Abstract

    This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of learning media and interest in learning towards the learning outcomes at senior high school level. The method used was a survey with the correlational approach. This study used path analysis techniques (Path Analysis). The results showed that the magnitude of the quality of learning media (X1) which directly affected the outcome of learning was 0.4092 = 0.167 or 16.7%, the influence of learning interest (X2) which directly affected the outcome of learning was 0.3552 = 0.126 or 12.6%, and the influence of the quality of learning media (X1) on learning outcomes (Y) moderated by the interest in learning (X2) was 0.154 or 15.4%. The influence of media quality and interest in learning altogether towards student learning outcomes can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R2), at 0.421, showing that the variation in student learning outcomes can be explained by the quality of learning media and learning interest, at 42.1%, while the other 57.9% was determined by other factors which were not examined. Simultaneously, the strength of the relation between the variable of learning media quality, learning interest and learning outcomes was strong, amounting for 0.649.

Abstract

Penelitian    ini    bertujuan    untuk    mengetahui    apakah    terdapat    pengaruh antara  pengetahuan  anggota  tentang  koperasi  dan  kualitas  pelayanan  terhadap partisipasi  anggota  pada  koperasi  serba  usaha  (KSU) Warga  Sejahtera,  kelurahan Cipinang,  Jakarta  Timur.     Penelitian  ini  dilakukan selama  dua  bulan  terhitung  sejak bulan  Mei  2010  sampai  Juni  2011.  Populasi  penelitian  ini  adalah  seluruh  anggota koperasi  serba  usaha  (KSU)  Warga  Sejahtera  Jakarta Timur  sebanyak  355  orang anggota.      Sampel  yang  digunakan adalah  84  orang  anggota  dengan  menggunakan teknik  acak  sistematik  (systematic  random  sampling technique).  Metode  penelitian yang  digunakan  adalah  metode  survey  dengan  pendekatan  korelasional,  sedangkan data  yang  diperoleh  untuk  variabel  X1,X2  dan  Y  berasal  dari  data  primer  dengan instrumen  tes  untuk  variabel  X1  dan  instrumen  berupa  kuisioner  dengan  skala  likert untuk  variabel  X2  dan  Y  yang  telah  di  uji  validitas dan  reliabilitasnya.      Pengolahan data   menggunakan   program   SPSS   17.0.   Secara   parsial,   besarnya   pengaruh pengetahuan  anggota  tentang  koperasi  dengan  partisipasi  anggota  adalah  0,803. Artinya  pengaruh  antara  pengetahuan  anggota  tentang  koperasi dengan  partisipasi anggota adalah kuat dan nilainya positif. Nilai   positif   artinya   jika   pengetahuan   anggota      tentang      koperasi  meningkat,  maka  partisipasi  anggota  akan  meningkat, begitupun  sebaliknya.  Sedangkan  besarnya  pengaruh  kualitas  pelayanan  dengan partisipasi   anggota   adalah   sebesar   0,271. Artinya pengaruh   antara   kualitas pelayanan  dengan  partisipasi  anggota  adalah  lemah  dan  nilainya  positif. Nilai positif  artinya  jika  kualitas      pelayanan      meningkat      maka      partisipasi      anggota   akan meningkat,  begitupun  sebaliknya. Dari  Uji  F  pengaruh  engetahuan  anggota tentang  koperasi  dan  kualitas  pelayanan  terhadap  partisipasi  anggota  diperoleh  F hitung  sebesar  137,423  sedangkan  nilai  F  kritis  atau  F  tabel  adalah  sebesar  3,11, maka  F  hitung  >  F  tabel,  artinya  terdapat  pengaruh pengetahuan  anggota  tentang koperasi dan kualitas pelayanan  terhadap  partisipasi  anggota  secara  bersama-sama.   Nilai  R²  yang  didapat  adalah  sebesar  0,772.    Artinya  variabel  pengetahuan  anggota tentang  koperasi  dan  kualitas  pelayanan  dapat  menerangkan  variabilitas  sebesar 77,2% dari variabel partisipasi anggota, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang  tidak  diteliti.   Adapun  persamaan  regresi  berganda  yang  didapat  adalah Ŷ= 28,725  +1,742 + 0,209.  Dari  analisis  diatas  dapat  dikatakan  bahwa  secara simultan  terdapat  pengaruh  yang  signifikan  antara  pengetahuan  anggota  tentang koperasi  dan kualitas  pelayanan  terhadap  partisipasi  anggota  pada  KSU  warga Sejahtera, Kelurahan Cipinang, Jakarta Timur.

Abstract

The purposes of the research are: 1) to get some information related with work environment, compensation, organizational commitment and employee’s job satisfaction at Hospital “X”, 2) to test the influence of work environment towards employee Job satisfaction, 3) to test the influence of compensation policy towards employee Job satisfaction, 4) to test the influence of organizational commitment towards employee Job satisfaction, 5) to test the influence of work environment, compensation and organizational commitment towards employee Job satisfaction. The analysis implemented in this research was descriptive and explanatory analysis. The samples in this research are 120 grade III employees in Hospital “X”. The result showed that the work environment, compensation policy and organizational commitment have a positive and significant impact toward Job satisfaction. Abstract

The  purpose  of  this  study  is : 1) To  know  the description of job satisfaction and the leadership style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Study at PT Ide Jaya Kreasindo) 2) To know  the  effect  of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior 3) To know  the  effect  of the leadership style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior 4) To  know  the  effect  of job satisfaction and the leadership style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior simultaneously. Research methods using simple random sampling. Sampling technique using simple random sampling technique and of questionnaires of 77 observations from PT Ide Jaya Kreasindo’s employees using SPSS 16.0.The empirical result shows that job satisfaction and the leadership style has positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) To find a description of the organizational culture, leadership style, and performance of employees at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. 2) To test empirically the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. 3) To test empirically the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. 4) To test empirically the influence of organizational culture and leadership style simultaneously on the performance of employees at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. The analysis of this study is descriptive and explanatory analysis. Research conducted on 63 employees of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk., while the data collection techniques is used an observation, interview, and questionnaire, which are processed using by SPSS 16.0. The result of the hypothesis shows that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on performance as well as a positive and significant influence of leadership style on performance. Organizational culture and leadership style also have an influence simultaneously positive and significant effect on performance.   Keywords: organizational culture, leadership style, performance, PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1 ) To know description and how picture level job stress, compensation and job satisfaction atPT Tri Megah Makmur. 2) To know the influence of job stress tojob satisfaction atPT Tri Megah Makmur. 3) To know the influence of compensation to job satisfaction atPT Tri Megah Makmur. 4) To know empirically the influence of job stress and compensation tojob satisfaction atPT Tri Megah Makmur. 5) To know how far the contribution of job stress and compensation tojob satisfaction atPT Tri Megah Makmur. This research is using descriptive and explanatory survey analysis. This research is taken to 70 sales employees atPT Tri Megah Makmur, While the data collection technique was carried out by spreading kuisioner, which are then processed using SPSS versi 21.00.The analysis shows that: 1) level of compensation and job satisfaction are on a lower level, while the job stress are high. 2)Job stress have negative effects and significantly on job satisfaction. 3) compensation havepositive effect and significantly on job satisfaction. 4) job stress and compensation significantly influence on job satisfaction.   Keyword: Job Stress, Compensation, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

In this study, the goal is to test empirically the effect of recruitment, selection and motivation of the employee performance at Datacomm Diangraha Company. The samples used were employees of Datacomm Diangraha especially the engineers with the total number of respondents was 126. The analysis used a linear regression, this research examines four variables: Recruitment (X1), Selection (X2) and Motivation (X3) as independent variables, and Performance employees (Y) as the dependent variable. Partial test shows that the recruitment effect of 0175 (positive and significant) on the performance. While the selection is also influenced significantly by 0347 on employee performance. And further motivation for 0295 was a significant influence on employee performance.Measurement model analysis in this study showed that all variables have met the criteria of validity and reliability, while at the structural model analysis shows that testing of hypotheses H1, H2, and H3 supports the hypothesis proposed. The resulting model of the independent variables and the effect on the dependent variable is Y = 16,408 + 0175 0347 X1 + X2 + X3 0295. The study concluded that the recruitment, selection and motivation affect the performance of employees with the results affect the performance of 95%, while 5% is determined by other variables.   Keyword : recruitment, selection, motivation, linear regression

Abstract

Business competition is getting tougher making the marketing mix used as a tool for tactical marketing tools that can be controlled to produce the desired response in the target market. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of marketing mix-7Ps on consumer satisfaction for the elderly in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. The research method uses a survey with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Samples were taken using simple random sampling technique produced 70 respondents. Data is processed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that: (1) empirically proven products, prices, distributions, promotions, and processes have a significant influence on customer satisfaction; meaning that the better the product, price, distribution, promotion and process, the more customer satisfaction increases. (2) Empirically proven physical facilities and people do not affect consumer satisfaction; meaning that physical facilities and people do not significantly result in customer satisfaction. Thus the findings of this study prove that physical facilities and people are not the main ones in consuming a product, but the most important thing is the quality of the product itself which can be used according to its function.
