a level of creativity in the process of knowledge transfer from material provided by the educator to the learner. Learning process in one direction only describes learners listen only, so it is not uncommon cause boredom in the classroom. Learning environment such as this will make it difficult for learners to understand and accept the material provided by the educators. Thus the concept of learning methods with using of interactive multimedia technology to answer these problems, because the multimedia learning with interactive animation to support the learning process by creating a pleasant atmosphere in the learning process, so it is easy for learners to understand and accept the material provided. Interactive animation application design for multimedia-based learning brain anatomy created by Macromedia flash applications, while the analysis used is the white-box testing and analysis of questionnaires using by a geometric mean method. The final results of analysis by the geometric mean method give the results is very good with a making decision score is  88.81.

Abstract

In organized activities is quite difficult for us in making decisions that could accommodate all the wishes of each participant involved in the decision-making contribution. Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP), a method that is able to handle the problems in making decisions that bind all desired expectations. Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) is a method used to solve problems that can assist communities in selecting bekasi public facilities and infrastructure development will be built mainly in the construction of roads, markets, sports hall and recreation area. Through the analysis of the AHP process to which the writing can be inferred from the three criteria based on the value end of the analysis are viewed from the public participation criteria to prioritize construction of sports hall, seen from the criteria for prioritizing the benefits of road construction, and visits from care criteria to prioritize the development of recreation areas. The first process is performed in AHP is to find the eigen value vector of criteria and alternatives, and then calculate the value of consistency ratio (CR) of each criteria to comply with the value of the Random Index (RI) to the number of orders that were analyzed, the analytical results obtained value of consistency ratio (CR) criteria for public participation, benefits, and successive treatments were (-0.4872), (0.0730) and (0.0336). AHP value of consistency in the rules Ratio (CR) must be less than 0.1. From the analysis of the results obtained CR values below 0.1, so that decisions can be said to have an optimal and acceptable. Keywords: AHP, eigen vector, consistency ratio, decision
