Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research was to analyze the effect of competency, leadership, and innovations management on structural office holder of echelon IVB performance.This research was conducted at the One Stop Service Agency of Province of DKI Jakarta, using the method of path analysis in hypothesis testing. The sample in this research is of 75 people with simple random sampling. The results of this study are: (1) Competency positive direct effect on structural office holder echelon IVB performance. (2) Leadership positive direct effect on structural office holder echelon IVB performance. (3) Management of Innovation positive direct effect on structural office holder echelon IVB performance. (4) Competency positive direct effect on Management of Innovation, and (5) Leadership positive direct effect on Management of Innovation.The results of this research has implications for the effect of competency, leadership, and innovations management which can support on the structural office holder of echelon IVB performance One Stop Service Agency of Province of Jakarta Special Capital Region. Abstract

This research aimed at investigating the influence of organizational climate, transformational leadership, and work motivation on teacher job performance at Pondok Modern Tazakka, Batang - Central Java.The research using quantitative approach with survey method. Amount of the samples in this research are 55 teachers that selected randomly. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and inferential statistic using path analysis. (1) organizational climate have positive direct effect on teacher performance with path coefficient (py1) = 0,257 and t-count 2,963> t-table 1,684; (2) transformational leadership have positive direct effect on teacher performance with path coefficient (py2) = 0,489 and t-count 5,164> t-table 1,684, (3) work motivation have positive direct effect to teacher performance with path coefficient (py3) = 0,261 and t count 2,42> t-table 1,684, (4) organizational climate have positive direct effect (p31) = 0.391 and t-count 3.990> t-table 1.684, and (5) transformational leadership have a direct positive effect on work motivation with path coefficient (p32) = 0.526 and t-count 5,376> t- table 1,684. The Conclusion is organizational climate, transformational leadership, and work motivation have a direct effect on teacher job performance. Organizational climate and transformational leadership also have a direct effect on teacher work motivation. Therefore to improve teacher job performance, organizational climate, transformational leadership, and work motivation must be considered to be improved.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe stocktaking of best practices in educational management at school level. The research is conducted at Goverment Junior High School I (SMP Negeri) in Southern Tambun in the school year of 2004/2005. The most important finding in the government junior high school is that the school is able to empower the role of parents and society optimally particularly in providing fund to gain the best achievement. The success of education provision by empowering the role of parent and society optimally can be predicted if there is no wrong decision taken by the leaders. The decision is effective if all human factors as supervisors of all activities get strategic positions. To appoint human resources in the strategic position will produce strategic programs which will give a larger opportunity for success. The research finding can have implication on the efforts in sustaining the trust of parents and society around the school, so that the schools can have better quality at national level.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate education programs head of Indonesia Republic Bank (BRI) Unit head in Pekanbari Regional Office at BRI Corporate University Padang. The study conducted for six months (October 2015 up to March 2016) using CIPP evaluation model. The results showed that educational programs of head of BRI Unitis already well underway in accordance with the educational programs that have been compiled. Nevertheless, it is necessary to evaluate on the improvement of the competence of the Head of BRI in the workplace after attending the educational process and the impact of education programs to the banking business. Recommendations are given for the improvement of the education programs is to revise the Instructional Systems Design so that the effectiveness of the educational program after participants return to their bases can be evaluated. Abstract

This research aims to find the strentghs of iman and taqwa program management and the implementation of obedience values towards students’ behavior alteration. This research used qualitative approach with the method of case study. Research design and information were obtained through observation, interview, and analyzing documents. The data was analyzed by comparing the field data and the supporting theories through technique and source triangulation. Research result indicated that the iman and taqwa program management was in accordance with management principles, starting from the planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating. The implementation of iman and taqwa program conducted by the OSIS board and there has been the habituation and internalization of obedience values in students’ daily behavior. Recommendations: first, to the principal, the weaknesses and strengths of the program should be made as the inspection in the program’s management. The weaknesses of the program were in the archiving process, findings of the program were not made as the discussion material for the official planning program. The strength in this program’s management is invoking all school elements, especially OSIS board is so good. Second, to the local government, the findings of this program should be made as the basis in arranging policy, such as facilitate a management training for the principal and the program’s supervisor and the recruitment of prospectrive principal has to have managerial capability.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of transformational leadership and trust toward organizational commitment teachers at state high school in the city of depok. The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 256 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 156 teacher using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the result of data analysis in the research it is conclude: First, transformational leadership have positive direct to organizational commitment. Second, trust  have positive direct to organizational commitment, and third, transformational leadership have positive direct to trust. Organizational commitment can be improve through improvement of transformational leadership and trust.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to obtain real information of the relationship between Organizational justice and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), the relationship between the Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the relationship between the combined organizational justice and the perceived organizational support (POS) on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) The method used in this research is a survey with correlational techniques using instrument in data collection. The study was conducted at state senior high schools in East Jakarta, 2017. The total of population was 2156, with 96 samples selected by performing Slovin’s formula. The results showed that the organizational justice has positive relationship with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Also, the perceived organizational support is positively related with organizational citizenship behavior. At last, the combined organizational justice and the perceived organizational support have positive relationship with the organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the work ethics of teachers in Muhammadiyah schools that were not good yet, where loyality and compliance to organization is still low and there is less concern with the morality of the job. The aim of this research is to study the influence of leadership behavior, organizational culture, and work motivation toward the work ethics of Muhammadiyah teachers in Pekanbaru of Riau Province. This research has used a survey method with the causal technique. Meanwhile, to analyze the influence between variables the path analysis is used. The path analysis requires of a significant linear regression relationship between two variables. Meanwhile, to calculate the coefficient of each path, a positive correlation coefficient of two variables is required. The population in this research is Muhammadiyah teachers in Pekanbaru of Riau Province of totally 172 teachers and the sampling is 120 teachers. The results of this study indicate that there is; (1) a direct positive influence of leadership behavior toward teachers' work ethic, (2) a direct positive influence  of organizational culture toward teachers' work ethics, (3) a direct positive influence of work motivation toward teachers' work ethics, (4) a direct positive influence of organizational culture toward work motivation, (5) a direct positive influence of leadership behavior toward work motivation. Thus, the improvement of work ethics of teachers can be achieved well if there is a strong influence of leadership behavior, organizational culture and well organized work motivation. Abstract

The purpose of this study was determine the effect transformational leadership, personality and job performance administration employeeUniversity of Indonesian Teachers Union of Palembang (PGRI). This research try answer problems about job performance involving of 144 administration employee had been selected from the target population of 223 employee by using quantitative approach with path analysis methods.  The reseach of conclude show (1) transformational leadership had a direct effect positif on job performance; (2) Personality  had a direct effect positif.
