Abstract

Perparkiran merupakan masalah yang sering dijumpai, apalagi di daerah yang mempunyai aktivitas tinggi seperti pasar, yang sering kali menimbulkan kemacetan di jalan. Salah satu hal yang perlu dilakukan untuk meminimalkan masalah tersebut yaitu dengan analisa perparkiran pada lahan tersebut. Berdasarkan pada latar belakang tersebut di atas, maka hal yang perlu dianalisa adalah karakteristik parkir yaitu dengan melakukan perhitungan dan analisa terhadap durasi parkir, akumulasi parkir, tingkat pergantian (parking turn over), volume parkir, kapasitas parkir, indeks parkir, okupansi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa karakteristik parkir jenis sepeda motor di badan jalan pada hari libur 1.104 kendaraan dengan akumulasi tertinggi 133 kendaraan dan rata-rata durasi parkir 128,52 menit/kendaraan. Nilai turn over tertinggi 7,63 dan tingkat penggunaan parkir tertinggi 190,34 %. Jumlah petak parkir yang tersedia saat ini yaitu 150 petak parkir sehingga kapasitas ini tidak mampu menampung pengguna parkir saat jam puncak. Sementara untuk karakteristik parkir jenis mobil adalah volume parkir mobil 194 kendaraan dengan akumulasi tertinggi 33 kendaraan dan rata-rata durasi parkir 108,34 menit/kendaraan. Nilai turn over tertinggi 8,08 dan tingkat penggunaan parkir tertinggi 54,31 %. Jumlah petak parkir yang tersedia saat ini yaitu 33 petak parkir. Sehingga kapasitas ini masih dapat menampung permintaan parkir saat jam puncak sebesar 194 kendaraan yaitu pada pukul 10.00-10.30 WIB.

Abstract

Kota Surabaya sebagai ibu kota provinsi Jawa Timur adalah kota dengan potensi yang cukup besar dilihat dari sistem transportasinya dan dalam pembangunan bangunan – bangunan yang memberikan nilai lebih terhadap berbagai peluang bisnis dan investasi. Pembangunan gedung perkantoran, apartemen dan mall di Kota Surabaya memacu tingkat perubahan intensitas lalu lintas. Mall merupakan salah satu bangunan yang perkembangannya sangat baik di Kota Surabaya. Pembangunan Mall terbaru yang sedang berjalan salah satunya adalah Mall Lagoon Avenue Sungkono yang terletak di Jl KH Abdul Wahab Siamin yang lokasinya berdekatan dengan persimpangan Jl Mayjend Sungkono – HR Muhammad, karena lokasi mall yang cukup strategis tentunya akan berdampak pada kondisi tarikan dan bangkitan lalu lintas di sekitar lokasi pembangunan mall. Maka dari itu perlu diadakannya analisa dampak lalu lintas di persimpangan Jl Mayjend Sungkono – HR Muhammad akibat pembangunan Mall Lagoon Avenue Sungkono Surabaya. Pembangunan Mall Lagoon Avenue Sungkono akan berdampak pada ruas jalan dan persimpangan yang ada disekitar lokasi, penulis menggunakan metode regresi linear dalam melakukan analisis yang diawali dengan pengumpulan data primer yaitu survey lapangan, geometric, arus lalu lintas, volume masuk dan keluar kendaraan pada maal pembanding dan data sekunder serta volume bangkitan akibat pembangunan Mall Lagoon Avenue Sungkono. Dari hasil analisa data didapatkan jumlah bangkitan kendaraan Mall Lagoon Avenue Sungkono Surabaya adalah 104 kend/jam untuk MP dan 150 kend/jam untuk SM. Dan jumlah derajat kejenuhan terbesar terdapat pada jam puncak sore Jl Mayjend Sungkono – HR Muhammad sebesar 0,71.

Abstract

Parkir diluar ruang milik jalan baik pada mall-mall yang biasanya lahan parkir bertingkat atau pada perkantoran (biasanya kantor Pemerintahan) yang mempunyai lahan parkir horizontal yang luas, seringkali menimbulkan persoalan dalam masalah pencarian atau pelacakan tempat (lot) parkir yang masing kosong dimana kendaraan (mobil) akan berputar-putar atau naik-turun untuk mencari lot parkir yang masih kosong tersebut. Dalam mengatasi persoalan diatas pengelola parkir atau manajemen parkir biasanya membantu pengguna parkir dengan memberikan info jumlah lot parkir yang kosong pada jalur yang dilalui pengguna parkir. Walaupun membantu tetapi masih sering pengguna parkir mencari posisi lot yang kosong tersebut. Sensor ultrasonic dan internet of things akan digunakan dalam menyampaikan informasi posisi lot parkir yang kosong kepada pengguna parkir dipakai untuk mendeteksi ada-tidaknya kendaraan pada lot tersebut yang akan dikombinasikan dengan internet of things yaitu suatu alat (objek) yang dapat memancarkan sinyal melalui suatu jaringan baik kabel maupun nirkabel. Model yang dipakai adalah sebuah sensor ultrasonic (sensor jarak) dan internet of things (IoT) dalam hal ini adalah sebuah chip yang diprogram dan ditempatkan pada tiap-tiap lot parkir sehingga dapat memancarkan sinyal informasi digital baik ke server maupun ke gadget pengguna parkir (dengan perangkat lunak khusus). Harapannya solusi ini akan bermanfaat bagi manajemen pengelolaan parkir maupun pengguna parkir.

Abstract

Surabaya is a very influential on the increase in freight transportation needs of the surrounding city. Lamongan and Gresik city, which is access to Surabaya from western requiring rail transport. The city stands in many industrial plants that have large numbers of workers to transport large capacity that is expected to reduce the congestion of the city using Commuter Rail transport modes. Problem magnitude transport capacity makes researchers need to conduct research to analyze the commuter railway passengers who were in St. Lamongan. Method of research done in the form of a commuter passenger survey for analysis and calculation. The results of this study clearly visible that the respondent data penmpang 100 commuter trains, 75% of whom are of childbearing age, traveling on official business purpose. and the results of the CSI shows 44.78% of consumers rated less satisfied with the performance and service.

Abstract

Sea Crossing feasibility Study for goods transport Vehicles of All Sheet Anchor, intends to assess the feasibility of the economic aspects, in order to be an attraction for employers to transport equipment whether or not to divert the route. Anchors Port Development crossing so be crossing ferry port with direct destination Lombok West Nusa Tenggara. And the continuous movement of interest NTB-NTT through the island of Bali, which is an icon of Indonesian tourism is no longer burdened with freight vehicles. So relevant to the national program by the Indonesian government Toll Marine present.               By calculating the operating costs of freight vehicles will be known to the costs actually incurred by the transport of goods between Asembagus effort Situbondo - Sheet Harbor NTB through these crossings Ketapang - Gilimanuk, Bali continued crossing padangbai - Sheet Harbor Rp. 5,380,338, -. While crossing rates crossings between Surabaya - Lombok through the port of Tanjung Perak port towards sheets of Rp 4.574 million, - for class freight vehicles of the same.               So if held crossings of freight from the Port Anchors in Situbondo Asembagus toward Sheet Harbor lombok.we or otherwise will be much more economically feasible to be realized. Abstract

The growth of road infrastructure conducted by the Indonesian Government led by President Jokowi is growing rapidly. The rapid growth indirectly affects the needs of environmental roads in the suburbs of Indonesia, especially the city of Surabaya. Road environment around the village of Surabaya has been developed using paving pavement. Paving is a relatively cheap pavement and easy to implement. Problems that exist during the development is the existence of the remaining buildings that have not been used optimally. Building materials that can be recycled are bamboo poles. This research uses the remainder of the bamboo as a replacement for the mixture of paving making as well as added additive foam concrete. This research uses standard of making paving of quality SNI 03-0691-1996. The mixture used the percentage comparison of 15%: 25%: 35% cement. The process of mixing the material is done manually by paving press test periodically 7 days, 14 days and 28 days. From the results of this study is expected to obtain minimal results can be used for pavement parks and pedestrians.

Abstract

Abstract: Delay in a construction project is a situation where a project cannot be carried out or completed on time in accordance with the planned time. This study aims to (1) knowing the factors that are causing delays in the building project at the Airlangga University in Surabaya; and (2) knowing the rank factors that are causing delays in the work on the building project at the Airlangga University. Data collected by the questionnaire survey and interview which were distributed to the respondents that experienced individuals as the executor of the project of construction of the building at Airlangga University in Surabaya or the case study projects and has held positions as leaders of the activities, the project manager or field manager, consultant supervisor or consultant construction management. Data were analyzed using methods of factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS for data processing. After doing regression analysis with stepwise method obtained equation Y = -3.973 + 0.489 + 0.240 X8 X7 X5 + 0.428 + 0.314 + 0.200 X1 X2 X3 + 0.185 + 0.164 + 0.102 X4 X6, it is known that (1) the labour factor (X1), design (X2), the method of implementation (X3), a substance / material (X4), finance (X5), equipment (X6), work environment (X7), and managerial (X8) affect the delay of construction work on the building Airlangga University Surabaya. (2) after multiple linear regression analysis obtained rank the(rank) the factors most dominant influence on the delay time of execution, respectively, are the factors of managerial (X8), work environment (X7), design (X2), finance (X5), labor (X1), a substance / material (X4), the method of implementation (X3), and equipment (X6). Abstract

Law Number 24 year 2007 on disaster management, mitigation is defined as a series of efforts to reduce disaster risk, either through physical development as well as awareness raising and capacity building facing the threat of disaster. Design of zoning into account key parameters, namely the earthquake zoning based seismic design category. Earthquake Disaster Mitigation in the flats, before disaster: (1) Categorization of areas based on the characteristics of the earthquake zone (seismic zoning); (2) Research the characteristics of land on which will be built flats (flat), whether included soft soil or hard soil; (3) Making a clear evacuation path on the building of towers and the surrounding area; (4) The construction of towers based on building standards for residential/earthquake resistant buildings, ranging from foundation to finish by referring to the building codes in force, such as size of the building (the building that avoid angular or curve) and the configuration of the building; (5) Quality control of the implementation of the building starts from the initial stage to the final stage; (6) The use of special material for reinforcement (retrofitting material), from local materials that are easy to find while saving the cost. While disaster, following guidelines/procedures for emergency earthquake that have been enacted or have been given training by the manager of the flat to flat consumer. After the disaster happen : (1) Checking of the condition of the flat dwellers who experience the disasters; (2) Checking of the condition of the buildings are damaged, the type of damage (structural and non-structural), and measures anticipated; (3) Improved method to save themselves; (4) Rehabilitation timely and build back better; (5) Maintenance and check on the condition of the building towers at regular interval. Abstract

Jumlah kendaraan yang meningkat di kota Surabaya membutuhkan lahan parkir yang mencukupi. Sepanjang ruas jalan protokol banyak dijumpai kendaraan parkir di tepi jalan. Larangan parkir masih dijumpai kendaraan parkir. Hal ini menunjukkan kebutuhan parkir sangat tinggi. Jalan Walikota Mustajab Surabaya menjadi salah satu objek penelitian parkir. Kemacetan yang terjadi di sepanjang jalan tersebut sangat menganggu aktifitas lalu lintas. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis kinerja parkir di ruas Jalan Walikota Mustajab Surabaya.Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mendapatkan solusi yang dapat ditawarkan untuk menanggulangi kejenuhan di ruas Jalan Walikota Mustajab Surabaya. Metode yang mengunakan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) dan PedomanTeknik Direktorat Jendral Perhubungan Darat. Data yang dibutuhkan berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer berupa pengamatan  data lapangan yang terdiri  dari data jumlah kendaraan parkir, durasi parkir dan volume lalu lintas, sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan dari peta ruas Jalan Walikota Mustajab Surabaya. Hasil analisis studi diperoleh ruas jalan Walikota Mustajab telah mengalami kejenuhan dengan nilai derajat kejenuhan sebesar 1,31. Alternatif penanganan adalah membuat Off Street Parking, yang nilai derajat kejenuhannya berkurang sampai 0,85. Setelah diberlakukan Off Street Parking  derajat kejenuhan  menjadi berkurang. Selain itu dari segi karakteristik parkir pada ruas – ruas Jalan Walikota Mustajab diperoleh hasil volume parkir sebesar 544 mobil, dimana kapasitas parkir mencapai 58 Satuan Ruang Parkir. Akumulasi parkir terbesar  didapatkan nilai sebesar 29 mobil dan durasi parkir terlama adalah 60 menit dengan nilai 22.30% pada ruas Jalan Walikota Mustajab. Pada jalan Walikota Mustajab ini sistem tarif parkir masih menggunakan sistem tarif tetap dengan harga Rp.1500,- untuk sepeda motor dan Rp.3000,- untuk mobil. Disarankan memperbanyak penyediaan fasilitas  Off Street Parking seperti lahan kosong parkir Bangi Kopi Tiam yang memiliki pa­­­­njang 32 meter dan lebar 22 meter. Kata kunci : Kinerja parkir, MKJI, kapasitas jalan

Abstract

The increasing number of motorcycles in Indonesia creates enormous problems because of the hectic involved; thus, parking management becomes a big challenge. The applicability and the possibility of a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) were studied in finding the solution of this pressing issue. The study was conducted at Narotama University which is located in Surabaya, East Java. This study was expected to find solutions related to provide parking facilities using RFID method to identify motorcycles. The goal of this study is to determine the number of motorcycle vehicles which is being parked electronically to facilitate the management in organizing motorcycle in parking facilities. Hence, the management can arrange the requirement of parking system in the future. From the study, it can be concluded that RFID can make the process faster and easier so that the line can significantly be reduced and provide more user friendly system because the system will give the information about parking availability. Moreover, this RFID parking system and the software can be more reliable and secured due to more complete and accurate data in the registration process required to the users.
