Abstract

AbstrakPeneliti melakukan penelitian yang berjudul Variasi Inovasi Leksikal Bahasa Melayu Riau di Kecamatan Pulau Merbau. Dialektologi adalah mengkaji dialek khususnya dari segi variasi inovasi leksikal yang terdapat pada dialek Melayu Riau tepatnya di Kecamatan  Pulau Merbau. Penelitian ini yang menjadi objek penelitiannya adalah dialek Melayu Riau tepatnya di Kecamatan Pulau Merbau. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan variasi inovasi leksikal dan bagaimana perbedaan dan persamaan inovasi leksikal tersebut. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif.Kata kunci: Variasi Inovasi Leksikal, Bahasa melayu Riau, Kecamatan Pulau  Merbau.AbstractResearchers conducted the research entitled “innovative-varriation towards Riau Malay language lexical in the district of Merbau Island. Dialectology analyzed dialect especially in lexical Innovative-varriattion which can be found in the dialect of Riau Malay Language in the district of Merbau Island. The object of the research is its dialect and the purpose of the research is to describe lexical innovative varriattion and what are the differences and similarities of the lexixal innovation. Abstract

Perpustakaan mempunyai 2 (dua) sisi nilai, yakni nilai ekstrinsik dan instrinsik. Nilai ekstrinsik seperti gedung, fasilitas, koleksi, anggaran, sumber daya manusia dan layanan. Sedangkan nilai intrinsik adalah nilai atau dampak dari pemanfaatan perpustakaan secara utuh, misalnya diperpustakaan itu ada nilai pendidikan, nilai sosial, nilai demokrasi, nilai budaya dan nilai ekonomi. Dua sisi nilai tersebut saling menyatu dan mendukung sehingga mengangkat perpustakaan menjadi Aset yang berharga.

Abstract

This writing deals with the perception of library users to the profession of librarian in Perpustakaan Pusat Universitas Lancang Kuning Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to determine the perceptions of the library users to the profession of librarian. This analysis is done by applying descriptive qualitative method with incidental sampling techniques drawn from 575 populations of samplings. The results show that most respondents (76,47%) urge that librarian is a professional, besides, 77,65% respondents urge the librarians to have at least diploma certificate in library science. The analysis also shows that the salary affects the libarians performances. Moreover librarians should provide good service, and involve in IPI as professional organization. At least, the librarians attitude may contribute to their professions.

Abstract

This writing aims to describe weather Permendiknas RI No 25 in 2008 about the standard of school librarian has been implemented in SMA 1 Pekanbaru as the oldest high school in Pekanbaru besides to find out what factor/s contribute to hinder the implementation of that Permendiknas in order the librarians are able to fulfill the criteria or the standard of Permendiknas RI No 25 in 2008.

Abstract

Traditionally, utterances are speech units used in a language directly. It contains series of words and complete thought. The utterances are used in various contexts. One of them is in SMS ( Short Messege Service ). SMS is a facility to send and receive short text messege via wireless device namely telephone mobile communication devices. In this case, the communication device used in cellular telephone. Related to that, this writing presents the analysis of declarative narratives used by students of Agriculture department in Riau University in 2015. It analyzes how the narratives are used and their meanings. Thus, the purpose of the analysis is to identify and describe the meaning of specch utterances of those students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze How Public Service Board of Library and RegionalArchives Riau Province, hereinafter referred to as (BPAD) Riau Province. This isdone to look at the quality and how much success BPAD Riau Province in performingits main function for the people who need the information in the Library, PublicServices how and what has or has not been done by the libraries in improving servicequality perceptions positively or negatively to quality of public services provided bythe Library Visitors Riau BPAD can be used as input for later followed up todetermine new strategies for improving the quality of services that aim to improve ordefend it.Methods used are qualitative methods and data collected by focuss groupdiscussion (FGD) and inferred based on five aspects of service quality therespondents were library patrons who use library services in BPAD as many as 14people consisting of 2 librarians, lecturers 3, 4 general (civil servants and private), 3students of, and 2 students, by using the technique of purposive sampling. Based FGDresults showed that for BPAD reliability aspects are at a good level, for aspects ofresponsiveness and confidence is at a level sufficient to aspects while empathy is at alevel less so for this aspect needs to be improved towards a better, while for theintangible aspects of BPAD services are at a satisfactory level and this needs to bemaintained in order to remain on the future state of the user satisfactory.
