Sejak diberlakukannyan otonomi daerah, daerah dipacu untuk dapat berkreasi dalam mencari sumber penerimaan daerah yang dapat mendukung pembiayaan pengeluaran daerah. Salah satu alternative sumber penerimaan tersebut adalah pajak dan retribusi daerah, yang telah ditetapkan oleh undang- undang tentang pemerintah daerah sebagai sumber pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) yang bersumber dari daerah itu sendiri. Penelitian tentang Kontribusi Pajak Hiburan Terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Palopo bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi pajak hiburan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah kota Palopo dan untuk mendapat informasi tentang penerimaan Dinas Pendapatan Daerah dalam menggali sumber-sumber pendapatan daerah di kota Palopo serta pengoptimalan pengelolaan Asli Daerah (PAD), apabila realisasi penerimaan tersebut diatas diperhadapkan/diperbandigkan antara realisasi dan target yang seharusnya dicapai dalam waktu satu tahun anggaran, diantara beberapa jenis pungutan pajak daerah, laba usaha milik daerah (BUMD) dan lainlain pendapatan yang sah. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penulisan penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi sederhana sedangkan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pajak hiburan dengan Pendapatan Asli Daerah digunakan program SPSS 16.0. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan Bahwa kontribusi pajak hiburan terhadap pendapatan Asli Derah kota Palopo yakni pada tahun 2005 mencapai 0,44 tahun 2006 sebesar 0,27 dan tahun 2007 besarnya kontribusi pajak hiburan terhadap pendapatan asli Daerah adalah sebesar 0,29 pada tahun 2008 sebesar 0,33 bgtu juga pada tahun 2009 sebesar 0,43 dan jika diratakan, maka pendapatan Asli Daerah kota palopo yakni sekitar 0,35 .

The existence of different PDRB values ​​in each region is caused by the success rate of products from leading sectors that are generated to spur economic growth. This study aims to analyze the level of income inequality between sub-districts in West Lombok Regency. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach, the data used in the form of secondary data obtained from the statistical center of West Lombok Regency. The Klassen Typology Analysis Tool is used to find out an overview of the pattern and structure of economic growth in each region. Based on the Klassen typology according to economic growth and per capita income, those included in the fast-growing and fast-growing regions are the Lembar Subdistrict Batu Layar District, Gerung District. Sub-districts included in the fast-developing area are Labuapi Sub-Districts, Kediri District, Lingsar District, Narmada District, and Gunung Sari District. The results of the study stated that there were differences in the classification of districts in West Lombok Regency based on economic growth and per capita PDRB according to the Klassen Typology. Sub-districts included in the underdeveloped areas are Sekotong and Kuripan Districts. In the 2012-2016 observation period with the Williamson inequality index in West Lombok District, the rate of inequality that has started to decline, from 2012 to 2015 for example in 2012 amounted to 0.28336, in 2013 decreased by 0.28335, in 2014 fell again by 0.28258, and in 2015 it dropped to 0.28247, but in 2016 inequality in West Lombok Regency rose again to 0.28277 so the average of the Williamson Index from 2012 to 2016 was 0.28291.

Background: Psychological problems have an impact on the elderly with chronic diseases thus affecting health status. Objective: The purpose of this study was to identify the response of the elderly in dealing with chronic diseases. Methods: This study uses a descriptive phenomenology method. The population in this study were elderly who lived in Makassar City and had a chronic disease. This study illustrates the experience of 13 older adults aged 60-78 years who experience chronic disease. Results: A response felt by the elderly with chronic diseases for years, a series of grieving processes. The grieving process felt by the elderly is a psychological reaction from the suffering experienced due to symptoms and complaints of chronic illness. The series of grieving process reactions that are displayed are denial, anger, bargaining, despair, and resignation. Conclusion: The old experience with denial, anger, bargaining during chronic illness is normal. Also, the elderly could experience a desperate reaction during chronic illness due to the prolonged treatment process, and resignation reaction was a sign that the elderly were aware of the disease condition which they experienced. Recommendation: nursing intervention is needed related to grieving issues that include aspects of self, physical, social and spiritual for elderly with chronic illness.
