Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja, rata-rata pengeluaran perkapita, tingkat melek huruf, dan penanaman modal terhadap kemiskinan di Indonesia tahun 2014. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diambil dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) tahun 2014 dari 32 provinsi yang ada di Indonesia (cross- section). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Ordinary Least Square Method dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95 persen. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa rata-rata pengeluaran perkapita dan penanaman modal memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Indonesia pada tahun 2014. Sedangkan tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja dan tingkat melek huruf tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemiskinan. This research aims to knows the relationship between labour forces participation level, average expenditure per capita, literacy level and capital lending toward poverty level in Indonesia at 2014. The secondary data in this research were obtained from Central Statistic Bureau (BPS) ; Population and National Family Planning Bureau (BKKBN) in 32 provinces around Indonesia. The research methods are ordinary least square method with significant level amount 95%. The research result shows that averages expenditure per capita and capital lending have a significant relationship towards roverty level in 2014. While, work force participation and literacy level have no significant relationship toward poverty.

Abstract

This research aims at knowing the relationship between the labor force participation level, the average of expenditure per capita, the literacy level, and the capital investment and the poverty level in Indonesia at 2014. The secondary data in this research were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the National Population and Family Planning Bureau (BKKBN) in 32 provinces in Indonesia (cross section). The method of research used is Ordinary Least Square Method with level of confidence of 95%. The research result shows that the average of expenditure per capita and the capital lending have a significant influence on the poverty level in 2014, while the labor force participation level and the literacy level have no significant influence on the poverty.

Abstract

International Trade is one of the activities that plays an important role for the economy. Indonesia is one of the countries whose depends on exports. One of the agricultural commodities that become the leading commodity is cocoa. Although it is a main flag export commodity, cocoa farming still has many challenges. The export volume of cocoa beans in the period 1987-2016 increase slightly, but in the last six years the export tend to decrease. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the export of cocoa beans. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression with the ordinary least squares rank method (OLS). The results showed that the variables of production have a positive and significant effect with coefficient value of 0.642607. Domestic cocoa price does not affect the export volume of cocoa beans. The international cocoa price variable has a negative and significant effect on export volume of Indonesian cocoa beans with coefficient value of -7,073793. The rupiah exchange rate variable to US Dollar has a positive and significant effect on the export volume of Indonesian cocoa beans with coefficient value of 15.22362. While simultaneously, production variables, domestic cocoa prices, international cocoa prices, and Rupiah exchange rate against US Dollar together affect the export volume of Indonesian cocoa beans.
