Abstract

Susu merupakan asupan gizi yang dibutuhkan balita untuk tumbuh kembang karena termasuk dalam makanan empat sehat lima sempurna. Berbagai produk susu olahan telah beredar dimasyarakat, salah satunya adalah susu UHT (Ultra High Temperature). Banyaknya jenis pilihan merek susu balita yang ada di pasaran saat ini dengan keunggulan dan karakteristik masing-masing produk yang ditawarkan, membuat konsumen sering bingung dalam memilih produk mana yang cocok dan baik untuk dikonsumsi. Susu UHT yang ada dipasaran dengan berbagai macam merk, variasi rasa, harga,kualitas susu, kualitas kemasan. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sering juga dikenal dengan istilah metode penjumlahan terbobot, konsep dasar metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) adalah mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif pada semua atribut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menawarkan solusi untuk memilih susu UHT (Ultra High Temperature) untuk balita dengan berbagai karakterisktik menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sehingga didapat rekomendasi merk susu yang sesuai dengan kriteria utama yang dibutuhkan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of communicationon the performance of human resourcesthrough discipline and job satisfaction in the department of agriculture and animal husbandry inSoutheast Sulawesi by using asample of 98employees. Technical analysis is the PLS (PartialLeast Square). The results of this study showed a significant positive effect of communicationonjob satisfaction, work discipline, and performance of human resources, as well as a significantpositive effect of job satisfaction on work discipline. While job satisfaction and work discipline haveno significant effects on the performance of human resources. The implication of this study is toimprove job satisfaction, work discipline and the need to pay attention to employee performance andestablish communication to create an atmosphere conducive to work.Keywords: communication, job satisfaction, work discipline, and human resource performance

CV .Kurnia Wijaya Nur still have a problem which could deny progress business some record the data of still manual so as to hinder speed in recording and reporting , For finding data took longer, often error occurred in preparing the report , storage evidence transactions are often missing so to prepare reports become longer and inaccurate because to be done manually. From problems that have been analyzed so the creation of a system accounting computer-based with the methods SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) used to address problem .Use accounting system based computer can speed up the process record financial transactions and store data is safer financial report be more accurate.Keyword: Accounting System , System Development

Abstract

- Determination of outstanding teachers at Pondok Duta Islamic Middle School has been applied every year. This process is very important to improve the quality of human resources in the progress of Pondok Duta Islamic Middle School. In its implementation, the determination of teachers with pretensions is still considered subjective, because it is only based on personal opinions and is not based on certain criteria. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is often known as the weighted sum method. The basic concept of the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is to find a weighted sum of performance ratings on each alternative on all attributes. While the Technique for Order Performance of Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method uses the principle that the chosen alternative must have the longest (farthest) distance from the negative ideal solution from a geometric point of view using the relative proximity of an alternative. The two methods, namely the Technique for Order Performance of Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method can help in the process of determining the teacher to be prescribed who recommend results based on the main criteria that have been determined.

Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaannya, SMP Islam Pondok Duta telah menerapkan pemilihan guru berprestasi setiap tahunnya. Pemilihan guru berprestasi ini sangat penting untuk memberikan reward atau penghargaan kepada guru tetap, sehingga dapat menjadi pengaruh yang positif dalam meningkatkan kualitas dari masing-masing guru. Proses pemilihan guru berprestasi di SMP Islam Pondok Duta saat ini dilakukan dengan cara voting, voting dilakukan oleh para guru dan hasil voting terbanyak akan menentukan siapa yang berhak menjadi guru berprestasi. Namun cara tersebut dinilai subyektif, karena hanya berdasarkan pendapat pribadi dari masing-masing guru dan tidak didasari dengan kriteria-kriteria tertentu, sehingga sering terjadinya kecemburuan sosial diantara guru. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW)sering juga dikenal dengan istilah metode penjumlahan terbobot, konsep dasar metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW)adalah mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif pada semua atribut. Abstract

The development of the world of government today must be balanced with the development of technology today, where administrative processes in the government must be able to collaborate with information technology. Where the process of arranging the letter should not only be done in the village office but can be done anywhere. In arranging a cover letter at the Tomang Urban Village office, the community must take care of a conventional cover letter, namely by visiting the Tomang Urban Village office by carrying a file and queuing with other visitors. If the community does not bring enough documents, the community must return home to complete the document shortcomings. For this reason, the author makes a web-based cover letter information system in Tomang Village. Through the method that has been used, namely waterfall. Because with waterfall the system development can be more structured. A web-based cover letter information system is expected to help the community in speeding up the submission process. The design of this information system is a solution to the problems that have been observed to solve the problems that exist in Tomang Village, especially in the cover letter.
