Abstract

The preservation of traditional arts depends on the artists and their supporters. The Soneyan Mask Puppet artistic life is still showing its existence as a medium of expression for fulfilling the needs of the arts. Until now The Soneyan Mask Puppet has undergone five generations. In the beginning, the show performed by the puppeteers of gedhog puppet and purwo puppet. The shows were accompanied by the slendro type of Javanese traditional music, in the form of Pamijen music. Before the show begins, rituals were held. The rituals were part of the Mask Puppet show. Therefore, the activity of the Soneyan Mask Puppet can not be separated from the rituals. Based on the description, the primary purpose of this study is to assess the ritual interaction in The Soneyan Mask Puppet. This is a qualitative research with an approach to social, cultural and performing arts. The data were drawn from the techniques of observation, interviews, and documentary study. The data analysis procedures followed Miles and Huberman (1984) data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Among the results of this research is that the process of ritual interaction in the Soneyan Mask Puppet is in the form of symbolic interaction contained in ritual offerings before the show begins. The symbolic interaction is found in a ritual that is highly expressed in the offerings consisting of ambeng, incense, straw, combs of banana, chicken eggs, chili, shrimp paste, upa, coconut shoot, brown sugar, dried fish, mboreh flower, jugs, cigarettes, teeter , money (two combs bananas, eggs, chili, rice, coconut, brown sugar, dried fish, mboreh flowers, jugs, cigarettes, combs, money).

Abstract

Terbangan sebagai musik pengiring nyanyian yang berisi tentang pujian kepada Nabi Muhammad Saw untuk mengingatkan dan memberikan nasihat yang baik kepada pelaku maupun penonton. Pertunjukan musik terbangan dikemas sesuai dengan aturan adat istiadat masyarakat Semende sehingga tercermin nilai-nilai budaya pada setiap aktivitas sebelum pertunjukan, pada saat pertunjukan dan setelah pertunjukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memahami nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam pertunjukan musik terbangan pada prosesi pernikahan adat tunggu tubang masyarakat Semende. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini metode kualitatif  dan pendekatan Antropologi Seni. Sumber data pada penelitian ini menggunakan sumber primer dan sekunder dengan teknik perngumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan yaitu triangulasi sumber sedangkan teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan memverifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai budaya tercermin dalam pertunjukan musik terbangan tercermin ketika manusia berhubungan dengan lima aspek yaitu tuhan, manusia, alam, kerja dan waktu sehingga menghasilkan nilai religi, tanggung jawab, gotong royong, solidaritas, nilai ekonomi dan nilai cinta budaya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi masyarakat kedepannya.

Abstract

Implementasi pendidikan lingkungan hidup di Indonesia diberlakukan dari pendidikan dasar sampai pendidikan tinggi. Sekolah Berbudaya Lingkungan, yang sampai sekarang belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal karena minimnya pengetahuan tentang lingkungan hidup dan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia .  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup, (2) Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pendidikan lingkungan hidup yang terintegrasi dengan pelajaran lain, (3) Mengimplementasikan pembiasaan peduli terhadap lingkungan hidup. Penelitian  menggunakan metode deskriptif  kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Sumber data dari informan, dokumen dan penelitian di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan : wawancara, obsevasi, studi dokumen, Analisis data interaktif, kebsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Kurikulum SD Cahaya Nur  disusun oleh Tim Penyusun yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru, komite Sekolah berdasarkan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pelajaran dan ditambah dengan Kurikulum Berbasis Lingkungan yang diimplementasikan  dalam Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup, (2) Diintegrasikan dalam pelajaran lain. (3) Pembiasaan peduli lingkungan hidup: (a) Pemanfaatan sampah, (b) pengelolaan lahan, (c) Jumat bersih Sabtu menanam, (d) hemat energi, (e) mengurangi penggunaan plastik. (f) ramah lingkungan, (g) kantin sehat. Saran yang diberikan agar guru menanamkan kepedulian lingkungan sejak dini dan memanfaatkan lingkungan sebagai sarana belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen penilaian psikomotor IPA berbasis kompetensi yang valid, reliabel dan praktis. Instrumen penilaian diujicobakan pada siswa kelas V SD tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 dengan melibatkan 5 guru sebagai sampel penilai. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimental. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling, terpilih SDN 2 Windusari sebagai kelas eksperimen, SDN 1 Windusari sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, observasi, dan angket. Analisis data bersifat kuantitatif untuk mengetahui efektivitas model secara empirik dengan menggunakan analisis multivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosedur pengembangan model di SD mampu menghasilkan instrumen penilaian yang valid, riliabel dan praktis dengan skor rerata masing-masing sebesar 3,7 (valid); 3,7 (reliabel) dan 3,7 (praktis). Koefesien κ inter rater hasil penilaian terhadap keefektifan instrumen sebesar 0,75, sehingga memenuhi syarat reliabel; tingkat keterlaksanaan model memiliki konsistensi yang tinggi, terbukti  percentage of egreement mencapai 84,85%; dan ditemukan adanya perbedaan prestasi antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Olah data uji banding dua sampel T-test didapat angka sig = 0,938 = 93,8%. Hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa instrumen PAP-IPA materi tumbuhan hijau berbasis kompetensi layak dan dapat meningkatkan penguasaan kompetensi psikomotor. Pada penerapan, seluruh instrumen valid, reliabel, dan praktis.This study aims to produce a psychomotor assessment instrument competency-based valid, reliable and practical. This study used an experimental design. Sampling using random cluster sampling, SDN 2 Windusari as an experimental class, SDN 1 Windusari as the control class. Methods of data collection using the methods of documentation, observation, and questionnaires. Analysis of quantitative data to determine the effectiveness of the model empirically by using MANOVA one lane. The results showed that the model development procedure in SD is able to produce a valid assessment instruments and riliabel, with a mean score of 3.7 each (valid); 3.7 (reliable). Κ coefficient of inter-rater assessment of the effectiveness of the instruments of 0.75, making it eligible reliably; keterlaksanaan level model has a high consistency, proven percentage of egreement reached 84.85%; and achievement differences were found between the experimental class and control class. If the comparative test data two samples T-test figures obtained sig = 0.938 = 93.8%. Comparative tests obtained sig = 0,000 t = 0. Based on the findings, it was concluded that the IPA instrument PAP-green plant material competency-based approach to conservation-minded SEA feasible and may improve psychomotor competency mastery. At implementation, the entire instrument is valid, reliable, and practical

Abstract

Nursing ethics is an essential subject in nursing education to enhance nursing students competence. Nurses must think critically and enhance their soft skills to provide effective care whilst their performance with the expansion in role associated with the complexities of ethical issues. The purpose of this study was to describe education management regarding soft skills based on ethical principles in nursing education. The method of this research is Research and Development (R&D) that conducted at Health Polytechnic Semarang. Data were collected by self report questionnaires including Ethical Issues in Clinical Practice (EICP), Educational Management Regarding Soft Skills (EMRSS) and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) about Education Management Regarding Soft Skills In Nursing Education (SSNE). The results of this study showed that some factors influence including lecturer, nursing students and learning material in nursing ethics are dominant taking part to cultivate nursing students’ competence in caring. Proper preparation and active learning process contribute nursing students to become more understanding softs skills based on ethical principles. Indicator evaluation help the lecturer and nursing students to achieve the objectives of the learning in nursing ethics. The conclusion of this study is education management soft skills based on ethical principles cultivate the quality of nursing students’performance.

Abstract

The facts showed that traditional ceramic arts are one of the local cultural heritages in which their existence is not easily maintained and continued because of competition with modern industrial products in market. The opposite condition occurs in Mayong Lor village that this local cultural heritage is still well maintained and developed from generation to generation for about six centuries in communities. Thus, a fundamental question arises why and how this phenomenon occurs. This study examines ceramics enculturation problems of crafters in Mayong Lor village communities, Jepara as the manifestation of adaptation strategies in the preservation and continuation of local culture creative potential. Two approaches used as the basis of assessment strategies. First, the theoretical approach was applied through the approach of culture, aesthetics, structural functionalism, adaptation, and education. Next, the methodological approach was used through anthropological research approach operated by using qualitative research method. The results show that the ceramics enculturation of artisans’ in Mayong Lor village communities naturally appear to function as a cultural mechanism of ceramics traditional activities in the environment of crafter families. This cultural mechanism is the form of informal education as the manifestation of adaptation strategies in maintaining and continuing creative potential of ceramics culture in the community, across generations since 15th to 21th century. The local culture stakeholders are recommended to adopt or adapt the findings of this study as a model in determining policies for the development of conservation programs and local culture potential in their respective regions.

Abstract

Integrated guidance model between IQ, EQ and SQ are essential to produce the quality of next generation. Here, the author examines the Seminary of St. Vincent High School Blitar that has specificity in terms of an integrated development model of IQ, EQ and SQ. This study aims to gain a real picture of the integrated high school guidance model is based on stages of planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Techniques used to conduct the data such as interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis and data management is done by: data reduction, data presentation and verification of data. To ensure validation of the data it uses triangulation, namely: triangulation of data sources. The results of this study addressed that: 1) Development planning has been carried out based assessment company needed guidance. 2) The organization has done well through the establishment of organizational structure and establishment of authority and responsibility. 3) The implementation has been done procedurally by stipulation curriculum and budget amounts 4) evaluation has been carried out with good effective evaluation of the level of reaction, the rate of learning, behavioral level, and the level of impact.

Abstract

Busana dan Ragam hias Aesan Gede  merupakan simbol budi pekerti dari kebudayaan dan kebesaran masyarakat Palembang. Busana Aesan Gede  harus tetap mempertahankan eksistensinya agar  nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalam ragam hias masih dapat terjaga. Nilai-nilai yang disampaikan melalui simbol visual yang terdapat pada ragam hias busana Aesan Gede memiliki pesan moral budi pekerti, yang menjaga keselarasan dan keseimbangan hidup antar manusia dengan alam sekitar dan dengan Sang Pencipta. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana bentuk, fungsi dan nilai-nilai budaya dalam busana dan  ragam hias Aesan Gede pada upacara adat perkawinan Palembang, Nilai-nilai apa yang terkandung dalam busana dan ragam hias Aesan Gede dalam upacara adat perkawinan Palembang. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan interdisiplin. Fokus penelitian dan data yang dikumpulkan berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi metode. Prosedur analisis data dengan reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjunkan hal-hal sebagai berikut. Pertama, bentuk busana dan  ragam hias Aesan Gede didominasi dengan motif hias tumbuh-tumbuhan, dan motif hias geometris. Kedua, ragam hias Aesan Gede memiliki fungsi murni estetis dan fungsi simbolis, Ketiga, nilai yang terkandung dalam busana Aesan Gede dan ragam hiasnya yaitu nilai yang berhubungan dengan keTuhanan, nilai yang berhubungan dengan sesama manusia, dan nilai yang berhubungan dengan tingkah laku. Aesan Gede symbolizes the character of the culture and greatness of Palembang communities. The existence of Aesan Gede traditional costume needs to always be maintained. It aims to keep the values of the ornamental variety itself. The values which are implicitly showed by Aesan Gede visual symbols are manners which maintain the harmonious relationship between humans and their nature and God. The research questions of this research are form, function and culture values contained in a fashion motif and Aesan Gede customary marriage ceremonies of Palembang comunities. The method used in this research was interdisciplinary qualitative which focused on the gained data related to the research problems. The techniques of the data collection were observations, interview, and document study.  The procedures of data analysis were reduction, data collection, and summarizing. The validity of the data using the triangulation methods.The research result revealed these following findings. First, the variety forms of Aesan Gede are dominated by plant-motif and geometric-lined motif. Second, the variety forms of Aesan Gede have various functions. They are esthetic function, and symbolic function. Third, the values consisted in Aesan Gede are religious values, humanistic values, and behavioral values. The researchers recommended three suggestions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to describe, to analyze, and to develop, the so-called smart mosque as a development model for the planning of an integrated Islamic education classroom. The approach of this research is quantitative with survey techniques. Respondents of this survey to all teachers PAI in 31 of senior Islamic high school in Grobogan, Jawa Tengah Indonesia. The taking of data with the questioner. The Data are analyzed with descriptive analysis. The finding this research of Islamic learning planning at 31 Islamic senior high schools shows 83.9% of them need mosque as laboratory and learning sources. The planning design effectiveness is carried out with practitioner and expert validation with focus group discussion (FGD) pattern and products test on design subject. There are three models for the planning of Islamic education classroom which developed in this study are (1) center model (center of learning resource and center of religious affection)., (2) area model; the area of Quran Hadith, Fiqh, Aqidah Akhlaq, and Islamic history), (3) corner model; restroom, locker rooms, stairs, purity/ berwudlu, worship (separate sons and daughters)
