Abstract

At Lancang Kuning University, there were no facilities that could be used in the preparation of university accreditation instruments, while the need for accreditation data was greatly needed by the academics of the yellowish university in the preparation of accreditation instruments for universities and study programs so that they were still having difficulty filing and presenting form data information, plans strategic and operational and self-evaluation plan along with the documents needed during the visitation activity by the assessor of the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education (BAN-PT). With the use of information technology in the application of computerized based applications for filing and presenting accreditation data needs, it is expected to help the academic community more quickly and precisely in the data processing instrument for accreditation. It is expected that with the development of archiving applications and the presentation of accreditation instruments with the completion of the System Development Lyfe Cycle (SDLC) method in the problem analysis phase, the applications built can improve the quality of accreditation instruments in data processing that are well integrated and can be utilized at any time by the community the Lancang Kuning university.

Abstract

Intisari – Google Form merupakan bagian dari mesin pencari atau google pada Internet yang paling sering digunakan. KKP Kelas II Pekanbaru merupakan Kantor pemerintahan kesehatan pelabuhan kelas II pekanbaru yang bergerak dibidang kesehatan khususnya mengenai lingkungan. Adapun yang menjadi kendala pada kantor KKP Kelas II Pekanbaru adalah belum adanya alat tolak ukur untuk menghitung kualitas pelayanan pada kantor kesehatan pelabuhan pekanbaru sementara pengadaan komputer dan sumber daya sudah ada, sehingga pimpinan susah dalam evaluasi dalam peningkatan layanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pengumpulan data permasalahan dengan memberi pelatihan google form dalam pembuatan kuisioner online untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Kata Kunci – Google Form, Layanan, KKP kelas II pekanbaru.

Abstract

Abstrak- Penasehat Akademik merupakan Proses Pengisian kartu rencana study bagi mahasiswa yang akan mengambil matakuliah apa yang akan diambil untuk semester selanjutnya. Sebelum terjadinya proses belajar mengajar (PBM) berlangsung pada awal semester, kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan adalah adalah penyusunan matakuliah bagi mahasiswa. rancangan sistem ini menggunakan inference forward chaining, dengan implementasi sistem menggunakan sistem database MySQL dan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Forward Chaining adalah metode inference enggine yang mencocokan fakta atau pernyataan dimulai dari bagian sebelah kiri (IF dulu). Dengan kata lain, penalaran dimulai dari fakta terlebih dahulu untuk menguji kebenaran hipotesis. Tesis ini membangun suatu sistem pakar berbasis aturan dalam penyusunan Kartu Rencana Study (KRS) bagi mahasiswa khususnya yang akan mengambil matakuliah menggunakan metode forward chaining. Tujuan untuk membantu mahasiswa yang belum tahu dalam pengisian kartu rencana study tanpa langsung bertemu dengan dosen pembimbing akademik nya dalam pengambilan matakuliah. Kata kunci : sistem pakar, forward chaining, matakuliah Abstract- Academic adviser is a card charging process study plans for students who will take courses which will be taken for the next semester. Prior to the teaching and learning process (PBM) took place at the beginning of the semester, is a routine activity undertaken is the preparation course for students. The system design uses forward chaining inference, with the implementation of the system using MySQL database system and the PHP programming language. Forward Chaining is a method of inference enggine that match facts or statements starting from the left (first IF). In other words, reasoning from facts first started to test the truth of the hypothesis. This thesis build a rule-based expert system in preparation Card Study Plan (KRS) for students who will take courses in particular using forward chaining method. Abstract

Abstrak- Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat, sistem informasi berbasis komputer sangat berpengaruh pesat dalam dunia kerja, begitu juga halnya sistem informasi berbasis web dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana peningkatan informasi. Pemanfaatan tersebut akan mempermudah suatu pekerjaan seperti halnya pengolahan data lebih cepat, keputusan yang akan diambil lebih tepat, menghemat waktu dan biaya. Selain itu, sistem informasi yang berbasis web juga dapat menjadi sarana promosi yang efesien dan sumber informasi yang dapat diakses oleh pengguna internet yang semakin lama semakin luas. Pada kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Pekanbaru selalu dihadapi dengan kendala antri atau lama dalam pengurusan vaksin keberangkatan calon Jemaah umrah, karena dalam pengurusan vaksin pada kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan pekanbaru belum adanya sistem terkomputerisasi, sehingga hal ini memperlambat kinerja kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan pekanbaru, begitupun bagi calon Jemaah umrah yang selalu tidak puas dalam pelayanan vaksin untuk keberangkatan calon jemaah umrah karena terlalu lama dalam pemprosesan hasil dari analisa vaksin keberangkatan calon Jemaah umrah. Adapun metode yang digunakan dengan mengumpulkan data-data yang ada dan menganalisa permasalahan dalam pengurusan vaksin dengan membangun sebuah sistem berbasis web. Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini memberi suatu efisiensi atau peningkatan dalam pengolahan data yang berbasis web sehingga membantu kegiatan kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Pekanbaru, tujuan khususnya dimana calon jemaah umrah bisa melihat jadwal vaksin nya dan bisa melihat pengumuman yang lebih cepat dan tepat tanpa harus datang ke kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Pekanbaru, hanya dengan mengakses internet dan mengakses website Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan pekanbaru dengan mudah, tidak memerlukan waktu yang lama. Kata kunci: Vaksin, Web, Kesehatan Pelabuhan Pekanbaru. The method used to collect data and analyze the problems that exist in the administration of the vaccine by developing a web-based system. Abstract

Abstrak- Informasi berbasis komputer sangat berpengaruh pesat dalam dunia kerja, begitu juga halnya sistem informasi berbasis web dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana peningkatan informasi. Pemanfaatan tersebut akan mempermudah suatu pekerjaan seperti halnya pe ngolahan data lebih cepat, keputusan yang akan diambil lebih tepat, menghemat waktu dan biaya. Selain itu, sistem informasi yang berbasis web juga dapat menjadi sarana promosi yang efesien dan sumber informasi yang dapat diakses oleh pengguna internet yang semakin lama semakin luas. Pada Fakultas Ilmu Komputer belum adanya media sebagai sarana dalam pengumpulan RPKPS matakuliah sementara penerapan komputer dan internet maupun sumber daya sudah ada, sehingga diktat mata kuliah yang diberikan dosen pengampu terhadap kompetensi program studi tidak sesuai dan untuk pengembangan kompetensi program studi. Adapun metode yang digunakan dengan mengumpulkan data-data yang ada dan menganalisa permasalahan dalam pengumpulan dan penyesuaian RPKPS dengan menyesuaikan dengan kurikulum yang sedang berjalan pada fakultas ilmu komputer. Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini memberi suatu efisiensi atau peningkatan dalam pengolahan data diktat matakuliah dengan meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa terhadap jurusannya, tujuan khususnya untuk membuat sistem informasi berbasis online dalam pengumpulan RPKPS sehingga terintegrasi dengan baik dan disesuaikan dengan kurikulum yang sedang berjalan pada fakultas ilmu komputer, hanya dengan mengakses internet dan mengakses website dengan mudah, tidak memerlukan waktu yang lama. Kata kunci: RPKPS, Sistem Informasi, Program Studi. Abstract

Vocational High School (SMK) is one form of a formal education unit that provides vocational education as a continuation of (Junior High School) SMP / MTs and equal. One of them is SMK N 1 Koto Baru. In the processing of academic data using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word applications, the number of students approximately 550 students are divided into 9 departments so it takes a long time in the processing of academic data. This study aims to analyze the development of SMK N 1 Koto Baru to process academic data such as attendance, assessment of daily exams, duties, and final exams. The development of this system uses PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results obtained from this study in the form of student report cards per academic year.

Abstract

Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kelas II Pekanbaru is a government office that concerns about healthy, especially about environment health. There is a problem in case of saving electronic data, also in analyzing daily data both for internal and external data. The office has some computers and other tools that are useful in saving electronic data. In fact, the data are still saved in available cupboards and it is not efficient for an important data that is analyzed for more than one time. In other words, it is not good for a data is needed to be analyzed continuously. Rational Data Base Management System (RDBMS) application is an online based saving data and it uses System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. Hopefully, the application will be very useful for employees Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Pekanbaru in managing their work.

Abstract

MILLENNIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING WITH SOCIAL MEDIA TO FACE THE 4.0 INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION. Dedication was focused on high school class XII PGRI Pekanbaru students who were able to become millennial entrepreneurs with the present concept. The service theme is Millennial Entrepreneurship Training with Social Media. This theme is adopted because it helps manpu students become entrepreneurs by utilizing social media. Social media has become a business field that is easily cultivated by business people in this millennial era. Then than that this service is a follow-up to entrepreneurship subjects that have been applied in the learning curriculum at the high school level. The output of this service is to create workshops and teach independent students in life in accordance with the government's joy. The method in implementing service is the introduction of e-commerce, the deepening of material, the practice of e-commerce, the elaboration of e-commerce that has been successful.

Abstract

School as one of the processes for implementing formal education is required to carry out the learning process optimally to produce quality students. Regarding the research process carried out to predict the graduation rate of SMA Nurul Falah students by using the decision tree method. The data used in this study are student data using the criteria for student names, majors, average report cards from semester one (I), two (II), three (III), four (IV), five (V), and the average value of the National Standard School Examination (USBN). The data is then managed using Rapidminer 5.3 software to make it easier to predict student graduation rates. The application of data mining is used to predict the graduation rate by using the decision tree method and C4.5 algorithm as a supporter as well as to find out information on the graduation rate of Nurul Falah High School students. This study aims to predict student graduation rates in order to get useful information and the school can make policies in the coming year.
