Abstract

Depression of  students in University is a group of clinical disorders characterized by loss of feeling of control and subjective experience suffering severe symptoms that appear like sadness, hopelessness, feelings of worthlessness and guilt, withdrawal from others, eating disorders, sleep disorders, withdrawal, loss of concentration, the idea of jumping up and down, tense, loss of energy and the emergence of suicidal thoughts or ideas. signs of depression in general is the existence of sadness, anxiety, loss of response to excitement, reduced or loss of feeling in love with someone else, the loss of connection and an emotional attachment premises of others, the emergence of thoughts deviate towards self-evaluation itself bad, distorted body image as well as the negative expectations of the future, inability to make decisions, the incidence of death wishes or ideas themselves and the increased dependence on others. The signs are grouped in symptoms of emotional or affective, motivational symptoms, cognitive symptoms, as well as behavioral and vegetative symptoms. Several attempts were made in the treatment of depression among the. Abstract

Guidance and conseling is an integral part of education that has a position to help students develop a psychosocial aspect consisting of strenghthening the value of virtuous values to produce human resources of character. Characters can not be built only taught to remain internalized through a holistic approach. The government gives 18 values of character education that are described as follows: religious, honest, tolerance discipline hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, spirit of nasionality love of the homeland, appreciate achievement, friendly/communicative, love to read, care about the environment, social care, and having responsibility. The scope of character education include two aspects of human being that is the inward aspect and the exit aspect. Inward aspect or potential aspects include aspect of cognitive ( if thought), affective (though the heart), and psychomotor (sport) aspects. Exit  aspects are in the context of  sociocultural aspects in interation with other include interaction in the family, school and community. Each aspect has a space that contains the value of character educational value.

Abstract

Attitude is a component that consists of cognitive, affective and psychomotor. Formation and attitude change is determined by internal and external factors of the individual. One of the external factors that influence the attitudes of participants towards the training LBD is a transformational leadership style LBD team builder. Transformational leadership style is the way shown by superiors to subordinates within the framework of the provision of information through the encouragement and support. Support subordinates to think of new and better ways of working, caring, and emphasized the importance of values and beliefs in influencing subordinates. This paper aimed to explore the relationship between transformational leadership of LBD team (Local Business Development) with the attitude to training LBD and the LBD participants who are around the area of operation of PT. CPI, Bengkalis.
