Abstract

AbstractReligious education has become a public attention nowadays, especially after multidimentional crisis era which was characterized by moral and religious-ethics crisis. This chritical perception, indeed, can actually be regarded as the appreciation and confession to religious education as an urgent factor on context of actualizing students with high personality traits-based on God faith and good moral that actualized on daily attitudes. Unfortunately, that appreciation have not been equalized with the program to improve the religious education quality including the functioning of the vital components of the teaching-learning programs, examples the position of Pokjawas and supervisiory agents.This research tries to unpack the fact about the effectivity of Pkjawas on enhancing their ethos. Is it true that low quality of religious education is influenced by the ethos of Pokjawas that ineffective?

Abstract

AbstractThe validation of Education Unit Level Curriculum/ Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) is one of some realization of autonomy implementation. The implementation of KTSP including the KTSP of Islamic religion education tends to be minimally implemented. Some of its indicators are, in fact, a great deal of the teachers of Islamic religion/ Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (GPAI) have not been applied, developed, or implemented such curriculum in the because of some factor dealing with their level of preparation of GPAI SMP in implementing of KTSP PAI and also supporting and obstacle factors in the implementation in schools.

Abstract

AbstractSince the enactment of Permendiknas (Regulation of Minister of National Education) No. 22 regarding the contents standard (SI), in its implementation it still faces various problems and obstructions, esspecially in PAI learning. Among the indicators is, the teachers of Islamic religious education (GPAI) find a difficulty in understanding both the SI document and its implementation. In general, teachers also face difficulty in developing the syllabus, especially in formulating the indicators. The study on SI implementation at SMP (Junior High School) is to answer the question on how is GPAI capability in planning the learning implementing the learning, doing the assessment on PAI learning as well as the obstructing factor in PAI learning. Among the finding of such study shows that GPAI capability in planning and implementing the learning is ini fair category. This is affected by the limitation of GPAI understanding on SI document, in syllabus development as well as RPP composing. The assessment procedure on PAI learning in general refers to the Permendiknas no. 22 of 2006, but generally GPAI faces difficulty ini doing the assessment on good behaviour since there is no assessment format yet.

Improving the quality of human resources in educational institute becomes one of the priority of government program. the effort is intended for increasing the accessability of society toward qualified educational institution. the article will unpack the establishment of Islamic educational teacher’s trying in a number of religious education and training center. some findings of this research, can functionally be applied for improving the quality of training management in such education and training institutions.
