Abstract

Penelitian ini berusaha menggambarkan secara lebih jelas dan mendalam tentang bagaimana kesepian padalansia di Panti werdha Sultan Fatah Demak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara (interview) danobservasi. Subjek pada dua orang narasumber primer yaitu lansia panti Werdha Sultan Fatah Demak, dan satuorang narasumber sekunder penelitian yaitu pengasuh lansia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesepiandari kedua narasumber primer sangat mendalam. Dengan kondisi yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian danlingkungan yang kurang mendukung menambah rasa kesepian kedua subjek semakin besar. Akan tetapi terdapatperbedaan sikap dalam menunjukkan kesepian yang dialami oleh kedua subjek.This study sought to describe more clearly and deeply about how loneliness in the elderly in nursing homes Fatah Sultan ofDemak. This study uses interviews (interviews) and observation. Subject to two primary sources, namely elderly Elderlynursing Sultan Demak Fatah, and one person secondary sources of research that elderly caregivers. Results of this studyindicate that the loneliness of the two primary sources is relatively very large. With the conditions experienced by the researchsubjects and a less supportive environment adds to the loneliness of the two subjects. But there is a difference in attitude suggestsloneliness experienced by two subjects.

Abstract

Lesson about  hydrolysis  requires students to understand the concepts hydrolyzed from  type of salt which is then applied in the calculation. In  learning process, students direct involvement is necessary, so that it is used a method that can increase the activity of students. Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning and Course Review Horey (CRH) expected to create learning that has caharacterized as student centered.  This research aims to reveal students' learning outcomes using STAD cooperative learning and CRH on the hydrolisis material in class XI SMAN 8 Padang. This type of research is experimental research using a randomized study design Control Group Posttest-Only Design is expanded. The study population was a class XI IPA SMAN 8 Padang. Giving  a test at the end of the study as many as 25 pieces of matter objectively. Results of tests of normality and homogeneity of the two classes that both classes of samples obtained samples were normally distributed and had homogeneous variance. After being tested on a real level t = 0.05 with degrees of freedom (df) of 59 obtained t of 2.53 while t table of 1.67. From the research shows that the learning outcomes of students with STAD cooperative learning model is significantly higher than the results of student learning with cooperative learning model CRH hydrolysis of salts in the material in class XI of SMAN 8 Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to produce teaching materials based material reaction rate guided inquiry (learning cycle: the phase of exploration, discovery / establishment of the concept and application) in the form of a valid experiment worksheets and practical use in learning chemistry in SMA / MA. This type of research included in Research and Development (R & D). The development model used in this study is the four-D (4-D). The research instrument is the validation sheet and questionnaire. Data from the study consists of three aspects, namely, the validity, the practicalities and effectiveness of teaching materials. Data validity and practicalities processed using Cohens Kappa formula, and the effectiveness of data using a percentage In this study is limited to the validity and practicalities. Validation of teaching materials from the aspect of content, language and graffiti and feasibility of construction. Data from the validator obtained an average score moment kappa was 0.87, and the results of practical analysis conducted with a limited test in MAN 3 Padang obtained an average score of 0.84 practicality value of 0.78 of teachers and students. From the analysis worksheets that showed 86 % of students working on critical questions and exercises contained in LKS experiments that have been made can be answered students. These results indicate that LKS guided inquiry-based experiments developed extremely valid and practical use in learning chemistry

Abstract

This classroom action research aimed to increase students’ answering activity and quality of the answer to questions asked in Strategi Pembelajaran Kimia course. This research was done in two cycles each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection phases. Instruments used in this research were observation sheet and questionnaire. Prompting questions had been designed for each meeting. Primary action given was asking prompting questions in learning. Two observers did observation and lecture was recorded with camera. Observation data from observers and camera recording were analyzed descriptively to get percentage of students who answered question before and after prompting was given as well as to get percentage of keywords in the answer given by students. The result showed that students’ answering activity increased after prompting was given. The quality of the answer got better with prompting questions as well. The aid of visual media given in the next cycle showed that students dared to explain concepts they had not been familiar with. Other actions that increased students’ answering activity were time and reward givings. Data from questionnaire distributed at the end of the course showed that students like prompting questions because they could understand the question and concept asked and then find the answer.

Abstract

Modules are one of the learning materials that can be used in the learning process. Modules compiled based on guided inquiry learning syntax and integrating experimental activities that will be able to improve students science process skills. This study aimed to produce a reaction rate module based on guided inquiry integrated experiments and valid student science process skills and practical use in senior high school  chemistry learning. The type of this research was research and development (R & D) and the development model used was the 4-D model which consists of four stages: (1) define, (2) design, (3) development, (4) desseminate. This research was limited to the validity and practicality test. The validity test was carried out by 5 experts and limited trials to reveal the practicality done at SMAN 1 Lubuk Basung. The research instrument used was in the form of a validity and practicality questionnaire which was analyzed using kappa moment (k) Data analysis showed that the average moment of kappa validity was 0.84 with a very high validity category. The average practical kappa moments from teachers and students were respectively 0.83 and 0.85 with a very high practicality category. These results were also supported by the analysis of students answers in answering critical questions, exercises, prelab questions, postlab questions, and worksheets in modules, with an average value of 90.2. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the guided inquiry integrates experiments and science process skills on based reaction rate topic are valid and practical used for chemistry learning in senior high school.

Abstract

Abstrak. Situasi pertandingan yang bersifat kompetitif akan memunculkan kecemasan bagi atlet pencak silatseperti perasaan takut, tegang, gelisah, sulit berkonsentrasi dan gangguan pencernaan sehinggamengganggu performa atlet menjelang pertandingan. Salah satu upaya sederhana dan mudah yang dapatdilakukan atlet untuk mereduksi atau menurunkan kecemasan adalah dengan melakukan kegiatankegiatanmenyenangkan dan menenangkan, salah satunya dengan melakukan Relaksasi Guided Imagery.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Relaksasi Guided Imagery efektif untuk menurunkankecemasan bertanding pada atlet. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet pencak silat yangtergabung dalam Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) Cabang Purbalingga yang akan mengikutipertandingan usia pra-remaja atau setingkat SMP/MTS sederajat. Sampel penelitian yang digunakanadalah 28 atlet pencak silat yang kemudian dibagi ke dalam kelompok eksperimen (14 Atlet) dankelompok kontrol (14 Atlet) dengan teknik randomisasi. Desain penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalahpretest-posttest control group design. Data penelitian diambil menggunakan skala kecemasan yangdimodifikasi dari Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) untuk pretest dan posttest yang terdiri dari 43aitem dengan koefisien validitas aitem antara 0,273 sampai dengan 0.802 dan koefisien reliabilitassebesar 0,942. Uji hipotesis dengan analisis statistik Independent Sample T-Test dapat diketahui bahwaterdapat penurunan yang signifikan dari mean dari kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Nilaimean kelompok eksperimen sebesar 43.7143 sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol hasilnya menjadi10.7143. Sementara itu pada uji t-test diperoleh hasil nilai t sebesar -2,797 dengan taraf signifikansisebesar p = 0,010. Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa hipotesis diterima karena nilai signifikansi p = 0,010lebih kecil daripada α 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat efek dari pemberian relaksasiguided imagery terhadap penurunan kecemasan pada kelompok eksperimen. Abstract. Competitive situations will create anxiety for pencak silat athletes such as fear, tension, anxiety,difficulty concentrating and indigestion that disrupt the performance of the athlete ahead of the game.One of the simple and easy efforts which can be done by the atheletes to reduce anxiety is by doing funand calm activities, one of them is by doing guided imagery. The purpose of this research is to find outwhether guided imagery relaxation is effective to reduce the anxiety of match on the athlete. Thepopulation of this research is all of the pencak silat athletes which join Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate(PSHT) branch Purbalingga that will follow pre-teen competition or junior high school level. Thesample which is used is 28 pencak silat athletes and then it is divided into experimental group (14athletes) and control group (14 athletes) by using randomization technique. The research design whichis used is pretest-posttest control group design. The data were collected by using anxiety scale which isadapted from HARS to pretest and posttest consists of 43 items with coefficient validity is between 0.273to 0.802 and coefficient reliability is 0.942. The hypothesis analyzed by using independent sample t-testfound that there is a significant decrease from the mean from experimental group and control group.Mean score of the experimental group was 43.7143 while control group was only 10.7143. Besides, on ttestresult, it is obtained that t was -2,797 with significant level p= 0.010. therefore, it can be concludedthat the hypothesis is accepted since the significant value p = 0.010 is smaller that a 0.05. It can beconcluded that there is an effect from guided imagery relaxation towards the reduction of anxiety onexperimental.

Abstract

Abstrak. Ketidakberfungsian peran orangtua sebagai pengasuh (family functioning) dalam literatur psikologi dikenal sebagai stres pengasuhan.Stres pengasuhan yang muncul pada orangtua yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus atau difabel, dapat menurun dengan strategi coping stress. Sumber-sumber yang dapat berperan menjadi fasilitator sebagai coping stress terbagi menjadi dua tipe, yaitu sumber coping internal dan sumber coping eksternal.Kemampuan coping internal inilah yang belum dikuasai oleh orangtua dan menjadi permasalahan yang harus segera ditangani.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas stress management training untuk menurunkan stres pengasuhan ibu yang memiliki anak difabel. Mengunakan pendekatan eksperimental One Group Pre Test Post Test Design,pelatihan manajemen stres pengasuhan meliputi empat hal :(1). Mengatur Gaya Hidup dan Pikiran Sehat; (2). Strategi Modifikasi Perilaku; dan (3). Teknik Relaksasi. Hasil yang diperoleh melalui perbandingan mean sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan, terdapat perbedaan mean, dimana mean saat pre test sebesar 70,4667 sedangkan mean post test sebesar 43,1333. Hal tersebut menunjukkan ada penurunan tingkat stres pengasuhan paska diberi pelatihan manajemen stres. Kata Kunci : stress-management training, stres pengasuhan, difabel Abstract. Parenting stress that appears to parents who have children with special needs or disabilities, can decrease with stress coping strategies. Sources that can act as facilitators as stress coping are divided into two types, namely internal coping sources and external coping sources. This internal coping ability is not yet mastered by parents and becomes a problem that must be addressed immediately. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of stress management training to reduce the stress of parenting mothers who have children with disabilities. Using the experimental approach of the One Test Pre Test Post Design, stress management parenting training covers four things: (1). Manage Healthy Lifestyle and Mind; (2). Behavior Modification Strategy; and (3). Relaxation Technique. The results obtained through comparison of mean before and after treatment, there are mean differences, where the mean at pre test is 70.4667 while the mean post test is 43.13. This shows that there is a decrease in the stress level of post-care given stress management training.

Abstract

Menguasai sains dan teknologi adalah kunci penting untuk menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Pendidikan sains memainkan peran penting dalam mempersiapkan siswa yang dapat berpikir kritis, kreatif, logis, dan mengambil inisiatif dalam memecahkan masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan lembar kerja siswa berbasis masalah pada topik ikatan kimia. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4-D yaitu terdiri dari tahap  define, design, develop and disseminate. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi dan angket praktikalitas. Lembar kerja yang dikembangkan divalidasi oleh enam orang ahli dan uji praktikalitas oleh 25 orang siswa SMA Negeri 1 Batang Kapas, Pesisir Selatan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan Cohen’s Kappa Formula. Uji validitas menyatakan lembar kerja siswa yang dikembangkan memiliki kategori validitas yang sangat tinggi. Uji praktikalitas siswa tentang lembar kerja siswa yang dikembangkan menunjukkan kategori yang sangat tinggi dan uji praktikalias guru memperoleh kategori kepraktisan yang sangat tinggi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa lembar kerja pembelajaran berbasis masalah pada topik ikatan kimia adalah valid dan dapat digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Temuan ini juga menunjukkan bahwa lembar kerja siswa yang dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan minat siswa untuk belajar dan dapat membantu siswa untuk belajar secara mandiri.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of using guided inquiry based experiment worksheet on reaction rate topic on students’ learning outcome. This research is a quasi-experimental research, using  randomized Posttest Only Control Group Design. The research sample consisted of two classes, namely the experiment class and control class obtained through cluster sampling technique. The population were students of class XI MIA SMAN 4 Padang as much as 6 classes, the academic year 2015/2016. Sample were class XI MIA 1 (experimental group) and class XI MIA 3 (control group). Learning outcome ware collected by tests at the end of the study. Data analysis showed that the experiments class learning with guided inquiry based experiment worksheet got learning outcome with average value of 86.27. Meanwhile learning outcomes of student in control class who learned without guided inquiry based experiment worksheet was 74.40. Both of Normality and Homogenous’s results showed that the distribution of the two experimental classes were normal and homogeneous. After the t-test on the real level of 0.05 was found that tcount is greater than ttable. It’s means that research hypothesis (H1) is accepted, so that it can be concluded that the results of student learning using student worksheet guided inquiry-based reaction rate is significantly higher than the student worksheet without a reaction rate-based guided inquiry.

Abstract

BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) adalah program pengirim pesan yang disediakan untuk para pengguna ponsel BlackBerry maupun smartphone. Pesan instan BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) digunakan oleh berbagai kalangan masyarakat terutama remaja. Remaja yang menggunakan pesan instan BBM mayoritas dipengaruhi oleh konformitas teman sebaya dan motif afiliasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motif afiliasi dengan konformitas teman sebaya pada remaja pengguna pesan instan BlackBerry Messenger (BBM). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 219 subjek. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji korelasi dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala konformitas teman sebaya dan skala motif afiliasi. Jumlah item pada masing-masing skala adalah 29 item untuk skala konformitas teman sebaya dan 40 item untuk skala motif afiliasi. Hasil uji reliabilitas pada masing-masing skala yaitu 0,909 pada skala konformitas teman sebaya dan 0,906 pada skala motif afiliasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi Pearson. Hasil uji korelasi Pearson diperoleh rxy= 0,392 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Dikarenakan nilai p <0,05 maka pola hubungan antara variabel motif afiliasi dengan konformitas teman sebaya adalah signifikan. Maka hipotesis yang menyatakan ada hubungan antara motif afiliasi dengan konformitas teman sebaya pada remaja pengguna pesan instan BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) diterima. Artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel motif afiliasi dengan konformitas teman sebaya. Dengan demikian semakin tinggi motif afiliasi remaja pengguna pesan instan BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) semakin tinggi pula konformitas teman sebaya pada remaja pengguna pesan instan BlackBerry Messenger (BBM).
