Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk, menganalisis pengaruh kepribadian, lingkungan dan demografi para TKW purna di Kabupaten Gunug Kidul Yogyakarta, dengan mengetahui besarnya pengaruh dari variabel yang diteliti, diharapkan dapat memberikan saran yang tepat untuk membantu mengentaskan kemiskinan di Gunung Kidul Yogyakarta. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, sampel diambil dari populasi subyek penelitian yang ada. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang sifatnya sebagai pelengkap. Subyek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah mantan TKW di Kabupaten Gunung Kidul Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan melalui kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu, terdapat korelasi parsial dari variabel  kepribadian, lingkungan dan demografi  terhadap Intensi kewirausahaan TKW purna, diantara ketiga varibel, lingkungan memiliki pengaruh yang paling kuat terhadap intensi.  Secara simultan menunjukkan adanya korelasi dari variabel  kepribadian, lingkungan dan demografi terhadap intensi kewirausahaan  TKW purna di Gunung Kidul. Kontribusi dari ketiga variabel terhadap intensi sebesar 23,3%, sedang sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Pengujian hipotesis simultan me- nunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan, variabel kepribadian, dan variabel demografi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh  terhadap intensi kewirausahaan TKW purna di Gunung Kidul.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of fund on Cooperatie to assist economicempowerment the Business of Batik Writing. The object of research are batik writing owner atdistrict level in Yogyakarta Indonesia. Batik writing business that are members of Cooperatiesample are Yogyakarta City with 60 respondens. Type of data collected is of primary data andsecondary data. Methods of data analysis used in this research include test validity, reliabilitytest and regression analysis. Based on calculation of regression test to funding of capitalvariable is significant to economic empowerment on the business Batik Writing. Thus it can beconcluded that the more effective use of capital loans made by the authors of batik then theireconomic independence is increasing. This means that the economic welfare of the managedbatik business can be achieved.Keywords: Capital Funding, Cooperatie, Economic Empowerment, Batik Writing.

Abstract

Metode pembelajaran mata kuliah Bank Dan Lembaga Keuangan Lainnya di Perguruan Tinggi pada umumnya masih berlangsung secara klasikal berupa tatap muka di kelas antara mahasiswa dan dosen yang mengacu pada referensi/buku. Upaya untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran tersebut dengan pengembangan model pendekatan kontekstual dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah Bank Dan Lembaga Keuangan Lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji persepsi mahasiswa  tentang pembelajaran mata kuliah Bank Dan Lembaga Keuangan Lainnya dengan pendekatan kontekstual. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 100 mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi UST yang menempuh mata kuliah Bank Dan Lembaga Keuangan Lainnya.  Metode analisis dengan pendekatan perilaku penggunaan sistem informasi Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kategori sangat tinggi sebesar  26 % kategori tinggi sebesar 62 % dan kategori sedang sebesar 12 %.     Kata kunci : persepsi. Abstract

Object: The objective of this study is to knows how can good managing Public Sector Bussines with understand the influence of marketing mix ( Product, price, place and promotion) on Passenger’s Satisfaction of Batik Trans Solo. This research was conducted in April 2016 with the object of research Passenger’s Satisfaction of Batik Trans Solo. Method: Data were analysis using the software program 15.00 to test the validity and reliability, the classic assumption deviation, dual of regression, as well as the Determination Coefficient (R2). Predictor variables consist of product, price, place, and promotion. Dependent variable is only one, that is, Passenger’s Satisfaction. Result: This research is a analysis quantitative study with a random sampling method. Data were collected by means of questionnaires with cluster method. The subject of this study are Passenger’s Satisfaction of Batik Trans Solo. Conclusion: Based on the research, it can be concluded that marketing mix partially influences customer’s satisfaction with equation Y = 4,554-0,116X1+ 0,069X2 + 0,137X3 + 0,132X4 but simultaneous marketing mix does not influence Passenger’s satisfaction of Batik Trans Solo. Abstract

Abstract The key success in winning the competition is the ability to achieve the objectives in creating and maintaining the customers. Therefore, the management of the program has to satisfy the customers. One way to obtain the customer satisfaction is to deliver a quality service required by the customers. It means that the management of the business schools need to have a good understanding on students need that there is no gap between the expectation of the students and the service they received. Thus, the understanding of their need is highly required the quality service can be provided. Based on the result of the study that the processed using servqual analysis instrument, the hierarchy and correlation ranking, there is a significant difference between consumers expectation in School of Management in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

AbstractYogyakarta has been known as the city of tourism for the many culture and heritage in this region. The city of Heritage attached to it, has an impact on people’s behavior in the consumption of products or services. A demand for good tourism on the products service has encouraged the growth of industries that promote values. Hospitality, an industry engaged in social services, is growing rapidly in Yogyakarta. The industry deals with hospitality services and management of socio-religious events, such as weddings. Based on the data obtained, people of Yogyakarta are very sensitive to the appropriate product warranties. This study used descriptive statistics of Likert shari’i scale, a modified Likert scale. Data were analyzed using Fishbein formulation. The results of the above studies indicate that the overall consumers’ attitude towards hospitality marketing mix in Yogyakarta is positive with the value of Ao: + 5.1601. On the other hand, the score of partial assessments of hospitality marketing mix in Yogyakarta are as follows; product assessment Ao = +1.047025, price Ao =0.58305, location Ao = +0.980075, promotion Ao = +0.3479.

Abstract

Objectives - The main purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of welfare concept from the Islamic Economic perspective in Sub Sector Batik Painting Industry in Yogyakarta.Methods - This is an explanatory research study with analytical descriptive of kashif analytical. This study uses rational-empirical approach (deductive). The research begins with empirical facts of an event/phenomenon that shows the number of batik industry in Yogyakarta. Maqasid Sharia is used to analyze the object of the research. Therefore, this study can be categorized as empirical-rational (inductive). The study was conducted in Yogyakarta that consists of 5 districts, namely: Sleman, Bantul, Kulon Progo, Gunung Kidul and Yogyakarta.Results - Maqasid sharia as an indicator of welfare has been implemented in most of the batik painting industry in Yogyakarta, with the highest order is hifzhul-‘aql, followed by hifzhul-maal, hifzhun-nasl, hifzhun- nafs, and the lowest is hifzhud-din. By order of the area of application, the highest is Kulon Progo (70.31%), followed by Yogyakarta (70.26%), Bantul (70.25%), Sleman (60.09%) and the lowest is Gunung Kidul (50.29%).Conclusion - Based on the analysis of  socio-economic welfare, as much as 64.7% of employees were able to meet the needs of their family life, while the remaining 33.3% were classified as mustahiq (poor) which require serious attention. Based on the analysis of Ibn Khaldun’s concept on welfare, Batik industry in Yogyakarta has not fully implemented the welfare yet. It is characterized by the application of distributive justice between the owner and the employees are still not in accordance with the Hadith of the Prophet, which is 1: 2.

Abstract

Capital market is a vehicle that can mobilize long-term fundraising from the society to be channeled into productive sectors through the sale of stocks, bonds, mutual funds and derivatives. Investment decision-making is a process of selecting the best alternative from a number of alternatives available under the influence of complex situations, will be greatly influenced by the received information, the level of capability and knowledge of the investors about investment. Financial behavior aims to understand the behavior of investors in making investment decisions. The purpose of this study is to examine and obtain empirical evidence of potential individual investors’ determination in making decision of stock investment. This type of research is quantitative research with purposive sampling technique. The population used in this research is the students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarjanawiayata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. The sample used is 50 UST students who want to be a share investor in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The methods of data collection use questionnaires and structured questions. Data analysis technique use Structural Equation Modeling. The results of this study noted that the quality of accounting information, subjective norms, perceptions of behavior control and risk perceptions do not systematically affect on the intention of prospective individual investors in decision-making stock investment in Indonesia Stock Exchange.   Keywords: Intention, Investor.
