Abstract

Background: Health care services are any efforts that are self-administered or done jointly within an organization to maintain and improve health, prevent and cure diseases and restore the health of individuals, families, groups and/or communities. Promotional and preventive services are conducted by individuals or groups in improving health and preventing the occurrence of outcomes unwanted by the community. Community Primary Health Care Centers (Puskesmas) are primary health care centers for the community which serve as the location of the new family doctors internship program in Indonesia.Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of internship doctors on the promotion and preventive services at the Puskesmas where they are placed for internship.Methods: This research is a quantitative analytical study with cross-sectional research design through the distribution of a questionnaire in the form of a Google survey form to all internship doctors in 571 Puskesmas in Indonesia. The questionnaire contains a list of questions that have been categorized according to the parent theory used, namely the Lawrence Green theory. The samples obtained in this study included 218 internship doctors.Results: From this study it was found that as many as 130 people (59.6%) of intern doctors who conducted promotive and preventive health services at Puskesmas came from State Universities. As many as 86 people (39.4%) of interns who conducted promotive and preventive health services at Puskesmas were 25 years old, with 143 (65.6%) females and 184 people (84.4%) unmarried. From the results of logistic regression analysis of Awareness Level, Knowledge Level, Time, Potential Revenue and Government Support, all factors have significant influence on the internship doctors’ perceptions on the promotive and preventive health care services (p<0.05).Conclusion: In this research, there are profiles and factors that significantly influence the internship doctor’s perceptions on health promotion and preventive services at Puskesmas.

Abstract

Background: Public health degrees are still low due to poor because of the difficulty of access to health services. Difficulty of access to these services is affected by various factors such as lack of ability to economically due to the cost of healthcare is indeed expensive. And to ensure the access of the poor population to healthservices as mandated in the Constitution of 1945, in 2008 theGovernment had to intervene to resolve the problems of the poor in gaining access to health services through the implementation of thepolicy of public health Assurance Program (Jamkesmas). The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of the policy JAMKESMAS in health center of Gandus Palembang in 2009. Method: This research is  using qualitative methods. Result: The conclusions of the research is there alignment hierarchy of health services and the health center of the city of Palembang Gandus Palembang as a means of execution in the implementation of the policy of jamkesmas, jamkesmas service programs include promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative, socialization of Jamkesmas programs to the poor community, it can be seen from an active role of the RT officers on searching, logging, and the granting of the card jamkesmas to the poor community, no constraints in the implementation of Jamkesmas policy at the health center of Gandus. it is proven by no constraints found on the stages of the implementation of jamkesmas. Conclusion: This research advice Clinics Gandus keep trying to maintain and improve the quality of service of jamkesmas who have done by implementing, Local governments are expected to give the City of Palembang to the executor Jamkesmas award, in this clinic-clinic have successfully implement the program jamkesmas. Abstract

Pengetahuan Ibu mengenai ASI adalah pengetahuan Ibu mengenai ASI dalam jumlah cukup merupakan makanan terbaik dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan gizi bayi selama enam bulan pertama dan dilanjutkan sampai dengan 2 tahun dengan makanan pendamping ASI.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan mengenai ASIpada ibu yang memiliki bayi berumur 0-6 bulan di Puskesmas Pembina Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey deskriptif. Diambil sampel 65 orang ibu yang memiliki bayi berumur 0-6 bulan dengan metode consecutive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara langsung pada responden menggunakan kuesioner. Data diolah dengan menggunakan tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil didapatkan terdapat 36 orang (55.4%) yang memiliki pengetahuan yang baik sedangkan 29 orang (44.6%) lainnya memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang.
