Abstract

The prospect of Reogs handicrafts is more exciting because Reogs art is now one of the mainstays of Ponorogo tourism in national and even international scale. This study aims: Knowing the business conditions of craftsmen Reog Ponorogo, and Know the problems faced by the craftsmen Reog Ponorogo. Respondents of this study are Reog Craftsmen in Ponorogo. This research uses Quantitative Descriptive research method. The sample in this study population because the population is less than 100 ie 31 craftsmen. The data were collected by questionnaire. Data analysis in the field using descriptive and quantitative descriptive explorative format. The result of the research is known that the business of reog craft is mostly done downhill. Craftsmen have pioneered the business since about 10-20 years ago. Making a reog craft does not require higher education proved the largest number of artisans have a minimum of elementary education. The total workforce of each craftsman <20 workers. The highest level of labor education is SMP.Productions made monthly can reach the sales target because most of the production is based on orders from retailers. The market share of craft reog to foreign countries such as Malaysia, Korea, America, and others. The main problem of craftsmen is the difficulty in obtaining raw materials such as peacock, tiger skin, cow leather, cow tail, horse tail and high price of raw materials, capital problem.Keyword :     Reog Craftsmen, Business Management, UKM Problems

Abstract

Research on the perception of Ponorogo Muslim society  in choosing Islamic banking services aims to know their perception toward Islamic bank and to determine the financial transaction done by them. This research was conducted in Ponorogo using quantitative descriptive research method. The population is lecturers of STAIN and FAI UNMUH Ponorogo. The sample of the research is 75 respondents. Primary data were collected using questionnaire. Analysis of the data in the field done by using descriptive quantitative format.Perception of both lecturers of STAIN Ponorogo and Islamic Faculty of UNMUH Ponorogo toward Islamic bank is good. It can be seen from the behavior of the consumers / respondents which was influenced by the factor of education in which it is majority dominated bypostgraduate level, culture factor through Islamic culture in work environment both in STAIN and UNMUH Ponorogo, as well as the stimulus of knowing Islamic products that generate the perception as a feedback of the stimulus. Financial transactions carried out by most of the respondents, or 63% of respondents use the services of conventional banks and Sharia banks, while those who use only pure Islamic financial services are just 11 respondents from the whole number of respondents. This has become a new phenomenon found in this study and the respondents use the services of conventional and Sharia banks are based on the rules of the institution where they work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Kemiri Kecamatan Jenangan Kabupaten Ponorogo, menggunakan Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya-upaya yang dilakukan Tim Penggerak PKK dalam mengantisipasi pekerja anak yaitu : 1) Meningkatkan ketahanan pangan anggota PKK; 2) Melakukan kerjasama dengan guru TK dan SD ; 3) Memberikan pelatihan ketrampilan usahaanggota TP PKK. Kendalanya yaitu ; Rendahnya tingkat pendidikan anggota PKK sehingga sulit diajak mengikuti kegiatan dan pelatihan ketrampilan ; Adanya pekerja anak pada saat liburan sekolah di Dusun Bandil.Pelatihan ketrampilan yang pernah diikuti yaitu;Tehnologi Tepat Guna ; pembuatan dan penggunaan mesin tempe, Pelatihan Sablon, Pelatihan Komputer.

Abstract

Marketing employees as the heart of the company have a duty to achieve good performance, work targets must be fulfilled in an effort to contribute to the company's performance. Gender differences in the domestic role of families with work and emotional differences in gender can provide benefits in the recruitment process and the job description of marketing employees. This study aims to determine differences between female employees and male employees in the role of work conflict and to know the differences between female employees and male employees in emotional work and performance as marketing employees of pharmaceutical companies. The sample of all marketing staffs of Takeda Indonesia Pharmaceutical Company in Central Java is 16 people. Primary data collection was done by a questionnaire. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The analysis of data uses an ANOVA analysis. The analysis of variance (ANOVA) is used because there are two independent variables with combinations scales, namely interval and nominal (gender), while the dependent variable is interval scale. The results of this research showed that the roles of conflict and performance have no differences between male employees and female employees. For emotional intelligence, there are differences between male employees and female employees. The significant differences mean that there are a real differences between male employees and female employees in their emotional intelligence. Self-control and self-motivation as a form of emotional intelligence showed differences between male marketing employees and female marketing employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi melalui media sosial , word of mouth, dan daya tarik wisata terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan obyek wisata Gunung Beruk Karangpatihan balong. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wisatawan yang berkunjung pada bulan April 2018. Ukuran sampel yaitu sebanyak 100 responden, teknik penarikan sampel adalah dengan simple random sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisoner, wawancara, dan observasi.Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisa adalah teknik analisa regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi melalui media sosial (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, word of mouth (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, dan daya tarik wisata (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung.

Abstract

Penelitianaini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh daya  tarik wisata, kualitas pelayanan kepuasan pengunjung terhadap minat berkunjung ulang pengunjung di Mojosemi Forest Park Kabupaten Magetan dengan kepuasan pengunjung sebagai variabel intervening Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS untuk menguji hipotesis. Populasi popenelitiaN adalah pengunjung.,mMojosemi Forest Park di Magetan yang pernah berkunjung. Sampel sebanyak 94 responden. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan wawancara kuisioner dan observasi. Metode analisis data dari  penelitian ini menggunakan analisis ..path, dan uji t. Hasil analisis path penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pengaruh langsung lebih besar. Menyatakan bahwa daya tarik memediasi antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik berpengaruh positif antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung yang berkunjung ke Mojosemi Forest Park di Magetan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, promosi dan merekterhadap keputusan pembelian hp SAMSUNG di Artomoro Celluler. Objek dalam penelitian iniadalah seluruh konsumen yang membeli suatu produk pada Artomoro Celluler. Jumlah sampelyang diambil adalah 100 responden. Data dan hasil jawaban responden tersebut diolah denganSPSS.20. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pertimbangan kualitas produk, promosi, dan merekberpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci: Kualitas produk, Promosi, Merek
