Abstract

In this paper we discuss an existing denguedisease model with preventive control to minimize thecontact between host and vector. The model is furtherdeveloped involving the insecticide control to the vector.The aim is to obtain an optimal preventive strategies withminimal cost. We present the optimal control via thePontryagin Minimum Principle. The obtained optimalitysystem is derived by Hamiltonian function.

Abstract

Application trends that require developers to create apps that can make content up-to-date whenever accurately makes developers search for methods that can make that happen. With the RESTful web service technology, applications now can connect to the global network. With the notation format support from JSON, result from data will be faster to load in the application and allows developers to recognize the resulting objects. First, creating a database to store content that supports apps. Then create the controller that is used for each API call on each required content. After that the app on the android device is made with the support of several libraries, namely Volley for calling API and HTML-TextView to convert content data in HTML format into TextView format on android device. This research has resulted that REST can be applied in this Guidance Application

Abstract

In this paper we focus on solution of 2D Poisson equation numerically. 2D Poisson equation is a partial differential equation of second order elliptical type. This equation is a particular form or non-homogeneous form of the Laplace equation. The solution of 2D Poisson equation is performed numerically using Gauss Seidel method and Conjugate Gradient method. The result is the value using Gauss Seidel method and Conjugate Gradient method is same. But, consider the iteration process, the convergence of the value is reached faster using Conjugate Gradient method.

Abstract

The use of electric power must be wise and efficient. For that we need a way to control the use of electrical power to be automatic and easy. The author tries to make design of light controller in scheduling information system using Arduino Uno R3 web based. Design of light controller tool on web-based scheduling information system is using prototype method. Where the cycle of design and development is quite simple that is through 3 stages starting from Listen to Customer,Design and Building and for the next Test Drive and Evaluations.The result of design of light controller in scheduling information system using Arduino Uno R3 web based after tested by 15 testers product obtained product value 92.66 which means above the minimum value of the product set is 75. And usability test using questionnaire method to assess Aspects of Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Errors and Satisfactions (LEMES) where the lowest average value of all aspects is 4.58 which means above the minimum limit ie the middle value is based on the Likert scale 1 - 5.

Abstract

The problem of initial values and boundary values in dif erential equations is still a problem that is not simple in finding the solution. In this research we will introduce a new method to solve the problem of boundary conditions in ordinary dif erential equations using shooting method and Neural Networks Algorithm (Shooting Neural Networks). The results of this study indicate that the solution obtained by using the shooting method is better than the method of shooting neural networks when the guess point value on the shooting method approaches the exact value. Methods of shooting neural neural networks are best used for problems with unknown exact solutions.

Abstract

The calculation of pension funding programneeds an assumption which can be used to predict theamount of salary when somebody is retired. This iscommonly called salary function. A salary function wasinfluenced by some factors such as inflation and merit. Thisstudy discussed the declining of salary function model basedon exponential function. The salary function model wasbased on years of service (service-based model). This modelhad been estimated using Levenberg Marquardt method onMATLAB program. After that, the model had been used tocalculate the amount of salary on pension funding program.

Abstract

Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) adalah salah satu jenis penyakit menular yang ditularkan melalui virus dengue yang dibawa oleh nyamuk Aedes aegypti. Penyebaran penyakit DBD dapat dibentuk menjadi sebuah model epidemi dengan memperhatikan dua populasi yaitu populasi manusia dan populasi nyamuk. Model tersebut dapat dikembangkan dengan menambahkan sub populasi manusia yang terisolasi. Model yang diperoleh dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi penyebaran penyakit demam berdarah dengue pada kurun waktu tertentu. Rumus angka rasio reproduksi dasar (basic reproduction ratio number) yang disimbolkan dengan R0 digunakan untuk menunjukkan terjadinya epidemi dalam populasi. Rumus angka rasio reproduksi dasar yang diperoleh dipengaruhi oleh tingkat penyebaran DBD dan tingkat kesembuhan manusia. Epidemi terjadi apabila tingkat penyebaran DBD semakin besar dan tingkat kesembuhan manusia semakin kecil. Angka reproduksi kontrol (control reproduction number) yang disimbolkan dengan Rc digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh pada isolasi terhadap penyebaran DBD. Perilaku model penyebaran penyakit DBD, ditentukan berdasarkan kestabilan titik kesetimbangan bebas penyakit dan titik kesetimbangan endemik.
