Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of technique quality and process quality on customer satisfaction (a case study of dwelling time in Terminal Petikemas Semarang) The methods used to analyze data are validity test, reliability test, assumption classic test, multiple linear regression method, t-test (partial), f-test (simultaneous), and the coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R2) Based on this research, the result of statistical F-test has significant value < significant level (0,000 < 0,05). It means that technique quality and process quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction. From the result of coefficient of determination test, adjusted R2 has value of 0,607. It’s mean that the impact of independent variable (technique quality and process quality) toward dependent variable (customer satisfaction) is at 60.7%, while the remaining 39.3% is influenced by other variables that outside in this research.

Abstract

GDRP (Gross Domestic Regional Product) is the total value added generated by all bussines units of local region or the entire amount of the value of final goods and services at one period. GDRP can describe the economic growth of a local region. The high level of economic growth showed that the local area were progresife at the economic conditions.This research analyzed the impact of locally generated revenue, investment, and labor force to GDRP (Gross Domestic Regional Product) of Central Java. This research used secondary data which were taken from some government institutions in Central Java. This research used multiple regression analysis. The data were analysed with T-test for partial testing and F-test for simultaneously testing. The result showed that thelocally generated revenue, investment, and labor force simultaneously affected GDRP of Central Java with significant value of 0.00<0.05 and coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) of 0.702, which means that the locally generated revenue, investment, and labor force contribution amounting to 70.2% and 29.8% was explained by other variables. It was also found that the locally generated revenue had a positive and not significant impact to GDRP of Central Java with coefficient value of 0.744. Iinvestment and labor force variable had positive and significant impact to GDRP of Central Java with the coefficient value of 4.423 and 4.203 respectively.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of job stress, compensation and organizationalculture on employee turnover intention at PT Sari Warna Asli II Boyolali. This studyuses a multiple linear regression. The primary data that used in this research iscollected from questionnaire. The total of respondents in this research is 86 peoplewho are employees of PT Sari Warna Asli II Boyolali. The empirical result showedthat (1) the low level of job stress among employees have a significant positiveinfluence on employee turnover intention; (2) the high level of compensation andorganizational culture has a significant negative influence on employee turnoverintention; (3) the job stress is the factor that has the highest influence on employeeturnover intention. The result from SPSS 16 shows that from coefficient of adjusted Rsquared(R2) reveals that the independent variable (job stress - X1, compensation – X2and Organizational Culture – X3) influence on dependent variable (employee turnoverintention – Y) amount by 65,4%. Whereas, other factors, amount of 34,6%, are notmentioned in this research.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to explain the influence of Main Carriage and Export Price tothe exports volume of Barecore to China and Taiwan both simultaneously and partially. Thestudy utilized the primary data from PT. Albasia Sejahtera Mandiri. The research exploredthe multiple linier regression statistic analysis. The result of t-Test showed that export pricesof Barecore influence significantly to the Barecore’s export volume, while the MainCarriage was not influence significantly to the export volume of Barecore. The result of theF-Test showed that the Main Carriage and export prices of Barecore simultaneouslyinfluence to the export volume of Barecore significantly.It is recommended that in order to increase the exports volume of Barecore, PT. AlbasiaSejahtera Mandiri needs to pay more attention to export prices that they offer for importersbecause the export price was the most dominant influential variable in this study. Besidethat, other things that should be noted by PT Albasia Sejahtera Mandiri that in order toimprove export performance, it was necessary to pay attention to the demand andpurchasing power of export destination countries, government policy on tariff and non-tariffpolicy, inflation, exchange rate, per capita income of destination country and other that notuncontrolled. Moreover, factors affecting export performance include uncontrolled microenvironmental factors such as suppliers, competitors, and customers.
