Abstract

Puskesmas are Community Health Center located in indonesia. Puskesmas of Karangduren village on Jember regency is one of the health services responsible for building healthy scope in Karangduren village area. One way is to monitor the health of children from an early age. To help monitor the health of the child, each parent is given a mother's and children's health book. However, there are problems when the KIA book is missing, it can be a problem if the puskesmas officer to perform the examination of the data. Due to the overall recording of data still using the general ledger media, consequently to review the lost data will require a long time and can hamper the performance of puskesmas officers in making reports to be given to the health service. In solving the problem then the authors propose a solution that is by making an application system that can store data, can search data and can monitor the child's health periodically.With the results of this study produced an application that can help puskesmas staff to process data, search data and monitor the health of children. So it is more effective and efficient in helping the work of puskesmas officers

Abstract

PT. International Stars is a company engaged in the field of distribution that produces sandals and shoes urrently PT. International Stars already has about 400 retail stores that market slippers and shoes. Related to the number of such shops PT. Stars international must monitor the performance of the store with all aspects of assessment include: aspect of revenues, customer satisfaction, as well as aspects of aspects of the performance of the employees at the store. But in the assessment process conducted PT International Stars still use the system manually and computerized and not the result of shaped documents report. So in the manufacturing process and the fulfilment of market strategies will be less fast. In the absence of an accurate assessment of the systems and structured imposes on his old company in response to business growth in the field. Based on these problems, then created a performance assessment application store by using the balanced scorecard method of web-based that can ease the process of assessment and supervision of each store. By displaying the performance results in the form of a nominal or numeric value comparison between stores. Based on the trial results, the performance assessment system of retail stores can help an area sales manager in reporting data for each store with more effective, from the results of the report will also facilitate the operational part in monitoring the results of the development of the whole store.

Abstract

Website Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas HangTuah mulai dirancang dan dibangun pada 1987. Dengan tujuan untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam hal perkuliahan, Website Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas HangTuah mulai menyediakan layanan akses internet bagi penggunanya dan mulai mengembangkan layanan online pada tahun 1987 hingga saat ini. Berdasarkan data wawancara Mahasiswa Kedokteran HangTuah sebanyak 30 mahasiswa 24 mahasiswa mengatakan Website Fakultas Kedokteran kurang menarik. Guna mengurangi resiko tidak suksesnya penerapan Website Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas HangTuah, maka dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis Kesuksesan Website Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas HangTuah dengan menggunakan Metode DeLone and McLean.  Dengan dilakukannya penelitian ini, maka hasil dari penelitian terhadap 89 mahasiswa, menunjukkan bahwa variabel penggunaan memengaruhi kuat variable kepuasan penggunaan sebesar 43% sedangkan variabel kepuasan penggunaan memengaruhi kuat variabel penggunaan sebesar 44% yang berarti dalam meningkatkan kesuksesan website FK UHT perlu meningkatkan penggunaan dan kepusan penggunaan sehingga website FK UHT tersebut bermanfaat.

Abstract

Clinic House of Healthy Living Center (H2LC) is a clinic Aesthetic & Anti Aging consistently apply the concept of healthy living by combining elements of beauty and health of the skin and body. Constraints faced H2LC Clinic is the start of record-keeping, duplication of card history data medical records of patients, health progress / results of treatment patients were still recorded on medical record cards, prescriptions that are difficult to read, and payments are still using hand-written memorandum.To overcome the above problems the development method used in Information Systems Web-Based Medical Record On H2LC Clinic Surabaya is to use the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall. Medical record system electronically application is beneficial not only administratively. But can be felt doctors and health workers is the ease in accessing patient information that ultimately helps in clinical needs.The results based on the implementation and evaluation of the banks have done the research was able to make Medical Record Information System Web-Based Clinical H2LC In Surabaya that produce information and manage the registration process assessment of the patient, record-keeping, and payments. Generate reports to consider the development of patient medical record information to be more easily and quickly.

Abstract

PT. Ichtiar Teknik Utama is a company engaged in manufacturing services and spare part supplier contractor tools, lathe, electric welding shop. To conduct its business processes PT. Ichtiar Teknik Utama serve ordering Spare part of contractor equipment based on consumer demand. The ordering system that runs on the company is too many involve the consumers which causes the ordering process complicated and difficult for consumers. In addition, There Lots of using hardcopy as media storage. It’s cause the Listing of ordering in the ledger is not good and will be difficult in making ordering report. Other than that, some of the data obtained can be lost, tucked, and also difficult to read. It takes a long time and complicates the preparation of reports. To improve efficiency and ordering listing process better, so it will need Ordering Information Systems of Spare Parts Contractor Equipment. The Information System has many processes including Registration, Ordering, Listing of Goods Orders, design, calculation of the price of goods, Approval, Payment and invoicing also reporting which used for decision making by the director of workshop. By implementing this information system, each section can perform the work more easily and be better when recording the order.Keywords: Information Systems, Ordering spare part, Contractor Equipment.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kedalaman zat cair terhadap besarnya tekanan hidrostatis dan mengetahui hubungan massa jenis zat cair terhadap besarnya tekanan hidrostatis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen.Kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam penlitian didahului dengan membuat alat. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1)Hubungan massa jenis zat cair terhadap tekanan zat cair berbanding lurus dan sesuai dengan teori.2)Hubungan antara kedalaman zat cair (air, minyak dan oli) terhadap tekanan zat cair (air, minyak dan oli) berbanding lurus dan sesuai dengan teori.

Abstract

Homestay “The Rumah Kita” Lumajang, East Java which has the concept of a family inn. Curently Homestay “The Rumah Kita” Lumajang has a total of 13 rooms are divided into three types. Homestay "The Home" also provides facilities to pamper guests, such as restaurant, Snack 'n Coffee shop, minimarket, meeting room, Room Service, and free wifi area. For a hotel, the speed and accuracy of the data needed to make record relating to the management of guest data, room reservations, lodging transactions, transactions additional orders (food, snack, or drink), as well as other amenities. While the administration at Homestay "The Home" still requires a lot of changes, especially for the data collection process is not computerized and centralized.Information Systems Management with Visual Basic application is expected to simplify and accelerate the recording of transactions carried out by Homestay "The Home", can manage data into information that is accurate and fast, and can improve service to guests.

Abstract

Badan Kepegawaian Daerah is a government agency that has the task to make the formulation and implementation of policies and conduct education and training. Currently BKD has managed all employment documents. management is still done manually, the absence of recording of borrowing and return of documents. Problems - problems that arise from the condition of the company above is the loss of archival documents because the return is not returned properly due to lack of loan record. In addition, when searching documents will take a long time ranging from 30 to 60 minutes depending on the number of documents sought. It also happens to not get the document while searching, because when the document is completed lent is not returned properly or misplaced in the process of return. The next problem is the absence of recording while borrowing documents and also returning documents. The problem caused no history of the document whether it has been returned or has not been returned so that the impact when searching the document because there is no document information being borrowed or not.To solve the problem, the Archives Archive Management Dictionary will be created which can record all document management activities

Abstract

PT. Kelola Mina Laut is a company engaged in the seafood industry. The company has been exporting processed products to several countries including: USA, Canada, Europe, Russia, Japan etc.The company's goal is to achieve a target value of export transactions by year. To determine the attainment of the objectives of the company divisions and the related directors always conduct regular meetings. However, the data presented at the meeting is still shaped table data and just in the previous period, so it does not correspond to the needs of the board of directors for the data tables presented uninformative and real time.Visualization Dashboard Application for Export Transactions on PT. Kelola Mina Laut is a software that can provide the information value of the ratio of export transactions by year, by state, by product category and by customer with the target at a certain period in real time. Information is presented in a visual form such as pie charts, rod and line. This application is built for ease of directors and marketing division in knowing the difference between the value export transaction with a target value of exports in a given period.

Abstract

As the elements of regional goverments East Java DPRD  has an important role in order to improve the citizents welfare, therefore it is expected DPRD activities can be widely known by the people of Jawa Timur. The official website of East Java DPRD, named www.dprd.jatimprov.go.id provide information about council’s activity agenda,council organization structure, digital library, task and responsibilities and parliament news is expected to provide an overview about DPRD activities.According to the interview with the staff of East Java DPRD, there is a broken link in the current website. DPRD Jawa Timur currently planned to improve the current website, therefore DPRD requires feedback for the evalution. The solution give is by conducting a study about analysis of the influence of website quality towards user satisfaction. The analysis is based on Webqual 4.0, according to (Barnes & Vidgen, 2003) Webqual 4.0 is one of the methods of measuring website quality based on user perceptions. WebQual 4.0 consist of 3 categories namely Information Quality, Service Quality and Usability, but in this study added 4th category called User Interface Quality(Hasan, 2014). All of 4 variables will be used as a reference to construct the questionnaire, the results of this research Information Quality,Service Quality and User Interface Quality has a positive influence towards user satisfaction. Further recommendations are given in the form of  Graphical User Interface (GUI) design to improve the website.
