Abstract

There are several factors that affect the success of online stores one of which is trust. Where trust will be able to build customer relations relation or relationship relations users of an online store. he belief of user experience becomes a factor that must be met which will be 2 related things. In this study the online store in the analysis is tokopedia and bukalapak. For confidence measures in the use of online stores are measured by the approach of the Heart and Pulse method with some modifications to suit the needs of empirical reporting to identify factors that contribute to the positive experience of online shopping sites in terms of confidence levels. Respondents numbered 100 who are users of both e-commerce. Sampling technique from this research is non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test including (t parcial) test, (F simultan) test, and coefficient of determination (R^2).The result of analysis by using t test can be seen that profit variable equally positive effect to the trust in both e-commerce. Second, the efficiency, happiness, and speed variables do not positively affect the level of trust in both e-commerce. Testing with f test in both e-commerce has positive and superior effect is bukalapak. Adjust R Square results show that the results of measurements on both sites have a value of 49.3% (tokopedia) & 78.3% (bukalapak), indicating that usability and user experience measurements from the bukalapakl are superior to those of tokopedia.

Abstract

Perpajakan telah menjadi persyaratan negara sebagai penyumbang devisa terbesar negara, perpajakan di Indonesia belum lolos berbagai kegiatan. Terutama di era modern ini, yang selalu menggunakan teknologi dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari-hari, perpajakan di Indonesia kini juga telah mulai menerapkan sistem baru yang mulai mengedepankan teknologi, yaitu sistem pelaporan pajak tahunan berbasis online, sistem ini adalah sistem e-Filing.Penelitian ini mengacu pada seberapa banyak pengguna merasa puas dengan sistem e-Filing karena sistem ini merupakan sistem baru yang dimiliki oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) sebagai langkah inovasi dan pembaharuan dalam penyampaian laporan pajak tahunan. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) adalah referensi peneliti sebagai sarana pendekatan dalam menganalisis sistem e-Filing karena Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) mengacu pada aspek penerimaan berbasis teknologi, sedangkan dalam Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) mengacu pada aspek penerimaan berdasarkan perilaku pengguna dalam menggunakan sesuatu, Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk menghitung serta untuk melepaskan data sehingga dapat mengukur perilaku penerimaan pengguna dalam menggunakan Sistem e-Filing berdasarkan kombinasi dari dua model

Abstract

 The implementation of the academic information services, UMM has been trying to present some system of academic services for the various students needs, one of the highlights is KRS-Online system because it is the most frequently used system of students in programming courses in each semester.Complaints and suggestions certainly are reasonable for the system services are used by many people.This study aimed to KRS-Online users’ convenience can be measured empirically based indicators of variable users’ experience and cognitive psychology to prove whether these two variables can affect the users’ convenience.Based on this research, it has been proved that the users’ experience and cognitive psychology significantly affect both users’ convenience variables partially tested individually or simultaneously or together.

Abstract

Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang memiliki sebuah legacy system, yakni layanan SMS gateway. Selama sistem ini digunakan muncul beberapa kebutuhan baru, yakni kebutuhan akan fungsional dan non fungsional, diantaranya adalah automatic reply yang diintegrasikan dengan data request, automatic broadcast dan interface yang responsif. Munculnya berbagai kebutuhan baru ini menandakan bahwa institusi berharap performa dan fungsionalitas dari legacy system bertambah. Ketika perlu untuk memperbarui software dan berharap performa, keandalan, dan fungsionalitasnya bertambah, tanpa mempengaruhi fungsi utamanya, software re-engineering dapat mengatasi masalah seperti ini. Software re-engineering dapat diimplementasikan pada legacy system (SMS gateway) untuk ditransformasikan kedalam sistem informasi manajemen layanan SMS center, sehingga beberapa kebutuhan baru seperti automatic reply yang diintegrasikan dengan data request, automatic broadcast, dan interface yang responsif dapat direalisasikan. Pada software re-engineering terdapat model proses yang harus dilakukan dalam proses implementasi. sehingga proses transformasi dari legacy system ke sistem informasi manajemen layanan SMS center serta proses penambahan beberapa kebutuhan baru dapat berjalan dengan baik, sehingga apa yang diharapkan institusi dapat direalisasikan.

Abstract

Work Order Android (Wondroid) merupakan sebuah aplikasi surat perintah kerja yang dikembangkan pada PDAM Kota Malang untuk memudahkan realisasi pekerjaan. Tetapi tidak selalu aplikasi yang diterapkan mendapatkan tanggapan baik. Faktor pengguna dapat menentukan keberhasilan penerapan sebuah aplikasi. Untuk dapat mengetahui penerimaan dan penggunaan aplikasi Wondroid, digunakan model UTAUT. UTAUT adalah model penerimaan teknologi dari gabungan delapan model sebelumnya. Penelitian ini membuktikan pengaruh variabel bebas (Ekspektasi Kinerja, Ekspektasi Usaha, Pengaruh Sosial dan Kondisi Memfasilitasi) terhadap variabel terikat (Niat Perilaku dan Perilaku Pengguna) secara parsial maupun simultan. Pengambilan data menyertakan 100 responden dari pengguna Wondroid. Analisis pengolahan data dibantu dengan aplikasi statistik SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif maupun negatif. Ekspektasi Kinerja terbukti tidak berpengaruh terhadap Niat Perilaku, sedangkan Ekspektasi Usaha dan Pengaruh Sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Niat Perilaku. Kondisi yang Memfasilitasi dan Niat perilaku berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Pengguna. Hasil analisis keseluruhan membutktikan Niat Perilaku memperoleh 34,7% yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel Ekspektasi Kinerja, Ekspektasi Usaha dan Pengaruh Sosial.

Abstract

One form of education that we can get is learning guidance. In conducting learning guidance required process of meeting between teachers and students. Learning guidance enrollment system using profile matching method is a system that can be a media for students with teachers. Profile matching is a method of decision-making system that uses variable data comparison in the form of criteria owned between a part. This system is used to provide teacher recommendations to learners by using a comparison of data in the form of criteria, among others, origin address, address in Malang, hobbies, education history and experience. The Gap value obtained from the criteria data calculated on the Core Factor and Secondary Factor will then be performed N as the total value of the assessment aspect. With variable data comparison on every aspect of the ordering system guidance of learning can provide recommendations to teachers to learners who possess the level of matching data based on the calculations that have been done.

Abstract

Information systems become an important part in all areas of life, one of which is a hospital that uses information systems as a support for business processes. The level of user acceptance of the information system in the hospital needs to be reviewed and analyzed as a way to improve service because the main factors that play an important role are users. This study analyzes the factors that influence the acceptance of users of information using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). This study uses employee data as a sample, 30 respondents used to test the validity and reliability, from the number of 1436 employees used 112 respondents and the questionnaire returned was 94 questionnaires. Determination of the number of respondents based on Slovin formula shows the number used is 94 respondents. The research methodology includes literature study, determination of research variables, data collection and observation, hypothesis determination, instrument development, questionnaire distribution, data processing and analysis of results. In the development of instruments found 6 variables with 32 indicators, and 35 question items. Based on the validity test found 5 indicators that are not used and Cronbachs alpha value of 0.912 which means that the value is greater than 0.6 so that the instrument is reliable. Research shows that the correlation of the final results shows that the significance level is below 0.05 and shows that the independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable, so it can be concluded that user acceptance of the technology in Sidoarjo Regional General Hospital is good.
