Abstract

Abstract.Of the many factors that influence employee performance, this research focuses on work discipline and working environment. Lack of discipline and inadequate working environment in the company, can have an impact on the implementation of the work process becomes inefficient. This study aims to determine the influence of labor discipline and the work environment to employee performance as well as the dominant variable influence on employee performance. The population in this study is an all employees at PT Ardian Putra MandiriSidoarjo totaling 126 people. The analysis model is a linear regression. Hypothesis testing using F test and t test at 5% significance level and supported by econometric tests. The results showed that jointly or in partial, work discipline and the work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. From both the independent variables studied, showed that having a dominant influence on employee performance is the work environment..

Abstract

Long time-consuming reporting is an issue that always arises on conventional transaction data processing. Especially in accounting systems that have output more than one type of report. In addition, the pressure of work often makes an accountant become less concentration that can lead to mistakes in journalizing, posting to create reports. For that done a qualitative research with case study method of financial data at PT. PNM ULaMM PTPM Pontianak with the aim to verify the reliability of an accounting software with the advantage of time efficiency. The results can be seen that accounting software (Accounting Information System) is able to process data transactions quickly, precisely and accurately and generate relevant reports. Abstract

In the manufacturing industry environment, assembly lines and teams are applied to several industries such as Fords automotive industry that implements assembly lines and Volvo which implements teams (Libby and Thorne, 2009). This study aims to examine the effect of incentive structures on group performance in a manufacturing environment. The incentive structures used in this study are individual incentives, group incentives, and mixed incentives, while the manufacturing environment used is the assembly line and team. This research is a laboratory experiment which involved 150 students as the subject sample for the study and it used factorial design 3 x 2 between subjects. The subject sample was assigned to a create building using bricks in accordance with the instructions. The results showed that the incentive structure influenced the group performance on the assembly line and team. It was found that in a team, group incentives motivate group members to interact, share information, and work together to produce more wonderful results, group incentives produce higher group performance than individual and mixed incentives. In regard to assembly lines, individual incentives resulted into higher group performance than group and mixed incentives, since individual incentives tend to motivate individuals to work for better output(s).

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of equalization funds, the remaining funds over budget calculations and local revenue on capital expenditure and impact on economic growth.  The study was conducted by using statistics descriptive method and panel data regression method. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 70 samples. The results in this study showed that’s the balancing fund had no significant effect on capital spending. The remaining budget funds significant effect on capital spending. Local Revenue (PAD) has a significant effect on the capital spending. Equalization funds, fund the remaining budget and revenue together (simultaneously) a significant effect on Capital Expenditure. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Accounting treatment of biological assets based on IAS 41 Agriculture. DSAK-IAI in the process of convergence of PSAK with IFRS states that one of the standards that is still being project remaining work since 2010 is IAS 41. IAS 41 is adopted into PSAK No.69 Agriculture as the Accounting standard that regulates special biological assets that will be effectively applicable on 1 January 2018. The results of this study are expected to provide the description of Accounting treatment based on IAS 41 in more detailed and clear in terms of recognition and presentation and disclosure of biological assets. However, in terms of measurement, IAS 41 will be more difficult to implement because the market price for the plantation industry has not been able to be a benchmark of fair value.       This research was a qualitative descriptive research by giving a description of the Accounting treatment of biological assets engaged in oil palm plantation. Data collection techniques used questionnaires sent to the company with 10 (ten) samples of oil palm companies representing Banjarmasin City, Banjarbaru City, Banjar Regency, Tapin Regency and Tanah Laut regency. The data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis and index calculation of implementation conformity to the standard.        The results showed that the companies have applied the Accounting treatment of biological assets on the average of 90.8% based on research indicators. In terms of classification the companies have classified 100% of its biological assets well. Recognition, measurement and assessment of biological assets, the companies applied research indicators in the range of 84% - 97%, this condition was caused more because the basis of valuation with the fair value of biological assets was not readily available in the active market thus affecting the recognition, measurement and valuation of those assets. While Presentation and Disclosure of Biological Assets in the financial statements, the companies applied 77.5% - 96% of the existing disclosure indicators.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penulisan ini merupakan deskriptif analisis kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui 1. Apakah ada hubungan antara frekuensi ibu-ibu balita dalam menonton iklan gizi yang ditayangkan di Indosiar dengan kualitas perawatan gizi balita, 2. Apakah ada hubungan antara durasi ibu-ibu balita dalam menonton  iklan gizi yang ditayangkan di Televisi dengan kualitas perawatan gizi balita, 3. Apakah ada hubungan antara faktor pendidikan, penghasilan dan pekerjaan dengan kualitas perawatan gizi balita di Kecamatan Banjarmasin Selatan Kota Banjarmasin. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu-ibu balita yang bertempat tinggal di Kecamatan Banjarmasin Selatan yang mempunyai anak berumur antara 6-23 bulan yang mempunyai akses terhadap siaran Televisi. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah metode pengambilan sambel bertahap, dengan  mengkombinasikan sampel secara porpusif, yaitu: memilih dua kelurahan yang dianggap mewakili yaitu kelurahan Kelayan Tengah dan Kelayan Selatan dan pengambilan sampel sampel secara acak sederhana (Simple random sampling) dengan mengambil 10 % dari jumlah Populasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa ada hubungan antara fekuensi yang berisikan pesan-pesan gizi di Televisi dengan kualitas penyediaan makanan, dimana keeratan hubungan berdasarkan koefisien korelasi (Guidford) adalah hubungan yang rendah tapi pasti (0,32) sedangkan pada frekuensi menonton iklan-iklan yang berisikan pesan gizi dengan kualitas pemberian makanan  tidak mempunyai hubungan. Begitu pula ada hubungan antara durasi menonton iklan yang berisikan pesan-pesan gizi dengan kualitas penyediaan makanan dimana keeratan hubunagan berdasarkan koefisien korelasi (Guidford) adalah hubungan yang rendah tetapi pasti (0,40), begitu pula dengan durasi menonton iklan-iklan ytang berisikan pesan-pesan gizi dengan kualitas pemberian makanan dimana keeratan hubungan berdasarkan koefisien korelasi (Guidford) adalah hubungan yang cukup berarti (0,45). Tidak ada hubungan antara faktor pendidikan dengan kualitas penyediaan makanan begitu pula tidak ada hubungan antara faktor pendidikan dengan  kualitas pemberian makanan, ada hubungan antara faktor penghasilan dengan kualitas penyediaan makanan dimana keeratan hubungan berdasarkan koefisien korelasi (Guidford) adalah hubungan cukup yang berarti (0,56) sedangkan pada pemberian makanan tidak ada hubungan antara faktor pekerjaan dengan kualitas pemberian  makanan sedangkan faktor pekerjaan dengan kualitas penyediaan makanan tidak ada hubungan begitu pula dengan faktor pekerjaan tidak mempunyai hubungan dengan kualitas pemberian makanan. Kata Kunci : Menonton Iklan, Kualitas Perawatan Gizi, Televisi     ABSTRACT This writing is a descriptive quantitative analysis which purposes are to know: 1. Is there any relation between the frequencies of toddler’s mothers when watching nutritional advertisements aired on Indosiar with the quality of the toddler’s nutrition care, 2. Is there any relation between the duration of toddler’s mothers when watching nutritional advertisements in Television with the quality of toddler’s nutrition care, 3. Is there any relation between educational factor, income, and occupation with the quality of toddler’s nutrition care in South Banjarmasin District, Banjarmasin City. The populations included in this research are mothers residing in South Banjarmasin District whose toddlers aged between 6 to 23 months and have access to Television programs. Samples are determined by using Multistage Sampling, combining purposive sampling method by choosing two administrative villages that can be considered as representative, which are Central Kelayan and South Kelayan, and Simple Random Sampling by taking 10% as a sample from overall population. The result: there is relation between frequency of nutritional messages in Television with the quality of food provided, where the intensity of the relation based on coefficient and correlation (Guidford) is a low but certain relation (0.32); whilst the frequency of watching nutritional messages advertisements and the quality of food serving doesn’t have any relation. Likewise, there is a relation between the duration of watching nutritional advertisements with the quality of food provided, where the intensity of the relation based on coefficient and correlation (Guidford) is a low but certain relation (0.40); while the duration of watching nutritional advertisements with the quality of food serving, where the intensity of the relation based on coefficient and correlation (Guidford) is a moderate relation (0.45). There is no relation between educational factors and the quality of food provided; it is also applied to relation between educational factors and the quality of food serving, there is a relation between the income and the quality of food provided where the intensity of the relation based on coefficient and correlation (Guidford) is a moderate relation (0.56). Meanwhile in food serving, not only there is no relation between the occupational factor and the quality of food serving, but also there is no relation between occupational factors and the quality of food serving; all the while occupational factors doesn’t have any relation to the quality of food serving. Keywords: Watching Advertisement, the Quality of Nutritional Care, Television

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of competence, continues education, the complexity of the task,  professional skepticism, Objectivity, independence,  due professional  care and ethics of auditors to quality audit results. The respondents were the 36 in auditors in the Inspectorate of South South Kalimantan Province. The questionnaires distributed 36 exemplars, and returned 36 exemplars or 100 %. The collected data analyzed with multiple linier regression with moderating variable analysis technique use a significance level of 5 % (0,05) through SPSS version 22,0 The result of this research that competence, continues education, the complexity of the task,  professional skepticism, Objectivity, independence influence to quality audit results. Abstract

ABSTRAK ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN UNTUK MENGETAHUI TINGKAT KESEHATAN, PERTUMBUHAN DAN PROSPEK USAHA PADA UNIT USAHA KOPERASI. Koperasi merupakan lembaga yang menjalankan suatu kegiatan usaha dan pelayanan yang sangat membantu dan diperlukan oleh anggota koperasi dan masyarakat. Kegiatan usaha yang dimaksud dapat berupa pelayanan kebutuhan keuangan, perkreditan, kegiatan pemasaran, atau kegiatan lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja koperasi dilihat dari tingkat likuiditas, solvabilitas dan rentabilitas serta untuk mengetahui tingkat pertumbuhan dan prospek bisnis Koperasi Awak Pesawat Garuda Indonesia di Tangerang (KOAPGI). Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan pada eksplorasi dan interpretasi hasil analisis laporan keuangan dengan metode komparatif dan metode common size serta analisis segmen. Pengumpulan data berdasarkan laporan keuangan dari tahun 2007 s.d 2011. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja koperasi berkinerja baik serta mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan dan stabil. Abstract

ABSTRACT PATH ANALYSIS OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, COMPENSATION AND JOB SATISFACTION ON EMPLOYEES TURNOVER OF YUASA BATTERY INDONESIA, CO,-LTD.-TANGERANG. The study attempted to examine a phenomena and to gain empirical evident, as well as to get a brief data on the influence of organizational culture, compensation and job satisfaction on employee turnover. The study applied descriptive and inductive of multivariat regression method it’s include 94 respondents as the samples. The samples were selected through proporsionate stratified sampling. The statistical tool were used is SPSS 17 software as the means to examine the data. The findings could be concluded as follows: (1) There was positive effect from all independent variables toward employee turnover within value influence 80,9%. (2) The results of this research indicated that job satisfaction was the greatest affecting to the employee turnover was as much as 59.1%. (3) Meanwhile there are positive influence of organizational  culture was equal to 26.7%. (4) Then there are positive affecting of compensation  was equal to 12.6%. Based on the analysis of the conclusions and implications of this research, there are several suggestions as follows:(1) Based on the calculation results of the questionnaire, organizational culture variables (X1) which consists of 4 dimensions and 12 indicators, dimensions of employee engagement have a presentation of the most low at 48.94%. It should be a concern for the company improve employee engagement as a problem-solving discussion, provides an opportunity to move forward, and so on. (2) The  compensation variable  (X2) consisting of 4 dimensions and 12 indicators, dimensions of the facility have a presentation that is equal to 51.33% lower. It should be a concern for the company improve employee facilities required such as parking areas, parks, sports facilities, so that employees feel comfortable in the company area. (3) The Job satisfaction variables (X3) which consists of 4 dimensions and 16 indicators, job security dimension has the lowest presentation that is equal to 52.38%. It is recommended that companies pay more attention to health and safety, and social security so employees do not feel anxious in doing the job.(4) The Turnover variable (Y) consisting of 4 dimensions and 13 indicators, dimensions of the work environment has a presentation of the work value that is equal to 53.19%.
