Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat pada skim Ipteks bagi Wilayah (IbW) ini bertujuan untuk pertama, menciptakan kemandirian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat wilayah Desa Pandes dan Desa Gondang khususnya eks Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (TKI) melalui program pemberdayaan dengan bersinergi kepakaran perguruan tinggi dan Pemerintah kabupaten Kendal seperti tertuang dalam Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD), dan kedua, memberikan solusi atas persoalan yang dihadapi Pemerintah kabupaten dan masyarakat yang secara langsung berpotensi mempengaruhi peningkatan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Guna mencapai tujuan tersebut, melalui program IbW, metode yang dipergunakan adalah Focus Group Decission (FGD) untuk pembentukan kelompok, penyuluhan dan pemberdayaan untuk industrialisasi ekonomi kreatif bambu, ekonomi kreatif minuman kesehatan, industri kecil sangkar burung, dan tanaman buah dalam pot (tabulampot), metode Achievement and Motivation Training (AMT) untuk peningkatan motivasi. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan dan berkelanjutan dengan rencana kurun waktu tiga tahun berturut-turut, ini tahun pertama. Hasil terapan Ipteks pada program ini telah menghasilkan baik jasa maupun produk berupa, terciptanya pembentukan KelompokUsaha Bersama (KUB) yaitu di Desa Pandes KUB Berkah Pemuda, dan di Desa Gondang KUB Kondang Jaya. Setiap kelompok juga terbentuk sub kelompok, pada KUB Berkah Pemuda yaitu sub kelompok ekonomi kreatif minuman kesehatan, industri kecil sangkar burung, dan tanaman buah dalam pot (tabulampot). Pada, sub kelompoknya adalah kelompok industrialisasi ekonomi kreatif bambu.Adanya terapan Iptek diharapkan mampu memberikan updating IPTEK di masyarakat, pertumbuhan ekonomi wilayah, kebersamaan dalam mengelola ekonomi produktif kreatif diwilayah kelompok.

Abstract

Today’s innovation strategy needs to be observed as a dynamic strategy. Rapid changes in the externalities require the companies have smart innovation strategies with good method and information system of innovation. This research was conducted on 138 large and medium sized manufacturing companies in the province of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The aim of this study is to determine the extent to which externality  innovation strategies effect on the performance of the the companies with information system of innovation as a moderating. By using a regression analysis can be proved that the company’s performance can be explained by the activity collaboration, and encouragement of innovation. There is no significant effect from sources of innovation. Moderasian regression analysis with information system shows that not all interaction variables have significant effect.

Abstract

The second year (2017) Science Program for the Region (IbW) is a priority in the program in the previous year that is in 2016. The program in the first year has been fruitful and by the team will be developed further. The application of science and technology in this program in the past year has resulted in both services and products in the form of, the formation of the group, the formation of the bamboo creative industrial sub-group, the creative economy of beverages and chips, small wood industry, and printing business. The entire sector is based on renewable raw materials (green raw material). These results have had a significant impact on increasing incomes, updating science and technology in the community, regional economic growth, togetherness in managing creative productive economy in the group region.To develop the Science and Technology program for the Region (IbW) hereinafter, this program aims to create more independence and welfare of the community in Pandes and Gondang villages, especially the ex-Indonesian Migrant Workers (TKI) through empowerment programs that have been established by synergizing the college and Government counseling Kendal district as set forth in the RPJMD, and secondly, providing coverage in overcoming unemployment over solutions to problems faced by district and community Governments that directly potentially affect income and welfare improvements. In order to achieve these objectives, through the IbW program in 2017 the method used is to recruit new members (now 18 SMEs) to the established groups in order to have broader effects, extension and empowerment for industrialization of bamboo products innovation, creative drinking industry innovation and chips, wood industry groups, and printing business groups. Achievement and Motivation Training (AMT) method was also conducted to increase entrepreneurial motivation. The activity is carried out continuously with a plan of three consecutive years, this is the second year.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa leasing yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di ACC (Astra Credit Company) cabang Balikpapan. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert 5 point, untuk mengukur 35 indikator. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, promosi  dan kualitas pelayanan secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa leasing ACC cabang Balikpapan, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa leasing ACC cabang Balikpapan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan konsumen.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion and service quality on the decision to use leasing services that are mediated by customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at ACC (Astra Credit Companies) branch Balikpapan. The sample was taken from 100 respondents with a purposive sampling method. Questionnaire data was collected with a 5-point likert scale to measure 35 indicators. Analysis technique using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that promotion and service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, direct promotion and service quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use leasing services from ACC branch Balikpapan, promotion and service quality indirectly affects the decision to use leasing services ACC branch Balikpapan which is mediated by consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kinerja keuangan sebelum dan sesudah akuisisi pada PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk yang mengakuisisi PT. Sara Lee Body Care Indonesia pada tahun 2010.Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan Uji statistik dengan menggunakan paired sample t test. Data yang digunakan adalah data dari Indonesian Capital Market Derictory (ICMD) PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk tahun 2006-2014. Untuk mendeteksi normalitas dilakukan dengan uji metode kolmogorov-smirnov test.Deskripsi variabel penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rasio likuiditas yang menggunakan Current ratio (CR), rasio laverage yang menggunakan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), rasio profitabilitas yang menggunakan Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Return On Equity (ROE), rasio aktivitas yang menggunakan Total Asstes Turn Over (TATO).

Abstract

The dissatisfaction of the service is a thing that it is not desired by service users. That service providers always and continue to make improvements in the services provided, it can reduce the user of the dissatisfaction. The dissatisfaction of this service is an influenced location service, service failure, the complaints, and also skills. The agencies who using services in the health sector is all of the Regional Hospital located in Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study is to analyze what the location indicator, service failures, complaints and skills have the influence forward the dissatisfaction in the health sector.In this research abaout the dissatisfaction of the services to the health sector using the sampling method is the proportional random sampling. The population of the research are all of people who have ever felt of the service in the region  hospital in Yogyakarta especially, with a total sample of 100 respondents.The collecting of data’s were to  analyzed using the basic assumption (normality), the classical assumption test (multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, independence/autocorrelation) and multiple linear regression (F test, t test). Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that the partial  (t test), there are 3 indicators (1) locations (0.974) (2) service failure (0.798) (3) skills (0.162) it  indicators that was not have a strong influence to the dissatisfaction. The hypothesis of test partial is independent variable just only significant indicator of the complaints (0,000), because the significance of value less than 0.05. the conclution of this research, indicators of complaints is an indicator of the most dominant among the others. Whereas the simultaneous hypothesis of testing from all of significant indicators, because the significance of value less than 0.05.
