Abstract

The purpose of this research was to improve the independent learning and learning achievement in mathematic of student of class VII A SMP N 2 Sedayu using cooperatif learning type student teams achievement division (STAD). The subjects of this research was student of class VII A SMP N 2 Sedayu totaling 32 student. The object of this research was learning independent learning and mathematic learning achievement. The result showed that after application of using cooperatif learning type student teams achievement divisions (STAD) in class VII A SMP N 2 Sedayu, learning independent learning and mathematic learning achievement of student has increased. This was indicated by an increase in the result percentage average learning independent learning score of 64,12% in the pre-action, whereas at the first cycle improves with average percentage 70,58%. In the second cycle improve to 84,68%. Mathematic learning achievement of student also increased. At the beginning of the test the ability of students who meet the KKM is 50 %. In the first cycle, the persentage increased to 62,86%. In the second cycle the percentage increased to 71,88%.

Abstract

The purpose of the study to describe the process of cooperative learning Group Investigation ( GI ) in order to increase motivation and learning mathematics class VII C SMP N 1 Nglipar Gunungkidul . This research was Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted a minimum of two cycles. The subjects of this study were students of class VII C SMP N 1 Nglipar Gunungkidul totaling 32 students. The object of this study was motivation and learning outcomes of mathematics. The results showed that motivation and learning outcomes of mathematics has increased. Average percentage yield motivation questionnaire on pre cycle of 67.27 %, in the first cycle increased by 11.36 % to 78.64 %. In the second cycle increased by 6.57 % to 85.21 %. Initial ability to use the average value of the first half of the middle repeat is 59.84 with KKM attainment percentage of 13%. In the first cycle, the average increased 7.03 percentage points to 63.87 with KKM achievement by 53 %. In the second cycle an average increase of 6.22 percentage points to 73.09 with 63 % KKM achievement. Based on the results of the implementation of cooperative learning Group Investigation ( GI ) model can increased learning outcomes of matematics and motivation

Abstract

Cooperative script method is one  method to improve student’s interest in learning and students achievement. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subject of the research is eight  grade students of Junior high school Binangun Cilacap. It is conducted in two cycles, each cycles consists of planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The data revealed from observation, questionnaire, test and documentation. The result of the research was there are increasing student interest and students achievement. This forum can be teachers reflection to be much better in mathematic teaching and learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to improve the learning motivation and learning achievement in mathematic of student of class VIIC SMP N 22 Purworejo using learning type Small Group Work. The subjects of this research were student of class VIIC SMP N 22 Purworejo totaling 31 students. The object of this research was learning motivation and mathematic learning achievement. The result showed that after application of using learning type Small Group Work in class VIIC SMP N 22 Purworejo, learning motivation and mathematic learning achievement of student has increased. This was indicated by an increase in the result percentage average learning motivation score of 39,78% in the pre-action, whereas at the first cycle improves with average percentage 55,61%. In the second cycle improve to 78,01%. Mathematic learning achievement of student also increased. At the beginning of the test the ability is 64,32. In the first cycle, the average result improves to 76,26. In the second cycle the average result improves to 85,30.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the process of learning by methods Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) , increase interest and learning mathematics class VII C SMP Negeri 2 Kalibawang Kulon Progo. Hypothesis action in this study is through the implementation of cooperative learning approach can enhance CTL interest and learning outcomes. This research a Classroom Action Research (CAR) or Classroom Action research (CAR) conducted collaborative. The research suggests that increased student interest in each cycle by using learning methods Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) compared to interest student learning before this research. Before this action student interest is the percentage of 32 % is included in the less qualified, student interest after the first cycle was 57 % qualify as moderate, while the students interest after the second cycle was 79 % including higher qualifications. prior research These students passively listening to the teacher but after more research students actively ask questions and discuss the students scores increased, the first score of 55.80 , an increase in the first cycle was 68.54 and increase the second cycle was 72.0. From the above results it shows that the model of learning Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) may increase interest and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the process of learning Cooperative type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) in order to increase interest and learning mathematics achievement in grade IV Elementary School 1 Temuwangi Pedan Klaten. This study uses a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Data obtained from the results of observations, questionnaires and tests. The results showed that the application of cooperative learning model type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) may increase the interest and learning achievement at the fourth grade students of State Elementary School 1 Temuwangi Pedan Klaten. This is evidenced by the average percentage of student interest in the pre-action based observation data obtained by 24,38% increased to 65% in the first cycle and increased again to 83,75% in the second cycle. Also based on a questionnaire obtained an interest in the first cycle an average of 84,17%. Then on the second cycle increased to 88,33%. Student achievement also increased with an average value of 54,5 pratindakan increased to 69,69 in the first cycle and then increased to 74,438 in the second cycle. In conclusion Cooperative models of type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) may increase the interest and learning achievement at the fourth grade students of State Elementary School 1 Temuwangi Pedan Klaten.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) to determine how the approach TGT cooperative learning model  in  order  to  improve  students  motivation  to  learn  mathematics  X  class  at  SMK Candirejo Borobudur (2) to determine how the approach TGT cooperative learning model in order to improve student achievement in math class X Candirejo SMK Borobudur. Results showed an increase in motivation and student achievement in the learning process.  Increase  in  the  percentage  of  students  motivation  in  pre-cycle  is  42%  with qualifications are, in the  first cycle increased to 65.8% with higher qualifications and the second cycle increased to 73.6% with a higher classification. Percentage of students who meet the KKM also increased in pre-cycle 60% fixed with 60% in the first cycle, and the second cycle increased to 80%. The results could be a mathematics teacher input to increase motivation and mathematics achievement through cooperative Teams Games Tournament (TGT).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the ability to think creatively and mathematics achievement of tenth grade students of Engineering Computer Networking SMK Negeri 3 Yogyakarta with models of learning in group problem posing. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. The subjects were students of tenth grade Engineering Computer Networking, amounting to 36 students. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, testing, interviews and documentation. Results of this study after using problem posing learning model showed an increase in the ability to think creatively and math achievement of students. (1) The mean score of students creative thinking abilities increase of 61.46% on the pretest to 80.55% in the first cycle test and increased again to 87.5% in the second cycle. Criteria for each aspect of the ability to think creatively in the second cycle varies. Aspects smooth on very high criteria. Aspects of high flexibility in the criteria. Aspects of the criteria are originality. Aspects of detail on very high criteria. (2) There is an increase in the percentage of student mastery of 75% of all students achieving ≥ 75 KKM. It is evident from the increase in 44.44% (16 students completed) on the pretest increased to 58.33% (21 students completed) in the first cycle test and increased to 77.78% (28 students completed) I. Model of learning in group problem posing able to be an alternative learning models improve the ability to think creatively and mathematics achievement.

Abstract

The research purposes to increases and mathematics achievement with Multiple Intelligence method in class VIII A SMP Negeri 2 Sanden. The research subjects were students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 2 Sanden and object of this research were interests and mathematics achievement. The results showed that interest and mathematics achievement increase. The results can be seen from questionnaire data pre-term by 70.50% with moderate category, increased to75.13% with the high category in first term. Then increased again to 85.58% in second term with the very high category. The results of mathematics achievement obtained from test, with percentage completeness obtained pre-term 64.52% with an average of 73.87. In first term increased to 80.65% with an average of 79.19 and in second term increased to 100%) with average value of 90.97.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the liveliness and achievement in class VIII D SMP N 1 Pleret using Think Pair Share (TPS). This research is class action research. The Subjects in this research is students of class VIII D SMP N 1 Pleret which consisted of 30 students. The technique of data is conducted with the test, observation, and documentation. The results showed that average the liveliness and achievement has increased. The liveliness on pre-term 37,08% increase to 60,82% in first term and increased again to 81,87% in second term and the acviement from 72,70 increased to 76,08 in first term and increased again to 80,93 in second term. The percentage of the KKM also increased from 46,67% to 63,33% in first term and increased again to 80% in second term. So researcher hoped teachers can apply TPS.
