Abstract

The process of analyzing and classifying comment data done by reading and sorting one by one negative comments and classifying them one by one using Ms. Excel not effective if the data to be processed in large quantities. Therefore, this study aims to apply sentiment analysis on comment data using K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method. The comment data used is the comments of the participants of the training on Udiklat Jakarta filled by each participant who followed the training. Furthermore, the comment data is processed by pre-processing, weighting the word using Term Frequency-Invers Document Frequency, calculating the similarity level between the training data and test data with cosine similarity. The process of applying sentiment analysis is done to determine whether the comment is positive or negative. Furthermore, these comments will be classified into four categories, namely: instructors, materials, facilities and infrastructure. The results of this study resulted in a system that can classify comment data automatically with an accuracy of 94.23%

Abstract

Pada Sekolah Tinggi Teknik PLN (STT-PLN) penentuan dosen penguji tugas akhir atau skripsimerupakan tugas dari sekretaris jurusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan alternativeuntuk menentukan dosen penguji skripsi. Metode yang di terapkan untuk membangun system iniadalah text mining, TF-IDF dan Vector Space Model (VSM). Text mining untuk melakukanprocessing data, dimana data yang akan diproses adalah judul dan abstrak skripsi, sedangkanVSM untuk melakukan pengklasifikasian kompetensi, penelitian ini dapat merekomendasikantiga dosen untuk menjadi dosen penguji skripsi berdasarkan kecocokan antara judul danabstrak dengan klasifikasi Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan Model pengembanganperangkat lunak CRISP-DM. Adapun fase yang dimiliki oleh CRISP-DM adalah fasepemahaman bisnis, fase pemahanman data, fase pengolahan data, fase permodelan, faseevaluasi dan fase penyebaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini memiliki akurasi 93,22%.

Abstract

In this research, Cengkareng substation serves the burden which in every year is increasing. So in this study a system of estimating the load power at the substation was made as a result of forecasting for the following year using the Time Series Decomposition model method which was then analyzed from the existing transformer capacity. The Time Series Decomposition model method is a method of combining Trend, Seasonal and Cycle to predict the electrical load power of a substation. In this study, the development of the system uses the CRISP-DM method so that the work becomes more ordered and the testing is done with MAD, MSE and MAPE to verify the error value in the forecasting results. From this study, it produces an error value of MAD and MAPE of 9.11%. These results, prove that the Time Series Decomposition model method can be used to assist in estimating the Power Load in Cengkareng Substation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to make an electric pulses top-up model with a smart card as an alternative to fill in the digit number from the voucher into the prepaid electricity meter which is currently done manually. Using a smart card in a prepaid electricity meter can reduce the error rate when entering a token number. This application can also detect how much energy is used, store in the database, and can determine the category of pulses use in the kWh meter, as well as help users know the use of electricity that is classified as saving, normal, and wasteful. The system was designed with Vb.net and MySql programs. The results are an electric pulse top-up model based on a smart card for prepaid electricity meter, and an application that stores a history of the use of electrical energy used in determining the electricity usage category.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat model pengisian pulsa listrik dengan smart card (kartu pintar) sebagai alternatif pengisian nomor digit ke dalam meteran listrik prabayar yang saat ini dilakukan secara manual. Pemanfaatan smart card sebagai pengganti nomor token dalam meteran listrik prabayar dapat membantu mengurangi tingkat kesalahan pada saat memasukkan nomor token. Aplikasi ini juga dapat mendeteksi berapa besar energi yang terpakai, menyimpan dalam database, dan dapat menentukan kategori pemakaian pulsa pada kWh listrik, serta membantu pengguna mengetahui pemakaian listrik yang tergolong dalam hemat, normal dan boros. Sistem dirancang dengan program Vb.net dan MySql. Hasil yang didapatkan berupa model pengisian pulsa pada meteran listrik prabayar berbasis kartu pintar dan aplikasi untuk menyimpan riwayat pemakaian energi listrik yang digunakan dalam penentuan kategori pemakaian listrik.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi semakin memainkan peran yang penting dalam dunia digital saat ini. Hal ini ditandai dengan semakin banyaknya aplikasi yang dapat mempermudah dan mengefisienkan kerja kita, semakin mudah kita mengakses informasi yang kita butuhkan, semakin mudah kita mempublikasih semua kegiatan unit kita di Internet agar semua mayarakat bisa mengetahuinya.Sarana dan Prasarana umum yang ada dilingkungan kelurahan kita begitu banyak, banyak juga sarana dan prasarana umum itu yang tidak terawat. Sesuai dengan PERGUB no 169 tahun 2015 tentang penanganan sarana dan prasana umum, maka di bentuklah Petugas Pemelihara Sarana dan Prasarana Umum (PPSU).Tugas dari PPSU ini adalah mememlihara sarana dan prasarana umum yang ada di tingkat kelurahan dan berfungsi dan terpelihara dengan baik.Banyak kegiatan yang sudah di lakukan oleh PPSU ini, tapi banyak juga warga sekitar kelurahan yang tidak mengetahui adanya PPSU ini, maka untuk mempublikasikan dan memonitoring kegiatan PPSU ini dibuatlah aplikasi berbasis Website yang bisa digunakan untuk mempublikasikan kegiatan PPSU, warga juga bisa melaporkan bila ada sarana dan prasarana yang belum terawat

Abstract

Solar module performance monitoring is required to assess its performance under operational condition. This paper presents a new technique for real time monitoring i.e. current, voltage, and dust density. To be able to monitor those three aspects, the design of solar module performance monitoring model is equipped by current, voltage and dust density calibrated sensors, web integrated application by internet for data communication and database for data storage.  This Arduino Uno microcontroller based system design is connected to the computer through ESP8266 Wi-Fi module with UART communication and UDP method. The advantage of using this new monitoring technique is the result of every sensor can be processed automatically and monitored from a long distance with the use of internet. Information about voltage and electrical current from the solar power plant that has been accumulated in real time can be processed with Excel document from the database. This facility makes it easier to process the real time accumulated data for further use. Pemantauan terhadap performa panel surya sangat perlu dilakukan untuk menilai kinerja sebuah panel surya pada kondisi lingkungan yang nyata. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan suatu teknik baru pemantauan secara langsung dan real time untuk arus, tegangan, dan kualitas udara. Untuk memenuhi keperluan tersebut, sistem monitoring performa panel surya yang dirancang dilengkapi dengan sensor pengukur arus, tegangan dan kualitas udara yang telah dikalibrasi, sistem pengirim data dengan menggunakan internet yang diintegrasikan ke web aplikasi dan database sebagai penyimpan data. Perancangan sistem berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino Uno ini dihubungkan ke komputer melalui modul Wi-Fi ESP8266 dengan komunikasi UART dan metode pengiriman UDP. Hasil dari sistem monitoring ini adalah pengukuran dari setiap sensor dapat diproses secara langsung dan ditampilkan dalam bentuk grafik pada kondisi real time serta dapat memonitor performa tersebut secara jarak jauh atau melalui internet. Informasi mengenai tegangan dan arus dari panel surya yang dikumpulkan pada kondisi real time dapat diperoleh langsung melalui dokumen Excel yang datanya didapatkan dari database. Fasilitas ini memberikan kemudahan untuk pengolahan data selanjutnya.

Abstract

Learning or material on processing waste to produce electricity is needed because demand for electricity increases, while uncontrolled trash. Uncontrolled increase in litter causes uncontrolled pollution in the air anyway. Coupled with the fossil fuel emissions that are contributing to pollution and environmental pollution are greatest. Processing environmentally friendly fuels such as waste must be developed. Learning about the waste that exists today only still lacking and is still text-based or in book form. This leads to a lack of public interest to learn the material on waste management. The existence of this application, a solution to these problems. This application is designed in the form of exciting multimedia learning so as to increase public interest in the field of waste management. In addition in the form of multimedia, this application is also easy to operate, because the location and navigation menu uncomplicated. Waste processing in this application refers to the existing landfill gas systems in Power Plant Waste (PLTSa) Bantargebang.

Abstract

Safety is an important thing in driving. Security in driving is aimed at the way of driving the vehicle or the security on the vehicle itself. Vehicle assets, especially cars, that are quite expensive or luxurious assets Therefore, safety protections for such vehicles are necessary. Taxi is a valuable asset for the company. To maintain the asset, a good security system is needed. With a good security system, the asset will be protected and the investments invested will not be reduced. By using the prototype method, a tool will be made in accordance to the wishes of the user. The Encludean distance method is used to calculate the distance of the incident and the nearest police station. By using the progress of technology, the progress can be utilized to help the security of taxi owned by a company or personal (online). The purpose of this study is to create a tool that can secure the taxi and its driver of crimes that might occur. IoT (internet of things) can help to secure a taxi since it is able to locate the incident’s location precisely and accurately.
