Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test whether there is a significant different on financial performance of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk before and after the acquisition. The financial performance is measured by using the nine financial ratios i.e.: current ratio, quick ratio, fixed assets turnover, total assets turnover, debt to asset ratio, debt to equity, net profit margin, return on assets and return on equity. This research is a case study research which focuses on PT Aneka Tambang Tbk which has conducted the acquisition in 2011. The financial statements which will be studied start from 2009 to 2013 periods. The paired samples t-test is used as the data analysis. The result of the research shows that the observation periods on the financial ratios 2 years before the acquisition and 2 years after the acquisition do not make any expected synergy since there is no significant different.Keywords: Acquisition, Financial Performance, Financial Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya perbedaan hasil belajar siswa antara penggunaan model pembelajaran Make a Match dengan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together Pada Mata Pelajaran Geografi Kelas XI IPS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yaitu quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif, yang bertujuan untuk membedakan atau membandingkan hasil penelitian antara dua kelompok penelitian. Pengambilan sampel digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cluster sampling, dengan cara dibagi 2 kelas atau kelompok eksperimen. Kelompok pertama dengan jumlah 34 siswa yang akan diberikan perlakuan model pembelajaran Make a Match, dan kelompok kedua dengan jumlah 34 siswa yang akan diberikan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pada materi kompetensi dasar menjelaskan pengertian fenomena bisofer dan menganalisis sebaran hewan dan tumbuhan, pada siswa kelas XI IPS I dan XI IPS II yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Make a Match sebesar 66,32, sedangkan yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together sebesar 77,85. Uji hipotesis diketahui bahwa thitung > ttabel. Hal ini berarti ada perbedaan signifikan hasil belajar siswa antara penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Make a Match, dengan Model Pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together.Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Make a Match, Numbered Heads Together, Hasil Belajar GeografiABSTRACTThis study aims to determine difference of outcomes learning student between the using model Make a Match learning, and model Numbered Heads Together On Geography Lesson Class XI IPS. This research using quasi experimental with a comparative approach, to differentiate or compare the results between the two groups research. Technical sampling in this research used cluster sampling is object divided into 2 classes or the experimental group. The first group consist of 34 students, who will be given treatment study model Make a Match, and the second group consist of 34 students who will be given the learning model Numbered Heads Together. The result showed that on material the phenomenon of biosfer and analyzing the distribution of animals and plants, the average28Jurnal Geografi Edukasi dan Lingkungan, Vol. 1, No. 1, Juli 2017:27-35student learning outcomes XI IPS class I and II XI IPS using model Make a Match of 66.32, while those using learning model Numbered Heads Together for 77.85.
